수영장 시설을 갖춘 필리핀 다바오 지방 호텔

사말 섬(Samal Island)은 다바오(Davao City)에서 보트로 단 몇 분 거리에 있습니다. Discovery는 숙소까지 전용 전세 쾌속정을 보유하고 있습니다. 도착하자마자 우리는 메인 로비로 안내를 받았습니다. 메인 로비에서는 해변이 보입니다(백사장이지만 그다지 좋지는 않습니다). Haribsr 레스토랑과 Morning Catch 레스토랑도 있습니다. 그런 다음 우리는 골프 카트를 이용해 침실로 안내되었습니다. 침실에서는 다바오 시티(Davao CITY)의 전망을 감상할 수 있는 올림픽 규모의 수영장 전망을 즐기실 수 있습니다. 이 숙소에는 수상 예배당, 컨벤션 센터, 지정된 수영장이 딸린 빌라도 있습니다. 침실은 크고 전용 테라스가 있습니다. 전반적으로 리조트는 매우 좋습니다. 오픈한지 1년밖에 안됐는데 직원들이 친절하고 잘 훈련되어 있어요. 돌봐준 직원이 Sir Ching이라면 특별히 언급해 주세요. 그는 수영장을 바라보고 있는 킹 사이즈 침대가 있는 방을 찾기 위해 더 노력했습니다. 감사합니다!

장소는 평화롭고, 밤에 숙면을 취할 수 있습니다. 위치는 지프니를 타면 안으로 들어가려면 걸어야 하는 고속도로에 있지만, 택시와 자동차를 타고 호텔 바로 앞에 내려줄 수 있습니다. 수영장이 무료로 제공되며, 조식이 무료로 제공됩니다.

Pearl Farm is like a paradise. Everything is pleasing to the eyes and to the tummy! Lechon is available every night. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to every request. My only complaint is their social media, phone and email responses. They respond very slow or none at all. 1. I asked for a transfer from Discovery Samal Welcome Center to their Marina Wharf. They said they will send a van at 1pm but there was none. I followed up thru trip dot com messages, no response. I called their mobile number, declined! Guess what, they replied saying they were on lunch break! We were in a hurry because we need to be in their wharf before 2pm per their instruction. Nada. Good thing we were able to ask Discovery Samal staff to bring us to Marina Wharf. 2. Boat transfer from wharf to resort was cancelled due to big waves. I understand. We were told we will be traveling by land. We rode a van, lined up to be transferred via RORO (yes, the ship transfer) which took us 2 freaking hours just for lining up!! And another hour to arrive at the resort. We travelled for 3 HOURS just to arrive at the resort. We lined up with other RORO passengers - with and without vehicles. We are staying in a 5 star resort but they cant do something to make the waiting/lining up in the RORO be a little faster?? I saw the driver paying 20/passenger for riding the RORO (not verified). Cant the resort pay a little extra for a fast lane or something similar? Idk! Just rly disappointed bcos we were traveling with a 3yr old! Ofcourse I messaged them regarding this thru email and yes, they DID NOT REPLY AGAIN. I wanted to rate them 5stars but their communication with guests is so bad. I worked in a hotel and every message from guests is taken very seriously.

아포 뷰 호텔 숙박 후기: 좋았던 점과 개선이 필요한 점 최근 다바오의 아포 뷰 호텔에 묵었습니다. 도착하자마자 사촌과 함께 사용할 트윈룸을 예약했는데, 명성이 자자한 호텔이라 꽤 높은 기대를 가지고 있었죠. 편안하고 최고 수준의 경험을 바랐지만, 아쉽게도 첫날 밤은 다소 실망스러웠습니다. 객실 시설은 오래된 느낌이었고, 특히 두 가지 주요 문제가 있었습니다. 인터넷 연결이 매우 약하고 자주 끊겼으며, 에어컨이 제대로 작동하지 않아 방이 불쾌할 정도로 더웠습니다. 24시간의 긴 여정 후라 그날 밤에는 항의할 기운도 없었지만, 두 번째로 예약한 패밀리룸에서는 더 나은 경험을 할 수 있기를 바랐습니다. 또 다른 불만은 프런트 데스크 직원의 서비스였습니다. 체크인할 때 직원 앞에 서 있었는데도 저를 전혀 알아봐 주지 않았고, 심지어 저보다 늦게 온 다른 손님을 먼저 응대하는 모습에 더 답답했습니다. 그 순간 간단한 인사나 잠시 후 응대하겠다는 한마디만 있었어도 기분이 훨씬 나아졌을 텐데요. 하지만 모든 것이 실망스러웠던 것은 아닙니다. 첫 조식 뷔페에서 만난 매우 친절하고 활기찬 직원분께 깊은 인상을 받았습니다. 그분은 저를 환영하기 위해 최선을 다해 주셨고, 유쾌한 태도로 제 아침을 밝게 해 주며 서비스에 대한 제 인식을 긍정적으로 바꾸는 데 큰 역할을 했습니다. 성함을 여쭤보지 못한 것이 아쉽지만, 그분의 따뜻한 환대는 정말 칭찬받아 마땅합니다. 요약하자면, 아포 뷰 호텔은 오랜 명성만큼 잠재력이 큰 곳이지만, 고객 서비스와 객실 관리에 있어서는 확실히 개선될 여지가 많습니다. 몇 가지 시설 업그레이드와 더 세심한 고객 관리가 이루어진다면, 손님들이 기대하는 높은 수준의 경험을 충분히 제공할 수 있을 것이라고 생각합니다.

recently stayed at the Royal Mandaya Hotel during my visit to Davao, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel has a central location, making it convenient for exploring the city’s attractions, dining spots, and shopping centers. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a mini-fridge. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The hotel offers a variety of dining options, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a good selection of local and international dishes. I also enjoyed the pool area, which was a nice way to relax after a day of sightseeing.

We arrived a bit late on our first night and were accommodated poorly. After a long day of travel, we encountered several issues with our room arrangements. I had booked two rooms, expecting them to be close to each other, but that was not the case. As a family travelling together, we requested to have our rooms swapped to be nearer, yet we were only allowed to add an extra bed. This was not ideal, especially since my mom couldn't stay alone in a room meant for 6 to 8 people, which I had already paid for. When I spoke to the front desk, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time, her tone was unpleasing and lacked empathy for us as guests. It was a disappointing negotiation. We also discussed issues with the internet connection, and she seemed unyielding, suggesting that nothing could be done except to pay for a data plan, for which they would provide a modem. Having stayed at many hotels and being a hotel manager, I can clearly say that our service was inadequate.

호텔방에는 작은 개미들이 기어다니고 있습니다. 하지만 전문점은 3층에 있는 중식당인데, 음식의 양이 매우 많고, 기본적으로 1인이 한 접시를 먹을 수 있습니다. 아침식사는 로비에 있는 뷔페 레스토랑에서 제공되는데 중국의 4성급 호텔과 비슷하지만 웨이터들의 태도가 매우 좋고 차와 물, 커피를 솔선해서 가져옵니다.

이곳은 다바오에서 머물기에 좋은 곳입니다. 비용은 많이 들지 않았지만 훌륭하고 매우 편안한 숙박을 했습니다. 숙소는 깔끔하고 조용하며 직원들은 모두 친절합니다. 호텔에서 제공하는 짧은 도시 투어를 즐겼습니다. 도보로 갈 수 있는 거리에 많은 음식점과 편의점이 있어서 집에서 멀리 떨어져 머물기에 정말 편리한 곳입니다.
