수영장 시설을 갖춘 멕시코 연방 정부 호텔

쉐라톤 호텔은 리폼 애비뉴(Reform Avenue) 옆에 위치하여 접근성이 편리하고 경치가 아름답습니다. 인근의 다양한 레스토랑은 매우 독특하며 호텔의 아침 식사는 다양하고 품질이 풍부합니다. 호텔 직원은 수준이 높고 태도가 좋습니다. 다시 멕시코시티에 온다면 쉐라톤 호텔을 선택하겠습니다.

이 호텔은 번화한 도심에 위치해 있어 쇼핑과 다양한 식당을 편리하게 이용할 수 있습니다. 근처에 바도 많아 멕시코시티를 방문하는 관광객에게 최적의 위치입니다. 전반적으로 호텔은 괜찮습니다. 시설이 아주 새것은 아니지만 필요한 것은 충분히 갖추고 있습니다.

We really loved staying at Tonala. The hotel is located in Roma Norte, a trendy neighbourhood in Mexico city. We could walk to all the nice restaurants ans cafes for food and drinks. There’s a really popular cafe downstairs for pastries, breakfast and coffee. And there’s a famous seafood restaurant as well as a fancy Michellin reservations-only restaurant next to it, right across the street from the hotel. Walking to the historic centre, La Condesa and the museuems took us about 15 minutes or so. The room is spacious and came with a great shower with working hot water. The air-cons worked really well in both the living and bed rooms. The laundry room is free to use from evening onwards. And the rooftop pool was great for a quick dip. Overall clean not just in our room but the stairs, lobby and rooftop and lift. Definitely 5-star and I would gladly stay there again when I next visit Mexico city.

A great location with a very impressive lobby and facade. The room was nice although a bit small. Whilst the staff were mainly great, we were disappointed on a couple of occasions. Firstly, they took away our bath towels without replacing them. When we called down asking for towels they said they would send someone straight away however we never received them and had to dry ourselves with our robes. Secondly, we had to leave at 7am and asked if we could have something to eat a bit earlier. They were unwilling to organise anything. Every other hotel we have stayed at would organise a brekkie box if you’re unable to make breakfast time, given this was a part of our stay and therefore a service we had paid for.

We were visiting Mexico City for holiday and found the hotel to be in a superb location for all we had planned. The staff were very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. The room was superb. The only downside was that we had booked with breakfast and there was a lot of confusion as to what our breakfast should be. First day we had one small piece of toast and a couple of pieces of fruit but the second day we were offered any eggs dish from the main menu. We thought perhaps they had got it wrong on the first day as this amount was just about right for a child rather than an adult. However on day three we were offered what we had on day one so very confusing. Other than this our stay was superb.

Alameda Central까지 도보로 가까운 곳에 있었고 매우 편리했습니다. 호텔 바로 가까이에서 타코도 팔고 있으므로 배가 고파도 빨리 사러 갈 수 있습니다. 방은 넓고 편안했습니다. 물도 준비되어 있습니다. 칫솔은 없었습니다. 별로 신경쓰지 않았지만 방? 혹은 TV대? 가 기울어져 서랍이 닫히지 않고 열리지 않았습니다. 그리고, 벌써 온라인 결제하고 있었습니다만, 현지에서도 숙박료를 청구되어 버렸습니다. 벌써 온라인 결제하고 있는 것을 전하면, 곧바로 환불 대응해 주었으므로 좋았습니다만…. 체크인 후에도 수하물을 맡기는 것이 가능했습니다. 종합적으로는 특히 곤란한 일은 없었습니다.

독립탑까지도 걸어서 곧바로 있어 매우 안전한 장소였습니다. 스탭 분들도 매우 친절하게 해 주셔, 라운지가 닫히는 것이 스낵 21시로 빠르고 좀처럼 사용할 수 없었던 것이 조금 유감이었습니다만, 해외에 있으면 일본인에게 있어서는 가끔 밥에 붙어 왔을 때에 쉬운 한국 요리나 포의 가게도 있어서 좋았습니다.

훌륭한 위치, 시설은 매우 새롭고 반대 사계절에 비해 비용 효율적입니다.

트윈룸은 비교적 편안했습니다. 호텔은 교통 체증이 심한 시내 중심가에 위치해 있습니다. 호텔 건물 자체가 오래되었고, 시설도 전반적으로 낡아 보였습니다. 편의용품이 적극적으로 제공되지 않았고, 욕조 배수구는 오래되어 사용할 수 없었습니다. 전반적으로 힐튼 호텔 이용 경험은 실망스러웠습니다.

나는 이곳에 대한 아름다운 추억과 많은 사랑을 남겼습니다. 직원들은 훌륭하고 친절하며 전문적입니다. 훌륭한 서비스를 제공하는 훌륭한 호텔이며 머무는 동안 편안하게 지낼 수 있도록 했습니다. 나는 다음 여행에서이 호텔을 다시 선택할 것입니다. 염두에 두어야 할 한 가지는 이 지역의 교통량이 많을 수 있으므로 비행기가 있는 경우 지연을 피하기 위해 일찍 출발해야 합니다.
