수영장 시설을 갖춘 스리랑카 우바 호텔

오전 11시쯤 도착했는데, 바로 체크인을 해주지 않고 한 시간 후에 체크인하라고 하더군요. 대신 스무디를 가져다주고 수영장 타월도 제공해 주었습니다. 관리자(이름은 기억이 안 나네요)는 매우 정중하고 친절했고, 전반적으로 이 호텔에 머무는 동안 도움을 많이 주었습니다. 호텔을 세심하게 관리하고 있다는 게 느껴졌습니다. 전망도 훌륭했고, 객실은 깨끗하고 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 조식은 뷔페였는데, 종류는 많지 않았지만 모두 맛있었습니다. 기차길을 따라 엘라 중심가까지 걸어갈 수 있는데, 아주 가깝습니다. 5분밖에 걸리지 않습니다. 호텔에 만족하며 추천합니다.

這次在斯里蘭卡住過最完美的酒店，值得超五星。 我們訂的行政別墅，樓下一個大床，樓上兩個略小床墊。電動窗簾拉開就是幾乎全景玻璃陽台，可以看到外麪茶山。還能看到三孔橋和路過火車。 mini bar裏面給了幾十包茶包，都是免費，四瓶玻璃瓶水也是免費，酒和飲品收費。 游泳池很好看很出片，像無邊泳池。 一定要選帶晚餐的，晚餐是點菜式五道式，非常可口，也很特別，不含飲料。早餐也有一個很特別的脆皮蛋包，通往餐廳的路上能拍到很美的照片。 唯一就是蚊蟲比較多，整個行程唯一的兩個包就是在這裏晚上睡覺時候被咬的

Keeping in mind this is a 3 star hotel, the positives are the rooms are big with a balcony looking out at amazing views (ours anyway), and the pool is clean and quite big also with amazing views and a concrete elephant water feature!!! The location of the hotel is pretty good too - far enough from other properties to be quiet but close enough to Ella main drag that you can walk in 10-15 minutes or pay a tuk tuk driver double the rate of Colombo to get to and from. The big negative for us was that despite being told upon checking in that the room would be cleaned every day, it was not. And I was told the reason why was that we didn’t hand in our key for it to be done - which seems bizarre after staying in hotels for decades and not being told to or having to hand in a key in order to get a standard daily room clean. The insinuation that it was our fault for not handing in a key (not that we were told to do so on checking in) was extremely irritating. Food was ok but overpriced so we ate elsewhere (lots of options). There were lots of little things in the rooms that could be easily addressed to make them nicer - definitely not having ripped old bath towels, and removing an empty TV bracket from the wall (like a TV used to be there but not anymore - or was it just our room, who knows). All these little things add up to I really think the room rate is too high - but we are here in the high season so maybe that’s just the going rate.

It’s a little high up on a hill, but the view from my balcony was gorgeous. It’s also right off the main street, so if you don’t mind the trek up and down you’re still relatively well-situated to be near the backpackers’ bars and restaurants and shops. Breakfast had a lot of local Sri Lankan options which I greatly appreciated, and staff was also happy to explain each dish to newcomers. A small piece of advice for the team though: perhaps hire a few female staffers? As a woman traveling alone, one of the first things I noticed was the all-male staff—or at least, I didn’t see a single woman working there in my 2-night stay. I don’t have a problem with it, but newer solo female travelers might unintentionally be scared off

직원 모두 매우 친절하고 멋진 숙박을 할 수있었습니다. 뷔페 아침 식사와 저녁 식사를 제공했지만 모두 맛있고 스리랑카 요리를 즐길 수있었습니다. 아침 식사시 매니저에게 전화를 걸어 호텔의 환대 요 훌륭함이 전해졌습니다. 다시 이용하고 싶습니다.

이 호텔은 훌륭합니다! 우리는 그것을 좋아했습니다. 유일하게 주목해야 할 것은 Ella에서 꽤 먼 여행이라는 것입니다(약 45분). 나는 Ella에 1박 정도 머물면서 그것을 경험한 다음 여기를 방문하고 긴장을 풀 것을 제안합니다. 직원, 음식 및 방은 모두 환상적이었습니다.

Mandara Rosen Yala에서의 최근 체류는 진정으로 즐거운 경험이었습니다. 호텔의 청결에 대한 헌신은 분명했고 직원들은 일관되게 도움이되어 방문을 완전히 즐겁게 만들었습니다. 매일 아침 아침 식사는 하루를 시작하는 좋은 시간을 제공했지만 저녁 뷔페는 특히 인상적이었고 저녁의 하이라이트 인 멋진 스프레드를 제공했습니다. 호텔의 고요한 분위기는 우리가 휴식을 취하고 재충전할 수 있게 해주었습니다. 세심한 서비스 덕분에 머무는 동안 손님으로 환영받고 가치를 느꼈습니다. 우리 여행이 우리를 Kataragama로 데려간다면 Mandara Rosen Yala는 확실히 다시 한 번 우리의 선택 호텔이 될 것입니다. 편안함과 훌륭한 식사 경험을 약속하는 시설입니다.

기차역에서 도보로 약 10분 거리의 좋은 위치, 좋은 직원 및 장소는 깨끗하고 깔끔합니다. 일종의 체인처럼 보이고 그것이 내가 원했던 것입니다. 방은 정말 작고 TV가 없었습니다. 그러나 적어도 그것은 매우 편안하고 안전하다고 느낍니다. 혼자 여행하는 여성으로서 나는이 장소를 추천 할 것입니다

This is a awesome place for family stay. The staff are super friendly and great service. The resort is 30 mins away for the Ella town, so its secluded from busy traffic or noise. GOOD place to just relax and they have a good spa and sports facilities like mini golf, basketball, squash and tennis court. The gym is wll equipment and the chalet room is superb! Finally the best part is the food.. oh its super yummy and great quality. Spl mention to Dhillon how feed us well and amazing service.
