The staff are friendly and helpful. The dome on the right side of the resort, with a view of Prince Island, is highly recommended for couples. The new bungalows on the left side of the resort are also great for families and offer a partial sea view.

Overall, a pretty nice resort on a Cambodian island. While the employees can be a little slow and inattentive, they get the job done. Breakfast is ok and the food is pretty good. My room was clean and reasonably comfortable. If you want to go somewhere and sit on the beach and have drinks, this place is ideal - calm atmosphere, comfortable beach chairs, and beautiful ocean. The resort is on one end of a large beach and you can walk 20-30 minutes down to a store and a few other establishments. This place also has a good pool that is surprisingly deep. I was there by myself, but I think it’s best for families or couples (there were other single people at the resort and on the beach). I would have no problems staying here again.

한적한 섬에 위치한 멋진 호텔입니다. 가족과 함께 휴식을 취했는데 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 넓은 패밀리룸, 아름다운 해변, 맛있는 레스토랑까지 모든 것이 완벽했습니다. 호텔 서비스도 매우 친절했습니다. 가족이나 커플 모두에게 강력 추천합니다.

- 서비스 직원(특히 초기)은 매우 불친절하고 부주의했습니다. - 해변이 좋지 않아요. 그리고 나는 게으른 해변을 가장 좋아했습니다. 거기(오른쪽)에서 스노클링도 할 수 있습니다. - 아침 식사가 좋고 충분합니다. 또한 다양합니다. - 해피아워 가격이 훌륭합니다(1잔 가격으로 맥주 2잔 또는 칵테일 제공) - 호텔 내 음식 가격이 매우 비쌉니다. (추가로 10% TAX + 7% 봉사료가 있습니다.) ”Sara” 레스토랑에서 식사하는 것이 좋습니다. 음식과 바비큐가 매우 좋았습니다. - 욕실에서 나쁜 냄새가 나고, 디퓨저 램프로 덮으려고 했습니다.

정말 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 전용 해변은 부드럽고 하얀 모래로 되어 있고, 암초 경관 구역, 해변 레스토랑, 수영장도 있습니다. 객실에서는 바다가 보이고 노을도 감상할 수 있어요! 아름다워요! 싼야에서는 적어도 하룻밤에 4천 위안은 할 것 같네요!

저와 남편은 사라 리조트에서 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 객실은 깨끗했고 필요한 모든 편의시설이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 수영장은 정말 멋졌고, 덕분에 편안하게 휴식을 취하고 사색에 잠겨 책을 읽을 수 있었습니다. 해변이 바로 코앞에 있어서 아침 일찍 수영을 즐길 수 있었던 것도 좋았습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 세심하게 배려해 주었습니다. 리조트에서는 저녁에 다양한 엔터테인먼트도 제공했습니다. 무엇보다 가장 좋았던 점은 편안하고 여유로운 분위기 속에서 마음껏 휴식을 취할 수 있었다는 것입니다. 사라 리조트와 직원분들께 멋진 경험을 선사해 주셔서 진심으로 감사드립니다.

시설: 시설은 최신식이었지만, 가격 대비 만족도는 보통이었고 다소 비싼 편이라고 생각했습니다. 위생: 위생은 기대한 대로였고, 침구류도 깨끗하게 정돈되어 있었습니다. 환경: 주변 편의시설이 잘 갖춰져 있어 편리했고, 택시 이용도 용이했으며, 식사나 숙박할 곳도 다양하게 선택할 수 있었습니다. 서비스: 서비스는 나쁘지 않았지만, 해변 뷰 객실을 요청했는데도 도시 뷰 객실을 배정받았고, 도시 뷰는 특별히 볼 만한 것이 없었습니다. 객실 점유율이 높아 보이지 않았는데도 고객의 요청 사항을 반영해주지 못한 점은 아쉬웠습니다.

역시 시아누크빌에서 최고의 호텔이라고 할 법합니다. 조식도 맛있고 바다도 너무너무 좋구요^^

Outstanding Luxury Experience – New Year Celebration (31 Dec 2025 – 1 Jan 2026) I stayed at this hotel to celebrate New Year from 31 December 2025 to 1 January 2026, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from all the staff. Every team member was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating, making us feel valued and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel truly feels like a palace. Based on my personal experience, it is much better and more luxurious than Sokha Sihanouk Hotel and Independence Hotel, where I usually stay. It even offers the same level or more luxury than Try Palace in Kep. Every detail reflects quality—from the door handles to the bed, everything feels premium and well-designed. All facilities and equipment are modern, luxurious, and very clean. The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom, including a separate bathtub, shower/steam room, and toilet, which made the stay even more comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the generosity: • Soft drinks and fresh fruits were plentiful and completely free • The breakfast for special for the New Year celebration, breakfast manu • They even offered free breakfast for my two children, even though they were over the usual free age limit — a very kind gesture The location is perfect, with what I believe is the best beach in Sihanoukville. The sand is incredibly clean, smooth, and soft—like ground powder—and the beach area is well maintained. I accidentally took their room key, the hotel staff were extremely understanding. They were not upset at all and kindly allowed me to return it on my next visit to Sihanoukville, which shows their trust and professionalism. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It is far more luxurious than Sokha and Independence Hotel, and easily ranks among the best luxury hotels I have stayed at in Cambodia. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true luxury experience, especially for special celebrations
