What a truly amazing stay a Masseria Della Piana! I can’t put into words what a special experience it was to stay at this beautiful Masseria!! Staff - the staff would go above and beyond for you, there was nothing they wouldn’t do for you. All incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming, with even the owner bringing us a traditional Puglian breakfast one morning! Every single staff member we interacted with was so kind and welcoming, special shout out to Seydou and Andre (we didn’t get everyone’s name, but I would be calling them out if we had!) and to all the cute doggos and kitties on site!! The grounds/rooms - a truly truly beautiful location. The main pool is a great size, the area in general is very peaceful and tranquil, makes for a perfect pool day! The rooms are quant and perfect for what we needed, more than enough space for three girls with lots of clothes, bags, shoes and make up! They were kept very clean by the staff, good aircon, refilled water in the fridge. Our room even had a private plunge pool which was very cute and perfect for a slow morning. Food - the breakfast selection is great, with homemade focaccia, croissants, cakes, as well as the usual things (bread, cereal etc). The Masseria also hosted a cooking class/dinner on our last night, almost all of the guests attended and we sat at a long table together, there was pizza, calzones and lots of wine! This was a very special experience and so glad we did it. If you want an intimate family run experience in the beautiful Italian countryside, this really is the place for you. I honestly cannot believe anyone would give this place anything but a 5, I would give it a 10 if I could! Thank you Masseria Della Piana for making our holiday so special ❤️

The hotel is good overall, clean spacious family room with lots of storage space and a balcony with clothes airer that’s handy for us to dry our swimsuits, good enough for family of 4. Bathroom and water pressure was alright but definitely need a little update. We were booked in for full board, food options was ok with fresh local produce, it could be better if the hotel can provide more varieties with meat, seafood and salad bar options. One and a half hour buffet meal time was a bit tight and rush when the restaurant gets busy specially for families with children. Food could run out pretty quickly and staff were keen to wrap up and stop replenishing at the last 20 mins. We have to praise the kids club massively as they cater for all ages with wide range of activities, very friendly and caring young group leaders full of positive energy, they encourage children to participate and make friends with each other, we can see they put lots of effort to keep kids entertained all day long. Our daughters had the best time at the resort and earned some great friendships from this stay. One last thing I would like to mention is, reception staff was quite cold and reluctant when we asked for late check out. We understand that every hotel are different with their policy, but it would be better if we were notified and made clear we need 48 hours notice if we would possibly request a late checkout upon arrival. 이 호텔에서 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 도착하자마자 무료로 슈페리어룸으로 업그레이드해 주셨는데, 넓고 깨끗했으며 침대도 정말 편안했습니다. 조식도 훌륭했습니다. 달콤한 음식과 짭짤한 음식이 풍성하고 다양하게 준비되어 있었고, 특히 항상 제공되는 파스티치오토 레체세는 아침을 더욱 특별하게 만들어 주었습니다. 직원들은 언제나 친절하고 세심했으며, 필요한 모든 것을 기꺼이 제공해 주었습니다.

정말 환상적인 호텔이에요!! 직원분들이 너무 친절하고 배려심 넘치고 유능하세요. 바리에서 두브로브니크로 가는 유일한 페리를 예약하는 데 문제가 있었는데, 수요가 너무 많아 불가능한 상황이었어요. 하지만 프런트 직원분들이 문제 해결을 위해 쏟으신 시간과 노력은 정말 놀라웠습니다. 로잔나 씨는 심지어 여행사 친구들에게까지 연락해서 저희가 이틀 더 방을 예약할 수 있도록 도와주셨어요. 남자 동료분도 여러 가지 옵션을 제시해 주시느라 마찬가지로 열정적이셨습니다. 호텔은 세련되고 깨끗하며 구조도 아주 훌륭해요. 전용 주차장도 하루 10유로로 아주 편리하게 이용할 수 있습니다. 헬스장은 제 모든 요구를 충족시켜 주었고, 수영장은 바리의 여유로운 분위기의 이 멋진 동네에서 또 다른 큰 장점입니다. 호텔은 구시가지에서 택시로 10유로 정도 거리에 있습니다. 객실 미니바와 로비에는 무료 무알코올 음료가 제공되고, 이탈리아에서 무료 커피라니! 처음 들어봤어요!! 객실 요금에 포함된 조식은 다양하고 푸짐한 뷔페로, 건강에 좋은 메뉴가 많이 준비되어 있습니다.

das Hotel entspricht den Standards von Hilton, die beiden Zimmer waren sehr sauber und geräumig. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist gross und schöne Aussicht über die Dächer von Lecce, bis zum Meer. Leider mussten wir über 80€ zusätzlich zahlen, da anscheinend bei der Buchung (von 2 Zimmer) nur eine Person angegeben wurde 🤓, soll ich die Zimmer selber belegen ? so hat uns die Übernachtung einiges mehr gekostet als wenn wir direkt bei Hilton gebucht hätten und da wäre das Frühstück inklusive gewesen, so hat es nochmals 50€ gekostet.

Reception bit unorganized, we were waiting for room more than 1 hour (check-in 5:00 pm, we called in advance around 4.15 pm if possible to check-in earlier, no problem, but than waiting more than 1 hour because they were cleaning the room). They had this calling service once room ready, for us they didn't have even papers ready (needed to search, so more time wasted), wifi was not stable at the room (lack of proper coverage for our part of the area of the resort), breakfast not bad, but seems to me like stuck in 1998 when it come to food choices. Room was clean, but bath could be renovated a bit, there was no minibar and there was cigarette left in the candle glass on the balcony, parking was good, location also good.

위치는 바다 가장자리에 있으며 바다 앞을 즐기기에 완벽한 데이 베드가 있습니다. 방은 크기가 매우 관대하지만 에어컨에 지속적인 문제가 있었고 호주인이 될 수 있지만 다리미가 없으며 ”건강 문제”로 간주되는 압착된 것이 필요한 경우 ”세탁”을 위해 24시간을 기다릴 수 있는 옵션만 있습니다. 방에 하나. (여행 가방에서 살 때 이상적이지 않습니다.) 호텔은 '녹색'이라는 것을 자랑스럽게 생각하지만 그것이 그들이 제공하는 것에 대한 모서리를 자르는 핑계인 것처럼 느껴졌습니다. 제공되는 자전거는 중고품 가게에서 픽업한 것과 비슷했지만 아침에 모퉁이를 조금 더 여행하기 위해 일했습니다. 미친 일몰을 꼭 즐기세요!

해변 바로 앞에 위치한 아주 멋진 호텔입니다. 직원들은 친절하고 세심하게 서비스를 제공했습니다. 조식은 훌륭했고, 풀리아 여행 중 최고였습니다. 호텔 위치도 좋아서 레스토랑과 주요 쇼핑 거리가 가깝고, 기차역까지는 걸어서 10분 거리입니다.

Our first trip to Puglia. The hotel is in a very upscale rural setting. We had a very nice villa with a private pool and our own outdoor terrace. The property offers lots of privacy, not a big hotel feel, but a private villa along a golf course vibe. It is located between Bari and Brindisi, very easy to get the different towns in Puglia.

We loved the way they kept the authentic farm style masseria across the property. The sunset was spectacular around the pool and restaurants in the evening. We had two spacious deluxe suites, one with 2 stories and the other across one huge ground floor. They were styled like authentic farm workers lodges with the designer touches. The service was outstanding, and every single staff member helped with a smile. We loved our daily escapes to the amazing cliffs and beaches just down the road. Thank you.
