수영장 시설을 갖춘 인도 우타르프라데시 호텔

Hotel is good with all amenities near by But service very very bad or did not expect this from this hotel Very very very slow service n does not respond until 2 nd call Check out cleared but nobody come to help with the luggage even though it was mentioned they will send the support person in 5-10mins n until second reminder reception did not bother to send the guy. After the breakfast nobody there to respond what we need even mentioned they were little reluctant the 2 ladies( one in white shirt n other in red shirt) in the breakfast section. After couple of reminders we got what we need . Thanq for the guys in breakfast session for their prompt response n attention for what is required for my 78years old mom n made her comfortable for her choice of food . Food is good with all sorts of breakfast choices Strange thing which I noticed first time is during check out reception place nobody bothered to ask how was the stay 😃  Finally guys ( red)

We stayed at Radisson Blu Agra for three nights and had a really comfortable experience. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get to the Taj Mahal and other nearby sites. The spa was one of the highlights of our stay. A big shout out to the two ladies working there – it was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both great. The food was fresh, tasty, and there was plenty of variety. Lunch, on the other hand, was disappointing. On the first day there was very little selection, and on the second day it felt like leftovers from the night before. When you’re travelling around India, you want to try new food, not eat something reheated that you already had. The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Jitendra, Manish, Javid and Kushi stood out in the restaurant – all of them were kind, helpful and great at their jobs. Anil, the porter, was also incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. There were a few small things that could be improved. We noticed someone walking around swatting flies near the food, which is fair enough, but he was also on his phone and not clearing up the flies afterwards. We saw this happening near the salad area. The towels by the pool also had some stains, and the gym was very limited considering this is a five-star hotel. It would also be nice to have a proper ashtray outside for guests who smoke. Overall though, we had a lovely stay. The staff were kind, the room was comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. With just a few small changes, this hotel could be even better.

나는 여기에 몇 번 머물렀고 매우 편안한 숙박을했습니다. 이 경우 호텔에서 이벤트를 주최하고 있었고 새벽 3시까지 매우 시끄러운 음악이 연주되었습니다. 나는 근무 관리자에게 음악을 멈추라고 요청했지만 그들은 방해에 대해 아무 것도하지 않았습니다. 많은 사람들이 불평했지만 호텔 직원은 확고한 입장을 취하고 음악을 끌 수 없었습니다. 다음날 아침 8시에 비행기를 타고 다음날 일에 영향을 미쳤습니다. 의무 관리자가 상황을 매우 실망스럽게 처리합니다.

Hyatt doesn't need a review anymore. Everything was perfect.

I stayed at this hotel to recover from a surgery I had. I ended up needing to cancel, because I didn't realize that Ghazibad was epically far away from New Delhi, and I was unable to care for myself after the surgery for a time. I was told by the hotel that they would submit to refund the cost of my stay (this did not occur). Additionally, when I checked out, they did not give me the final costs on my room, then they subsequently harassed me on Whatsapp until I was able to pay, all while attempting to heal from a major surgery, and I had to return to the hospital. As for the hotel, it is listed as 4 stars but it is more like 3. I chose the hotel for the beautiful amenities in the pictures -- it looks NOTHING like what is pictured. The staff is helpful, going out of their way to meet any need you have and the restaurant menu and breakfast buffet are good, albeit quite expensive. I also used room service, which at one time I was told they would not take my order, I had to come down to give the order in person. I would say this is a hit or miss hotel. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is beyond unsafe and deplorable and I didn't feel comfortable AT ALL going outside, without risking my life and limb. I do not reccommend this hotel and would not stay again.

호텔은 도시에서 조금 벗어나 있으며 메리어트 표준이 아닙니다. 음식이 신선하지 않습니다. 방은 좋지만 작지만 아늑합니다. 직원들은 항상 도움을 주고 친절합니다. 하지만 과충전이 자주 발생하는 것 같으니 주의 깊게 확인하세요. 수영장은 매우 훌륭하며 시설이 잘 갖춰진 체육관도 마찬가지입니다. 해외 관광객이 많습니다. 타지마할은 가깝고 좋아요!

혼합 경험 – 인상적인 전망이지만 일부 단점 나는 최근에이 호텔에 머물렀고 전반적으로 혼합 된 경험을했습니다. 하이라이트 멋진 도시 전망: 최상층에서 바라보는 전망은 정말 인상적이며 도시의 아름다운 전망을 제공합니다. 좋은 음식 품질: 호텔에서 제공되는 음식은 선택할 수 있는 다양한 옵션이 있어 꽤 좋습니다. 개선된 지역 비싼 식사: 음식은 맛있지만 눈에 띄게 비싸므로 모든 예산에 적합하지 않을 수 있습니다. 원격 위치: 호텔은 주요 도시 지역 외곽에 위치하여 도시 편의 시설에 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 사람들에게 덜 편리합니다. 근처에 슈퍼마켓이 없습니다. 바로 근처에 슈퍼마켓이나 편의점이 없으므로 필수품이 필요한 경우 미리 계획하십시오. 압도적인 직원: 체크인 후 직원이 손님을 방까지 따라갈 필요가 없어 방해가 될 수 있습니다. 과도한 보안 점검: 보안 절차가 여러 번 반복되어 불편하고 체류가 덜 편안할 수 있습니다. 이 호텔은 멋진 전망과 좋은 음식을 찾는 여행자에게 어필할 수 있지만 더 높은 가격, 덜 중심적인 위치 및 불필요한 절차를 위해 준비할 수 있습니다.

모든 게 마음에 들었어요! 위치도 좋고, 객실도 넓고, 에어컨, 온수도 잘 나오고, 타지마할이 보이는 옥상 수영장까지 완벽했어요. 아침 식사도 맛있었고, 종류도 다양하고 과일도 푸짐했어요.

Outstanding. Exceptional value. Nice pool and bar. Free magic show and puppet shows as well. Comfortable. Clean  service was good especially Hemant. Breakfast was nice but ridiculously slow to get my chais.

호텔은 기차역과 구시가지 사이에 위치하며 구시가지와 가깝고 주변에 아무것도 없습니다. 여행은 툭툭만 가능합니다. 문 앞에서 호텔을 만났을 때 100루피의 여행을 하고 가게까지 데려다 주길 바라면 그냥 가세요. 호텔은 벽에 있으며 시설과 방의 크기는 가격, 전반적으로 좋은, 서비스, 구취에 합당합니다. 이것은 인도의 리듬이며 요구 사항은 국내와 동일 할 수 없습니다.
