수영장 시설을 갖춘 인도 우타르프라데시 호텔

호텔은 깨끗했고 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 많았습니다. 스파는 좋아 보였지만 이용할 기회가 없었습니다. 타지마할과 붉은 요새 방문을 위해 컨시어지를 이용했는데 정말 훌륭했습니다. 첫 번째 손님처럼 아무런 문제 없이 편하게 예약할 수 있었습니다. 가격도 적당했습니다. 란탐보르까지 택시를 불러줄 때도 컨시어지 연락처를 이용했는데 정말 최고였습니다. 훌륭한 숙박이었습니다. 직원들도 친절했습니다. 강력 추천합니다.

타지마할까지 툭툭으로 10분 정도, 아그라칸트역까지 택시로 15분 정도의 입지이므로 이동하기 쉬웠습니다. 방도 넓고, 드라이어, 바디 비누, 샴푸, 로션, 비누, 수건, 기본적인 어메니티는 갖추어져 있어 특별히 문제점은 없었습니다. 다른 곳에 머물지 않았지만 아그라에 머무르면 충분히이 호텔에서 좋다고 생각했습니다.

Staying at ITC Mughal Hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped foot onto the property, I was greeted with warmth and impeccable hospitality. The room was spacious, meticulously clean, and adorned with luxurious amenities, ensuring a comfortable and indulgent stay. Probably one of the best stays I’ve had while traveling. Hotel Taj Resorts in Agra truly exceeded my expectations! I usually go for budget hostels and hotels, but at this point in my trip I decided to book here. Surprisingly, it still fit within my budget, and I never thought I would receive such amazing treatment at this price. Highlights: I arrived early, and they kindly offered me an early check-in. The Taj Mahal is just a short walk away. All the staff, from reception to security and beyond, were very courteous. The breakfast selection was excellent.

Amazing hotel! It deserves the 5-stars quality. The hotel staff especially has a sense of hospitality. Actively, they were asking customer needs like asking for additional foods at a breakfast venue, giving us cake assorts with a handwriting letter for me, and setting enough drinkable water with eco friendly recycled glass bottle. Passively, whenever we asked by phone, they replied and actioned as soon as possible like giving us additional towels, lending us a wine opener, and letting us know info related to sightseeing around the hotel. When I come to Agra and my friends have a trip to it, I strongly come to and recommend it.

Room was not clean and thus we had to ask them for cleaning the room. One thing was literally bad at the time of checkout we asked them to give a glass of water or one bottle at least. They didn’t served us. This is hospitality. It’s kinda average.

Ik heb twee dagen verbleven in de golden tulp van Agra. Bij binnenkomst zijn we netjes ontvangen, we hebben de wifi code gekregen en informatie over de faciliteiten van het hotel. Vervolgens zijn we naar onze kamer gebracht. De kamer is schoon, bedden zijn opgemaakt en er staan twee flesjes met water klaar. Verder is de locatie dichtbij het centrum en toegankelijk met de taxi. Het ontbijt er erg aan te bevelen. Er is een ruime keuze van westers tot Indiaas eten en de kwaliteit ervan is erg hoog. Ten slotte heeft het hotel een bar, zwembad en een spa. Deze zijn ook sterk aan te bevelen. Deze hotel raad ik sterk aan en kom ik zeker terug.
