수영장 시설을 갖춘 인도네시아 반텐 호텔

The studio room refered by the listing,resembles close to a superior sized hotel room with a queen size bed, a small desk corner and a small kitchenette by the door entrance, equipped with a well functioning fridge. For the price value point, i would say the room listing is worth the room, location, and POLITENESS of the service rendered (yes... Just the politeness, but efficiency wise..... I'll explain) Anyone who is looking to book this room for future conveniencies near the BSD ICE... MAKE SURE you are familiar with the malay/indo language... Or at least have an indonesian number or friend... As it would turn out to be a nightmare for the international guests... Before the check-in date, you'll be approached through trip.com's message channel by the vendor who will ask you for your check-in time and check-out time. Why? Because this isn't a hotel, and the reception counter staff under the apartment isn't the check-in person in charge ..... It is actually managed by a third-party called travelio, a local travel agency within Jakarta. Summarised: 1. They will ask you to download the travelio app (language available in english and indonesian only), to process your check-in and submit deposit through there. However, my problem was, i was unable to input my booking ref & pin (information sent to your email after booking) due to ”incomplete profile information error” which would lead me to thinking it was verifying my phone number (your travelio account becomes unable to verify after 3 failed OTP attempts, which the OTP never arrives regardless of choosing sms or whatsapp) 2. Their travelio support team and customer service, only allows communication through whatsapp texts, no calls. Meaning... U might have to wait while you panic. 3. Throughout the whole nighmare checkin process, they insist on downloading the travelio app. (Suspicious for trip.com to have included a 3rd party travel agency, but things happen, and my experience with trip.com ended on a good note with professional staffs trying to follow up on a consistent basis) Regarding the room small problems found which i shared with the travelio agent as well: 1. The bedsheets had several yellow stains, but no bedbugs and foul smell detected. 2. Entrance door can only be locked using a normal key, and the key was slightly out of shape, making it hard to lock from the outside. 3. There was no hot water for showering. 4. If you book the room for long stay, do note this is not a hotel, so there will be no daily housekeeping and replenishment of amenities provided (body soap, shampoo and dishwashing liquid in a small 50ml bottle. NOTE: the shampoo and body soap do smell nice, but they do not foam up. It is better to buy them in a small indomart located just underneath the apartment) 5. There is no water kettle. You will have to boil it like you are cooking :D In conclusion: Book this place if you have experience with travelio or well versed with indonesian language (they did reach out to me in english after some time, but the efficiency takes way too long). The travelio people whom i have met are very polite, but when it comes to check out.... As they do not have a person in charge at the apartment, it means you do not have the flexibility of checking out whenever you want... And that means, pay close attention to what time your flight is.

아파트도 좋고 주인분도 정말 친절하고 책임감이 강하세요. 늦은 체크인이라는 불편한 일이 있었지만, 특별히 보상도 잘 해주시고 주인분께서 정말 친절하게 대해주셨어요. 앞으로도 계속 이곳에 예약할 생각입니다.

새롭게 생긴 레지던스라서 깨끗하고 위치도 좋습니다. 자카르타 외곽에 위치하고 있어 접근성도 좋고 근처 식당.쇼핑몰.골프장 등이 있어 편리한 생활권이고 직원들도 친절하고 적극적인 써비스가 인상적입니다. 조식도 간편하면서도 깔끔하고 세탁기.냉장고.간단한 취식도구등이 있어 호텔보다는 훨씬 편리합니다. 장기투숙에 적합한 아주 좋은 숙소입니다

이전에 자카르타 공항의 모델 J에 묵었는데 꽤 좋았습니다. 이번에는 인도네시아 국제 컨벤션 센터가 있는 BSD 지역에 새로운 호텔이 생겨서 한번 이용해 보기로 했습니다. 놀랍게도 달랐습니다. 호텔 로비는 3층 주차장에 위치해 있습니다. 로고와 색상이 공항 로비와는 확연히 달랐습니다. 파란색과 흰색이 더 안정감 있어 보였습니다. 호텔 전체가 쇼핑몰 위에 지어졌고, 맞은편에는 쇼핑몰 소유의 콘도미니엄처럼 보이는 건물들이 있습니다. 프런트 데스크는 세 개의 독특하지만 한정된 디럭스 킹룸을 추천했습니다. 하나는 넓은 공간과 큰 침대(2.7m라고 들었습니다)가 있고, 다른 하나는 탁 트인 도시 전망과 멋진 야경을 감상할 수 있는 전용 발코니가 있습니다. 저는 최고의 야경을 자랑하는 객실을 선택했는데, 아마도 제가 회원이고 업그레이드 비용을 추가하지 않았기 때문일 것입니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 위생적이었습니다. 샤워하고 손을 씻자마자 뜨거운 물이 바로 나왔습니다. 변기 시트는 스마트했고, 헤어드라이어는 훌륭해서 인도네시아 대부분보다 더 좋았습니다. 책상도 매우 안정적이어서 회의하기에 완벽했습니다. 객실에는 생수가 제공되었고, 베개는 목에 문제가 있는 사람에게도 매우 편안했습니다. 침대 머리맡에는 AI를 활성화하여 룸서비스를 요청할 수 있는 QR 코드가 있었는데, 꽤 신기했고 실제로 작동했습니다. 인도네시아에서는 보기 드문 셀프 서비스 세탁실도 12층에 있습니다. 조식은 3층 리셉션 옆 식당에서 제공됩니다. 토스트, 커피, 계란으로 구성된 싱가포르식 세트 메뉴와 인도네시아 현지 요리가 제공됩니다. 출장 중에는 보통 메뉴 선택에 까다롭지 않지만, 꽤 맛있고 배부르며 금방 먹을 수 있어서 추가로 주문하기도 했습니다. 가장 놀라웠던 것은 수영장과 헬스장이었습니다. 이곳은 정말 최고급 아파트인데, 같은 등급의 다른 호텔에는 이런 시설이 없습니다. 경비원은 근처 사무실 문까지 열어 주었습니다. 회의나 업무에 안성맞춤이었죠. 아래층 쇼핑몰에는 붐비지 않지만 각자 독특한 개성을 가진 여러 레스토랑이 있습니다. 싱가포르 음식은 맛있고, 커피숍도 마찬가지입니다. 오른쪽으로 약 100미터 가면 말레이시아와 싱가포르 음식을 판매하는 A-Mei라는 곳이 있습니다. 맛과 양 모두 만족스러운 드문 중식당입니다. 며칠 머물기에는 충분했습니다.

시골에서 긴 여행을 한 후 휴식을 취하거나 비행기를 타야 할 때 이 호텔이 적합합니다. 넓고 좋은 수압의 객실. 세심한 서비스로 오전 5시 30분에 다리미를 가져다주었습니다. 수영장과 레스토랑이 있습니다. 게다가 밖에는 과일, 펨펙, 사테 등이 가득한 활기찬 길거리 음식 구역이 있습니다. 오전 7시경에 통행료가 부과되는 공항까지 약 25분. 좋습니다.

방이 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되어 있었고, 시설도 잘 갖춰져 있었으며 관리가 잘 되어 있었습니다. 침구류도 부드러워서 편안하게 잠들 수 있었습니다. 프런트 직원 샤오원님은 친절하고 꼼꼼하게 서비스를 제공해 주셨고, 체크인도 빠르고 효율적으로 처리해 주셨습니다. 필요한 요청 사항에도 신속하게 응대해 주셨으며, 주변 교통도 편리했습니다.

땅그랑 가라와치 최고의 위치 호텔 시설이 좀 낡은 부분이 조금 마음에 걸리지만 주변환경을 고려한다면 괜찮은호텔 아이들을 데려간다면 스파시설 물놀이 수영장 을 갖춘 최고의 호텔인것같다

모든 직원은 친절하고 협조적이며, 특히 객실 예약을 담당하는 Miss Nissa가 있습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 전망은 특별합니다.. 산과 해변의 전망을 볼 수 있습니다.. 모든 편의 시설이 제공됩니다. 수영장은 아름답고, 전면에 독특한 대나무가 있는 전용 해변이 있습니다. 우리는 Novus Jiva Villa Resort and Spa Anyer에서 즐거운 시간을 보내고 있습니다. 계속해서 좋은 일을 하세요 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

공항에서 택시로 20 분 거리에 아파트에 도착했습니다. 서비스는 매우 따뜻했고 열쇠는 내가 머물렀던 로비로 보냈습니다. 방은 매우 좋고 위생은 매우 깨끗합니다. 1 층은 매우 풍부하고 냄비 바베큐 스시 레스토랑 Mala Tang과 같은 모든 것이 있습니다. 다음에 도쿄를 선택할 것입니다!
