수영장 시설을 갖춘 영국 스털링 호텔

Great location and great use of university sports facilities. Would like to see a little more selection on buffet and perhaps better stocked.

호텔 설비는 조금 오래되었지만 매우 깨끗합니다. 호텔 앞에는 넓은 잔디밭이 있어서 보기에 매우 편안합니다. 주변에 아무것도 없지만, 운전해서 가는 건 여전히 편리합니다. 스털링까지는 차로 약 5~10분이 걸립니다.

스털링 여행에 좋은 호텔입니다. 객실은 괜찮았지만 예상대로 오래되었습니다. 수영장, 사우나, 온수 욕조가 그 단점을 보완해 줍니다. 수영장은 붐비지 않아서 좋은 경험이었습니다. 가격 대비 훌륭한 호텔입니다.

Lovely hotel and delicious food. We loved the location and the pool area and facilities. Only issue we had was the heat. It was particularly mild for November and the staff weren’t able to adjust the temperature. We were given a dusty and broken fan to combat the heat but sadly no one came forward with an apology when we brought it to staff that we had to leave the window open wide all night to try combat the heat. I know it wasn’t the individuals fault but good customer service would apologise to the customer and none of the 4 staff we spoke to about it offered an apology and they seemed disgruntled about it too.

It was a lovely stop over on the way to the highlands and was dog friendly which was excellent, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, it was in a beautiful location , highly recommended

전반적으로 우리의 체류는 환상적이었습니다! 아파트 크기는 발코니가 있는 거대했고 개별 사우나가 있어 매우 즐겼습니다. 호텔 풍경은 장관이었고 Ard 호수 바로 맞은편에 위치하여 전망이 아슬아슬했습니다. 우리의 체류의 일부로 우리는 체육관 / 스파 시설에 무료로 접근 할 수 있었고 다시 많은 것을 즐겼습니다. 유일한 단점은 아파트의 청결함, 일부 베개에는 얼룩이 있었고 침실 중 하나는 매우 강한 곰팡이 냄새가 났으며 가구는 일반적으로 꽤 오래되었습니다. 이전 리뷰의 많은 부분이 이미 이것에 대해 언급했기 때문에 예약하기 전에 정신적으로 준비했고 다른 불쾌한 놀라움은 없었습니다.
