Clean and tidy hotel. Friendly staff. We went for a special occassion but we just did not feel special at all no effort at all. They can not say we did not tell them it was on the booking form, I was asked when I phoned to book a reservation in the restaurant and again when we checked in. Came away feeling very flat. Food was well presented and tasted good. Had a lovely bottle of wine.

1. 호텔은 Penzans시의 작은 경사면에 있으며 도심까지 도보로 20 분 이내의 거리에 있습니다. 실제로 여행하기에 매우 편리하며 Penzans 기차역과 항구와도 가깝습니다. 산 미셸 (Mont Saint-Michel)을 보려면 차로 15 분이 걸립니다. 2. 호텔은 많은 간식을 제공하며 바다 전망의 객실은 훌륭한 전망을 가지고 있으며 적극 권장합니다. 아침 식사를 주문하려면 약간의 추가 요금이 부과되며 다른 식사의 품질도 좋습니다. 3. 자동차로 오시는 경우 호텔에 전화하여 주차 공간을 예약해야합니다. 주차 요금은 하루 약 4.5 파운드입니다. 4. 호텔의 취소 정책은 14일 전에 취소할 수 있습니다. 5. 호텔의 복도는 비교적 좁고 엘리베이터가 없으며 짐이 너무 커서 편리하지 않을 수 있습니다.

Great location and super efficient and friendly service. Breakfast was exceptional. Spa, gym and swimming pool all great and the grounds are well kept. Good parking facilities. Room was a little on the small side and some parts of the room and landings were a little scruffy. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was excellent. A lot of unreasonable bad reviews about this place but the cleaniness was fine, facilities more than adequate, and the staff was friendly. The on-site restaurant was excellent as well, again great staff, and the food produced looked like the chef took it seriously too. i.e. homemade tartar sauce, homemade sweet chilli sauce, fresh battered fish. Good beer selection on draught too.

Very dated needs updating WI-FI none existent unless in the Hotel. Booked the restaurant for evening dinner average, breakfast is ok. Used the swimming pool and there are tiles missing inside the pool. I would stay here again.

LLuke우리는 여기에서 2 박을 보냈습니다. 11-13 7 월. 우리는 10-11pm 사이에 늦게 도착했고 카운터 직원은 매우 친절하고 도움이되었습니다. 우리는 기차 지연으로 인해 저녁 식사를 할 수 없었지만 프론트 직원은 친절하게 우리가 차가운 샌드위치를 구입할 수 있다고 알려주었고 그는 우리를 위해 샌드위치를 만들 것입니다. 😊 객실 가격에는 우리가 기뻤던 아침 식사가 포함되어 있습니다. 우리는 아침 식사를 철저히 즐겼습니다. St Ives 해변이 내려다보이는 호텔에서 바라보는 전망은 정말 환상적입니다. 호텔 부지는 완벽하게 유지되었습니다. 당신은 그들의 벽으로 둘러싸인 정원을 걸어야 합니다... 그것은 잘 조경되고 매우 아름답습니다. 그것은 전문적으로 잘 선별 된 식물원에서 걷는 것처럼 느껴졌습니다. 👍🏼

We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurant; the food was incredibly delicious and way beyond our expectations, especially for the price. It felt like a fancy dining experience without the hefty bill. We had requested a non-carpeted room, and were so happy they accommodated it. The view from our window was just gorgeous. Everything about the place was peaceful, and the facilities were top-notch—jacuzzi, warm indoor pool, saunas, and even options to try golf or tennis. Overall, such a great experience for the price. RR C RichardsDidn’t expect to be staying in a block of rooms which were pretty soulless. Wanted to go into the Hotel bar for a drink but because we didn’t have a meal booked, as wanted to go out to Portreath by the sea for food, we weren’t allowed in the bar for a drink from 6pm, it was cordoned off! so I have no idea what the hotel bar is like. So I feel for the money we paid we didn’t actually get to use any of the hotel. All we wanted was a drink in the bar with the view. I won’t be rushing back.
