The hotel resort is going through a noticeable renovation process and that has reduced amenities availability. Otherwise, the service and attractions are great .

장점: 해변가, 해변에 쉽게 접근할 수 있으며 라운지 해변 의자 주변의 고요함. 친절한 직원 단점: 호텔이 오래되었고 샤워 시설이 너무 작았습니다. AC 통풍구에서 cucarachas가 흘러나왔다. 그러나 직원이 즉시 해결하러 왔습니다. 엘리베이터가 없고 2층과 3층으로 짐을 옮기기가 어렵습니다. 장소는 거동이 불편한 사람들을 위한 디자인이 아니었습니다. 또한 사람들은 개를 풀어주는 것이 허용됩니다. 작은 개 한 마리가 나를 따라왔다. 내가 개 주인에게 개를 목줄에 묶을 수 있는지 물었을 때, 그는 전투적이고 무례하며 일종의 인종 차별주의자가 되었습니다. 호텔 직원은 지켜보고 아무 것도하지 않았습니다. 매니저에게 불만을 제기해 달라고 했더니 담당자에게 물어보면 휴가(?)에 있다고 해서 사람도 못찾는다고 하더군요. 그것은 해결되지 않은 안전 문제였기 때문에 실망스럽고 실망스러웠습니다.

Staff was very nice. However, while in the property you will not be able to nap in the middle of the day if that is your thing, it is way to loud since right in front of your window is the main street and lots of motorcycles pass by along with cars with hooked up loud music. if you are going with family you are better off staying in Puerto Plata or Cabarete. Sosua is really a town for men if you know what i mean. In this hotel you will be woken up by noise and talking people by usually 6-7 am. This happens any day/night while i stayed here. This hotel is about 20 mins from Cabarete and 30 from Puerto Plata. For a good night out of dancing i recommend visiting “Ojos” restaurant/club on the water which is located in Cabarete. In Sosua we checked out Santa Fe, it was very nice with good music and multiple pools and great staff and they also had cabanas.

Playa Bachata resort is a 3 star experience. If you want a low cost all inclusive getaway, this place works. Don't expect high-quality food, drinks, or activities and you won't be disappointed. The staff, as in all DR resorts, are very kind and helpful. The check-in process was a little slow; which is odd because I was the only one at check-in. The room was clean, but the furnishings were very dated. I was disturbed to find about a dozen flies crawling at the cold salad bar. The beach is the highlight of this resort. I loved sitting under the palm trees and observing the beautiful sea and sky. Overall, it was a good experience at the price point I paid.

Birthday celebration- location was perfect. Off season - Weather in the 90's - more staff than guests. Breakfast at the pool everyday with spectacular views, no one else was there. Take the classic car tour for 3 hours - well worth it. Rooms were ideal - spa was most accommodating - booked 2 different massages plus the Romantic Getaway package - Itself a great deal. Ana - our reservation specialist was responsive and to the point on all requests. Greilly our concierge handled all requests even on short notice and gave great advice, Looking forward to a return trip in the Fall!

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral im Ort Cabarete man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen, Cafés, Restaurant, Bars und den langen Sandstrand. Das Hotel hat zwei Pools und ein Whirlpool. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich sehr wohl in der Anlage, es gibt genügend Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme um sich an der Poolanlage zu erholen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet das Bett ist sehr groß und man hat einen großen Schrank mit Spiegel im Zimmer. Es gibt eine Terrasse oder Balkon pro Zimmer. Im Bad gibt es immer warmes Wasser zum Duschen.

Great location near the beach, with clean comfortable room and wide variety of food options available.

호텔은 평균이며 의사 소통에 특별한 것은 없습니다. Casa Blanca 뷔페까지 걸어 가면 음식은 괜찮 았습니다.
