중앙에 이상적으로 위치. 우리는 크루즈를 위해 여기에 있었고 당신은 크루즈 터미널까지 걸어갑니다. 호텔은 현대적인 옷입니다. 좋은 에어컨을 갖춘 멋진 객실. 저렴하고 좋은 선택의 아침 식사. 프리마 베이스 한 가지 포인트는 욕실에 환기가 잘 되어야 한다는 것입니다.

I have only positive things to say about the Victoria Letterario, even after the shock during the check in. Upon arrival for check in, the reception staff told me that my booking was cancelled! I showed them the communication of trip.com 3 days earlier confirming my booking, which their system has not registered. Jorge, the concierge, was very apologetic and offered me the only room available that day which I accepted, while he will get in touch with the intermediary to find out what went wrong. It appears that trip.com and similar platforms purchase the beds in great numbers from a company hotelbeds.com- I went to my room and I came down with my iPad and I and Jorge got in touch with Trip.com via my account. Trip.com replied immediately, confirming my booking and promising that they will get in touch with hotelbeds.com. As it was already 7pm, Trip.com did no manage to get through the staff at hotelbeds. Trip.com advice that if hotelbeds.com did no reply or confirm the booking then I'll have to pay and Trip.com will refund me right away. I was happy with that. I stayed the 2 nights in the hotel, and only the morning of the day I checked out the hotel Victoria Letterario received finally the confirmation of the booking from hotelbeds. Trip.com was every effective in dealing with the issue and I'll use them again and Jorge, at the Victoria Letteriario dealt with the issue very professionally all they way through, so did the manager of the hotel too. Trieste is a small city, and you can walk from the hotel to the major landmarks in 20 minutes. I loved the decoration of the rooms, the bathroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The TV channels were all in Italian but I don't care much about the telly when I travel. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast, it has everything that a good hotel breakfast should have and more, namely its attentive staff. A five stars stay!!!

Palace는 1900년대 초반의 고전적인 건축양식으로 고급스러운 느낌이 들며, 역사적인 예술과 아름다움이 우리를 조식당까지 안내해 주었고, 객실은 현대적이고 편리했으며, 서비스는 최근에 새로워졌습니다. 호텔은 우아한 항구 도시의 역사적 중심지에 위치하고 있으며, 차량 대리 서비스가 매우 유용하며, 도보로 10~15분 거리에 박물관과 최고의 카페 레스토랑이 있습니다.

좋은 위치, 주차하기 쉬운, 매우 친절한 직원, 매우 깨끗하고 멋진 아침 식사. 비즈니스 또는 가족 숙박에 적극 권장됩니다.

훌륭한 룸 서비스, 위치는 숭고한 일몰에 불과합니다. 호텔은 거친 호텔, 안락하지만 비인간적인 호텔입니다.

Siamo stati ospiti per una sola notte al BW Hotel di Gorizia, ma l’esperienza è stata impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista. La posizione è comoda e facilmente raggiungibile. Il personale della reception è stato fin dal primo momento gentile, sorridente e professionale, pronto a fornire indicazioni sia sull’hotel sia sulla città. La camera era spaziosa, pulitissima e ben insonorizzata. Letto comodo, biancheria di qualità e un bagno moderno e perfettamente funzionante, con una buona dotazione di cortesia. Apprezzabile anche la presenza del bollitore con caffè e tè a disposizione, un piccolo gesto che fa sentire coccolati. In sintesi, un soggiorno breve ma molto piacevole, che ci fa considerare questo hotel un ottimo punto di riferimento per eventuali futuri viaggi in zona. Consigliatissimo!

El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado y cuenta con todas las comodidades. Lo que no nos guató es que al reservar entre los servicios estaba indicado el servicio de guarda equipaje pero no es cierto. Contacté por correo electrónico con el alojamiento y nos dijeron que era un error y que no podian guardar nuestras maletas. Y nos dijeron que podiamos utilizar una app para guardar las maletas en otros comercios al precio de 5€ por equipaje, lo que suponia 15€ el dia de llegada y 15 el del check out. No nos parece una buena solición que por un error de ellos tengamos un sobrecoste de 30€.

房間不大，但非常乾淨。前台很熱情。早餐也很便宜。距離火車站衹有幾十米的距離。到達鎮上的最繁華的一條街也不是很遠。
