I have never stayed in a hotel where the service and experience progressively got worse each day. Everything just started going downhill during our second day you wake up in the morning and the first thing that happens is you are asked about joining one of the tours and offer through the hotel and they do that every chance they get and the moment they find out that you have a booking For a tour with another company and not through them, they will just little snide comments and make you regret your decisions. The second thing was the food you had to order lunch hours before and when you ordered for specific time you get to the restaurant you still have to wait at least another 30 minutes to get it, I ordered calamari on one of those days for eight and only got four small pieces of calamari and that was it just for small pieces of calamari and fried plantain so that was basically two dollars per calamari. There was an element of feeling unsafe because one of the mornings as I was walking up to breakfast there was a strange man just walking around and when I get to breakfast, one of the staff members there tells me that there’s a man who has been asking about me and looking for me and as I turned there, that man is standing right there and my question was, how are you letting this man on the premises, and what if you wanted to come to me and you guys are letting him walk around this entire place because I ran into him on the other side of the hotel so there was that as well which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and uneasy and unsafe. They didn’t spray any mosquito spray as it’s common in the area to in and spray the room with mosquito spray at the end of each evening they only did that first night and we had to keep them and each time it was met with just a sigh of inconvenience like we were inconveniencing them getting there difficult worth it and I think that is the one thing I can attest to being the better part of this entire establishment, but that aside the services awful. You will go hungry, we told the bar open a specific time but it wouldn’t open. Also they change their rules at one day. It’s OK to have a meal by the bar closer to the beach the next day you can’t do that but then you’ll see them. Send them food down for specific people so that was also extremely offputting, I can safely say I will never set foot in that place ever again. Also, the WiFi was bad

Good location - in the center of everything in Stone town. They don’t have water coolers for clients - you have to go to the restaurant to refill. Also: it seems they bought another building. So they accommodated us in like 200 meters from main facility. Surely it’s kind of inconvenient but still ok.

객실, 발코니, 객실에서 보이는 전망, 레스토랑은 정말 좋습니다. 하지만 리셉션 고객 서비스에서 개선해야 할 점이 하나 있습니다. 체크인할 때 서명한 객실과 실제로 받은 객실이 달랐습니다. 그들은 아무런 통보 없이 객실을 바꾸었습니다. 왜 내부는 같은 객실이라고 했는지 물었습니다. 하지만 전혀 달랐습니다. 바뀐 객실은 프라이버시가 전혀 없습니다. 투숙하는 동안 창문을 닫아야 합니다. 그리고 체크인할 때 늦은 체크아웃을 요청했습니다. 그들은 마지막 날 아침에 체크인하라고 했습니다. 마지막 날에 다시 2시간 늦은 체크아웃을 요청했습니다. 그들은 시스템을 확인하지도 않고 요청을 거부했습니다. 그냥 NO라고 말했습니다. 저는 그들의 태도에 매우 실망했습니다. 그리고 사이트를 확인했을 때 남은 객실이 많이 있었습니다. 모두가 알다시피 잔지바르는 휴양지입니다. 휴양지의 대부분 5성급 호텔은 비행 시간 때문에 체크아웃 시간을 매우 유연하게 운영합니다. 고객 서비스에서 5성급을 받을 자격이 없습니다.

노후된 장비를 갖춘 표준적인 5성급 호텔로, 북부 지역의 올인클루시브 스타 리조트에 비해 파크 하얏트는 서비스 및 하드웨어 측면에서 비용 효율성이 떨어집니다. 저녁식사 관리가 조금 혼란스러웠습니다.

酒店的位置挺好，在stone town，去哪都方便。房間是特價的，在側樓，比較小也沒有電梯。服務一般。這些都可以接受。 最離譜的是夜裡酒店的風扇竟然把蚊帳掛斷掉下來了！然後連接蚊帳的金屬鎖鏈也被刮下來了！當時甩出來非常危險 我們馬上打電話給前台説明情況，結果他們衹是派人來把蚊帳收走。 第二天check out的時候又和前台説了一次。結果他們衹是輕描淡寫説了個sorry。沒有提出任何補償，也沒有任何解釋！ 以後不會再住這裏了，也不推薦其他人入住

훌륭한 위치, 매우 도움이 되는 직원, 매우 깨끗하고 넓은 방. 훌륭한 아침 식사. 스톤 타운의 중심에 있습니다. 정말 아름다운 작품과 함께 아프리카 앤티크 가구를 갖춘 매우 멋진 호텔입니다. Wi-Fi와 에어컨, 작동하는 팬. 삽만 있어도 방이 시원해서 숙박 기간 내내 삽만 사용했습니다. 적극 추천, 매우 만족합니다.

The Receptionists welcomed us with smiles, everyone was welcoming. The food was great, a wide variety for breakfast including local dishes, Indian and other dishes which we tasted and they were great. The hotel is located in Stone Town, a neighborhood is full of history, markets with spices that are walk-able distances away. It has taxis in the front door to take you anywhere at affordable fee. The shores to Slave Island are just walk-able distance away. The ferry sounds can wake you up earlier, other than that everything was great.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, old style hostel but it was clean and some little hearts on the bed , small things to feel welcomed . The breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruits , juice , eggs salad ,coffee , tea . We really enjoyed our stay .

위치는 바다와 가까운 도시 지역에 있으며 해산물 부두, 광장 바베큐 및 야시장이 도보로 불과 몇 분 거리에 있습니다. 객실은 절묘하고 깔끔하며 장식 스타일은 매우 독특하고 사진은 아름답습니다. 수영용 테이크 아웃 목욕 타월도 제공됩니다. 등나무 바구니는 사진을 찍기에 매우 적합하며 호텔 조식이 있다고 말해야 합니다. 서양 식당보다 더 맛있는 모든 갓 구운 서양 음식은 마침내 차가운 느낌이 아니라 슈퍼 사랑입니다.

Loved this place, everything was great, food, drinks, pool, gym.. baggage storage after check out. Wish i had more time.. and the aircon after 3 weeks without any was the icing on top of the cake.. bed was really comfortable. They allowed an early check in too.. i have absolutely nothing bad to say 👌 staff really friendly and polite as well
