주차장 시설을 갖춘 필리핀 센트럴 루존 호텔

이 리조트는 수빅 만의 멋진 전망과 깨끗한 해변을 바라보며 올인원 휴식을 제공합니다. 객실은 꽤 낡았지만 여전히 편안하게 잠을 잘 수 있습니다. 조금 낡았기 때문에 떨어지는 나무 칩을 줄이기 위해 헤드보드를 변경할 수 있기를 바랍니다. 리조트 전체가 훌륭합니다. 객실과 로비만 개선하면 됩니다. 직원은 훌륭합니다. 야간 근무 중에 Bar Staff, 특히 Arvin에게 감사드립니다. 또한 우리가 머무는 동안 아침 식사 레스토랑 서버에 15년 동안 가장 오래 근무한 직원 중 한 명을 만났는데, 몇 년 전에 만났고 여전히 거기에 있습니다. Kuya /tatay 이름을 잊어버렸어요. 여전히 동일한 모범적인 서비스입니다.

8/6-8/8 필리핀 클락앙헬레스 출장시에 이용한 퀴즈호텔앙헬레스시티는 위치 및 가격을 보고 정한 호텔입니다. 친절한 데스크 그리고 편리한 위치떄문에 결정하게 되었고 첫날 도착해서 숙박을 해보니 좋은결정이었다는 걸 확인하게 되었습니다. 주변에 워킹스트릿이 있고 SM몰이 가까워서 좋았습니다.

저희는 이 호텔을 정말 사랑합니다! 객실은 깨끗하고 위치도 훌륭하며, 무엇보다 서비스가 최고였습니다. 특히 클럽 라운지의 M' Eileen, Joe, Harold, Jae 님께 특별히 감사드립니다. 저희가 머무는 동안 정말 잘 챙겨주셨어요.

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

The hotel is quite new and has modern look and feel.  They have ample parking for guests and have reserved slots for Accor members. The room is clean and spacious and has modern furnitures and fixtures.  They have the basic amenities like smart tv, ref, separate toilet and bath, hair dryer, slippers, and shampoo and shower gel. I love their brewed coffee which I ordered from their cafeteria near the reception area and is reasonably priced. The hotel is just opposite the Harbor Point mall and nearby restaurants. What I like most are the warm and friendly staff who are always smiling and make you feel at home. However, since this hotel just opened and is not yet fully-operational, there are many rooms for improvement: 1. AC control installed in the room is not working so requested for a remote control.  Not sure if the battery is fully-charged but there is delayed reaction when I change the settings like temperature. 2. I requested for a room with queen sized bed and near the elevator since my wife is a PWD but these were ignored and we got a room with two single beds and quite far from the elevator.  Then requested for a room change but the room being assigned to us was at the ground floor and there was a strong smell of paint so we opted to stay at the room initially given to us.  Requested to just put the two beds together to form a single but bigger bed and waited for the hotel staff to arrive but we waited too long and finished our light dinner without seeing the hotel staff.  So just requested the hotel to cancel the request so we can rest already since we arrived past 8pm and we were already tired. 3. They gave a WhatsApp number to reach in case guests have requests since there are still no phones in the rooms.  Tried sending a message but no quick reply.  So just called the number and got an apology and feedback.  Maybe they should assign someone to monitor the messages so they can respond quickly to guests. 4.  We were having breakfast at our room when there was a brownout.  No back up generator so we were in dark for about 10-20 minutes.  Also no emergency lights in the room so we had to open the curtains to get natural light.  We were supposed to check out before 12noon but since there was no power, we requested for a late checkout which was granted.  Thank you. Hope the hotel can complete all unfinished work and level up soon. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful short stay.

빠르고 편리하게 체크인할 수 있었습니다. 호텔은 거의 모든 곳과 가까운 전략적 위치에 있습니다. 호텔 객실은 깨끗하고 정돈이 잘 되어 있으며, 정성껏 조리되어 따뜻하게 맞아주었습니다. 조식은 현지 토치노를 포함한 다양한 음식이 준비되어 있어 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다.

항상 그렇듯이 훌륭한 숙박이었습니다. 비흡연자라 금연 객실을 받으니 정말 좋았어요. 딱 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 밤새 오토바이 소음이 심해서 잠귀가 밝으신 분들은 귀마개를 챙겨오셔야 할 것 같아요.

최근 Sunday Hevea에 묵었는데, 정말 좋은 경험이었습니다. 객실은 믿을 수 없을 정도로 넓고 깨끗했으며, 하루 종일 관광 후 편안하게 휴식하기에 완벽했습니다. 이번 숙박에서 가장 인상 깊었던 점 중 하나는 단연 음식이었습니다. 제가 맛본 모든 음식은 신선하게 조리되어 맛있었고, 현지식과 세계 각국 요리를 다양하게 즐길 수 있었습니다. 조식 뷔페도 선택의 폭이 넓었고, 레스토랑 직원분들도 세심하고 친절했습니다. 전반적으로, 넓고 편안한 객실과 맛있는 음식을 찾으신다면 이 호텔을 강력히 추천합니다. 기꺼이 다시 방문하고 싶습니다!

할인된 가격에 예약할 수 있다면 괜찮은 호텔이지만, 정가로 예약하면 비싸다고 생각합니다. 새 호텔이긴 하지만 객실에 있는 사이드 테이블처럼 일부 비품이 벌써 망가져 있습니다. 수영장 지붕에서 물이 샙니다. 식당에서 제공하는 아침 식사는 괜찮지만, 제대로 청소하고 먼지와 때가 쌓이는 크리스마스 장식을 치워야 할 것 같습니다. 레스토랑에서 나오는 음악은 아침 일찍부터 하루 종일 계속되는데, 소리가 좀 큽니다. 헬스장이 있어서 좋긴 하지만, 가끔 사람들이 아침 일찍부터 음악을 크게 틀어놓아서 투숙객들에게 불편합니다. 전반적으로 괜찮은 호텔이지만, 관리가 잘 되고 청소도 좀 더 잘하고 가격도 좀 더 저렴해지면 좋겠습니다.

우리는 하룻밤을 머물렀습니다. 한 가족만 방 하나를 선택할 수 있습니다. 당구를 칠 수 있지만 2시간에 300달러를 내야 합니다. 바베큐 그릴을 사용할 수 있지만 500달러와 보험비 1,000달러를 내야 합니다. 체크아웃 후 환불이 가능하며 시설비 150달러가 추가됩니다.
