익익명 사용자이 리조트는 수빅 만의 멋진 전망과 깨끗한 해변을 바라보며 올인원 휴식을 제공합니다. 객실은 꽤 낡았지만 여전히 편안하게 잠을 잘 수 있습니다. 조금 낡았기 때문에 떨어지는 나무 칩을 줄이기 위해 헤드보드를 변경할 수 있기를 바랍니다. 리조트 전체가 훌륭합니다. 객실과 로비만 개선하면 됩니다. 직원은 훌륭합니다. 야간 근무 중에 Bar Staff, 특히 Arvin에게 감사드립니다. 또한 우리가 머무는 동안 아침 식사 레스토랑 서버에 15년 동안 가장 오래 근무한 직원 중 한 명을 만났는데, 몇 년 전에 만났고 여전히 거기에 있습니다. Kuya /tatay 이름을 잊어버렸어요. 여전히 동일한 모범적인 서비스입니다.

리리뷰어앙헬레스에 오면 항상 제가 가장 좋아하는 호텔입니다! 직원들은 훌륭하고, 위치는 밤 문화와 가깝지만 밤에는 조용합니다. 좋은 수영장을 갖춘 잘 지어진 호텔이지만, 체육관은 유지보수와 새 장비가 필요할 것 같습니다. 또한 루프탑 바에서 무료 환영 음료를 다시 제공해 주시면 좋겠습니다. 하지만 전반적으로 저는 이 곳을 정말 좋아하고 다시 방문할 것입니다.

리리뷰어I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed.
While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird.
The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work.
Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice.
But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

리리뷰어The hotel is quite new and has modern look and feel. They have ample parking for guests and have reserved slots for Accor members.
The room is clean and spacious and has modern furnitures and fixtures. They have the basic amenities like smart tv, ref, separate toilet and bath, hair dryer, slippers, and shampoo and shower gel.
I love their brewed coffee which I ordered from their cafeteria near the reception area and is reasonably priced.
The hotel is just opposite the Harbor Point mall and nearby restaurants.
What I like most are the warm and friendly staff who are always smiling and make you feel at home.
However, since this hotel just opened and is not yet fully-operational, there are many rooms for improvement:
1. AC control installed in the room is not working so requested for a remote control. Not sure if the battery is fully-charged but there is delayed reaction when I change the settings like temperature.
2. I requested for a room with queen sized bed and near the elevator since my wife is a PWD but these were ignored and we got a room with two single beds and quite far from the elevator. Then requested for a room change but the room being assigned to us was at the ground floor and there was a strong smell of paint so we opted to stay at the room initially given to us. Requested to just put the two beds together to form a single but bigger bed and waited for the hotel staff to arrive but we waited too long and finished our light dinner without seeing the hotel staff. So just requested the hotel to cancel the request so we can rest already since we arrived past 8pm and we were already tired.
3. They gave a WhatsApp number to reach in case guests have requests since there are still no phones in the rooms. Tried sending a message but no quick reply. So just called the number and got an apology and feedback. Maybe they should assign someone to monitor the messages so they can respond quickly to guests.
4. We were having breakfast at our room when there was a brownout. No back up generator so we were in dark for about 10-20 minutes. Also no emergency lights in the room so we had to open the curtains to get natural light. We were supposed to check out before 12noon but since there was no power, we requested for a late checkout which was granted. Thank you.
Hope the hotel can complete all unfinished work and level up soon.

JJen Ng Chin Yu클락 ABC 호텔에서 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 객실 크기가 충분해서 업무를 보거나 휴식을 취하기에 편안한 공간이었습니다. 클락 국제공항에서 몇 분 거리이고 SM 시티 클락 바로 건너편에 위치해 있어 이동하기 매우 편리합니다. 호텔 시설도 나쁘지 않았는데, 여러 야외 수영장, 스파, 그리고 비즈니스 여행객에게 이상적인 고속 Wi-Fi를 이용할 수 있었습니다. 친절한 직원과 다양한 식사 옵션이 경험을 더욱 좋게 만들었습니다. 전반적으로 업무와 여가 모두에 훌륭한 선택입니다.

NNurse Murl최근 Sunday Hevea에 묵었는데, 정말 좋은 경험이었습니다. 객실은 믿을 수 없을 정도로 넓고 깨끗했으며, 하루 종일 관광 후 편안하게 휴식하기에 완벽했습니다.
이번 숙박에서 가장 인상 깊었던 점 중 하나는 단연 음식이었습니다. 제가 맛본 모든 음식은 신선하게 조리되어 맛있었고, 현지식과 세계 각국 요리를 다양하게 즐길 수 있었습니다. 조식 뷔페도 선택의 폭이 넓었고, 레스토랑 직원분들도 세심하고 친절했습니다.

익익명 사용자이 호텔에서 정말 멋진 경험을 했습니다. 직원들은 정말 친절하고 세심해서 도착하는 순간부터 환영받는 기분을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 객실은 티끌 하나 없이 깨끗하고 잘 꾸며져 있었으며, 편안한 숙박에 필요한 모든 편의 시설을 갖추고 있었습니다.
유일한 단점은 위치입니다. 주요 명소에서 조금 떨어져 있어서 이동 시간이 좀 더 걸립니다. 도심에 머물고 싶은 분들에게는 적합하지 않을 수 있지만, 호텔 자체의 품질은 그 단점을 충분히 보완해 줍니다.
