주차장 시설을 갖춘 말레이시아 페를리스 호텔

We were allowed earlier check in and the receptionist was kind to note that we will be checking out at 1 am in the morning as we needed to rush back to Kuala Lumpur to catch our overseas flight. Happy that she managed to get us checked in 1.5 hours earlier.

I booked 1 night stay here because I was heading to Hat Yai by train and thought this would be a good place to stay. However, the location is remote and nothing nearby so you are reliant on Grab even for food which will cost you more in delivery than the bcost of the food itself. With the benefit of hindsight, it would have been better to stay in the town of Padang Basar itself where food and drink would be available in walking distance and you are not too far from the border with Thailand. There is no restaurant on site but there is a Cafe which which offers basic stuff and, as far as I could make out, it not open all the time - hence my need to order food via Grab delivery. When you first turn the shower on for a hot shower, only cold water comes out, I waited a couple of minutes letting the shower run but it was still running cold so I went to Reception to ask about it. The young man at Reception initially said it was down to a Maintenance issue so I asked if it affects ALL the rooms or just mine. If only my room was affected then I should be moved to another room which had hot water in the shower. I said that I must best have a hot shower in the morning and the young man said he was the same as he also prefers to have a hot shower in the morning. The young man said he will try to find out before morning. A few minutes later, he came to the room and .said that we nust let the shower run for a few minutes and, sure enough, he was right as hot water started coming through. So, for the benefit of other guests, remember to run the shower for 5 minutes or so to get hot water. So, it was not a maintenance issue at all. On the positive side, after I ordered soup/food to be delivered by Grab, there was no crockery in the room nor any cutlery to eat the food with. The grab driver asked the hotel Reception young man for help and the hotel kindly provided a bowl and steel cutlery so I could have my food. This was very much appreciated so thank you to the young man at Reception who was on duty that evening.

it was really really good! they let us late check in without any issue, not to mention the fact that the late checkout up until 4pm is only 75 ringgit. so good!

The place is very oeganize n pleasent. The room quit spacious but the A/C is too cold. Having tough time to adapt to it. The toilet are ample. Hot n cold water are good. Only that theres no dedicated floor mate outside the toilet and have to use the towel or is it meant for.. Overall nice..

우리는 이 휴게소에서 멋진 숙박을 했습니다. 장소는 매우 깨끗하고 잘 관리되어 우리가 도착한 순간 편안함을 느꼈습니다. 객실은 넓고 모두가 휴식을 취할 수 있는 충분한 공간이 있었습니다. 집에는 편안한 침대와 우리의 체류를 편리하게 만든 사려 깊은 편의 시설을 포함하여 필요한 모든 것이 완비되어 있습니다. 환경은 평화로웠고 전반적인 분위기는 따뜻하고 환영했습니다. 호스트는 친절하고 반응이 좋았으며 모든 것이 완벽하게 순서가 유지되도록 했습니다. 위치도 편리하고 인근 명소, 레스토랑, 상점에 쉽게 접근할 수 있었습니다. 전반적으로 이것은 우리가 머물렀던 최고의 휴게소 중 하나입니다. 우리는 여기서 시간을 진정으로 즐겼고 확실히 돌아올 것입니다. 깨끗하고 넓고 편안한 숙소를 찾는 가족 및 그룹에게 적극 추천합니다!

이번에는 더 큰 방을 받았습니다. 각 방은 운에 따라 크기가 다릅니다. 바닥에 소음을 쉽게 낼 수 있는 무언가가 덮여 있어서 발소리와 이웃의 발소리가 쉽게 들립니다. 이른 아침, 오전 6시에서 8시쯤에 큰 대화와 웃음소리가 들렸습니다. 호텔 직원인지는 모르겠지만, 객실 문이 열려 있고 청소하는 것을 보았습니다. 호텔은 직원들에게 큰 소리를 내지 않도록 경고하고 교육해야 합니다. 손님과 고객을 배려해야 합니다. 호텔은 또한 큰 소리를 금지하는 표지판을 게시해야 합니다. 휴일에 머물면 호텔 도로에서 시끄러운 오토바이를 타는 십 대들을 만날 만큼 운이 없을 수도 있고, 그들의 소리가 들릴 것입니다. 그리고 비가 오는 2층 방을 받으면 밤새도록 빗소리가 쉽게 들립니다. 제가 머물렀던 모든 방에서 싱크대는 한 번도 청소되지 않았습니다. 그리고 이 방에서는 비데 호스가 고장났습니다.

Good location but the room cleaniness should improve more..

The night shift front desk staff was rude during check-in. When I mentioned my booking through the Trip.com app, he denied it and insisted they only accept Agoda bookings. Despite my efforts to explain, he seemed displeased and unhelpful. The hotel is well-located near eateries and amenities. While it’s old and the rooms are dark, the price is reasonable and cleanliness is satisfactory. WiFi is reliable and fast, traffic noise is noticeable. There are no toiletries provided—only two small cubes of Lux soap. Overall, conditions are acceptable for budget travelers, but don’t expect much.

For Key and checkin, go to restaurant Hai Thien, and ask cashier. Excellent value for money. Newly renovated. Everything is new and clean. I had great sleep. Bed, lilen, pillow, towel all new and clean. Water pressure good and hot water works well. Single room small and well equipped. I had great stay oversll.Near Jetty and 5 min walk take you near Masjid Hussein. Opposite Masjid Hussein got Zus Coffee. For me, this is best location, if you want to unwind and relax. Sitting near sea shore good for mind and body.Highly recommended for Solo, Couple and Budget traveler. Will come again
