Best rooms in center of kotor old town,its inside the wall of kotor,room and services was really good,lady who checked us in was very kind and helpful in the process,just note parking is away from the property, the only issue was bell from the street,since we were on street side we were disturbed a bit but thats totally outside of htels country

The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely view overlooking the pool and out toward the sea. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the spa area, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty. The location is about a 40-minute walk to Kotor Old Town, which we didn’t mind at all as the scenic coastal views along the way made it an enjoyable stroll. One aspect that detracted from our experience, however, was the inconsistency in staff hospitality. While several team members were kind, welcoming, and helpful, the initial check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member who check us in came across as unfriendly, and another interaction included an abrupt comment along the lines of “you get what you pay for,” which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Given that similar feedback appears in other reviews, it may be worth reinforcing customer service training to ensure a consistently welcoming and respectful experience for all guests. With more consistent service, this could easily be a standout stay.

이 호텔의 유일한 장점은 전망입니다. 도시의 하수가 불과 100미터 떨어진 곳에 방류되기 때문에 면역력이 매우 강한 사람이 아니라면 바다에서 수영하는 것은 권장하지 않습니다. 친절한 프런트 데스크 팀과 아침 식사 때 매우 친절했던 두 명의 흑인 여성을 제외한 대부분의 직원들은 매우 무례했습니다. 직원들 간의 소통은 종종 긴장감을 느끼게 했고, 아무 이유 없이 악화될 수 있었습니다. 질문을 하거나 합리적인 의견을 제시하는 것조차 적대적으로 받아들여졌습니다. 예를 들어, 오전 9시에 수영장 의자를 예약하고 오후까지 사용하지 않는 투숙객에 대해 문의했는데, 이런 일이 자주 발생했습니다. 수영장 웨이터는 ”고객이 원하는 대로 하세요”라고 무례하게 말하며 문제를 제기하기를 거부했습니다. 좌석 수가 매우 제한된 곳에서 이런 일이 어떻게 용납될 수 있을까요? 모든 고급 호텔은 이러한 관행을 금지하는 정책을 가지고 있습니다... 다른 사람들이 언급했듯이, 직원들은 투숙객을 일관성 있게 대하지 않습니다. 우리는 매니저에게 따뜻하게 맞이받은 한 커플을 따라 식당으로 들어갔지만, 지나가면서 인사를 했을 때 미소는 없고 차가운 눈빛만 받았습니다. 직원들의 행동은 5성급 호텔 수준에 크게 못 미쳤습니다.

서비스가 정말 훌륭했습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원이 무료로 체크아웃 시간을 연장해 주고 부드바까지 가는 차량도 예약해 주었습니다. 호텔 레스토랑에서 음식을 주문하는 것도 매우 편리했습니다. 음식이 객실로 배달되어 발코니에서 경치를 감상하며 맛있는 음식을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 전반적으로 아주 만족스러운 경험이었습니다! 객실 방음이 약간 아쉬웠던 점을 제외하면 모든 것이 완벽했습니다. 강력 추천합니다!

這是本次旅程最貴的酒店，整體服務還不錯，服務員態度挺好的，酒店的風景也OK。 但酒店完全不提供免費飲用水，水壺也沒有，喝水衹能買，不知道是不是整個科託爾城的酒店都是這樣。 由於酒店離古城不算近，不能步行到達，周邊也沒有吃的，衹能在酒店裡吃，無論早餐還是正餐屬於中規中矩，不算太滿意，價格也不算便宜。 整體來講，是一家性價比不算高的酒店，但可能這是科託爾地區的普遍情況。

This hotel is very cute and located in the middle of old town. Very easy to get around. Even though it is on the main walking road, it is very quiet and we didn’t have problems sleeping. There is a terrace which has a good view of the old town, but we were told that reservation is needed. Would be great if there is more variety of breakfast options.

The property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus. Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled. If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards.

Great location in Old Town. About 15 mins walk along the waterfront to Kotor bus terminal. The apartment is at the back part of the Old Town so it’s very quiet. Comes with full kitchen. Plenty of eateries nearby. The host is very nice and responsive to my questions. My suggestions for improvements is to provide indoor slippers for the guests as the floor is cold in winter. And also a microwave in the kitchen to warm up food the next day. The shower area is very small so the floor gets really wet. Maybe have a glass door or shower curtain as a solution. Other than that, it was a lovely stay!

방에는 발코니, 세탁기, 인덕션 밥솥, 냉장고, 식기 세척기 등이 갖춰져 있습니다. 매일 청소해주는 사람이 없고, 레스토랑이 없다는 점은 호텔식 아파트에 가깝습니다. 엘리베이터가 없다는 것. 산 중턱에 위치한 마당에는 수영장이 있으며, 주차장에서 코토르 만(Bay of Kotor)을 볼 수 있으며, 발코니에서 바다 전망을 볼 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 해변에서 비행기가 이착륙하는 모습도 볼 수 있습니다. . 산을 오르는 길은 두 개가 있습니다. 코토르에서 올라가는 산길은 좁고 구불구불하므로 티바트에서 올라가는 길은 더 평탄합니다. 매우 비용 효율적인 곳으로, 혼자 운전한다면 시도해 볼 가치가 있습니다.
