주차 시설을 갖춘 모로코 마라케시-텐시프트-엘하우즈 호텔

We booked for a 3 night stay for 3 people but had to manage a room for 2, for the first 2 nights. No apologies whatsoever from the hotel nor a compensation. The 2 rooms we stayed in during our stay were both badly lit; make up for nights out was a huddle cos the room was quite dark. A great highlight however is the amazing location and fresh flowers in the lobby that oozed amazing scents.

위치는 바다 바로 옆에 있으며 경치는 매우 좋으며 아래층은 해변입니다. 호텔의 끝은 끝없는 대서양을 볼 수 있습니다! 방이 바다를 향하고 있지는 않지만(거의 없을 수도 있고, 예상 가격이 매우 높을 수도 있음), 모든 방의 발코니에서 바다를 볼 수 있습니다! 방은 매우 크고 깨끗하고 편안하며 인터넷은 매우 좋습니다. 방에는 주방이 있고 식기류도 줄지어 있어 직접 라면을 끓일 수 있습니다. 모로코 음식은 그다지 식욕을 돋우거나 국수는 아닙니다! 특히 모로코에 며칠 머물다 보면 타지 팟이나 다른 음식을 먹다 지치게 된다. 이 때 라면 한 그릇이면 눈물이 펑펑~! 라면을 살 때 Wanda의 상업 중심지(Wanda의 20분의 1)가 호텔 옆에 있다는 점을 언급해야 합니다. 이것은 카사블랑카에서 몇 안 되는 매우 포괄적인 시장 중 하나입니다. 이것은 부유한 지역입니다. 까르푸 쇼핑몰의 모든 것! 쇼핑몰에는 KFC, 맥도날드 등 패스트푸드점도 있습니다. 이 곳은 Hassan II Mosque에서 멀지 않은 곳에 있으며 택시를 타면 됩니다! 당신은 관광객이고 운전자는 당신에게 시계를주지 않습니다, 당신은 가격을 매길 수 있습니다! We enjoyed the Riad, the hospitality and friendliness of the staff. We loved our jacuzzi found in the Marrakech Suite Royale room. The bed was nice and soft, didn’t hurt our backs at all. Could really had more naps 😁 We booked lunch at the Riad after a tour, the tagines were really nice. They don’t taste the same which was good. We’ve tried many mint teas, so far, I liked the riad’s mint tea the most! Keep the good quality up! 😊 The neighborhood where the Riad is, not as clean as the hotel, but the Riad is beautiful and had nice views, pool and is really serene.  We like walking. Walking during the day and night was good exercise after eating street foods from the square. The motorcycles are everywhere but after a day, we got used to it. Nice to see and stayed in a big soul where all the sights and smell come together. Night is very lively in Marrakech! Beautiful place especially at night.

주변 환경과 건축은 매우 훌륭하지만, 서비스는 일반 호텔 수준이며, 그렇다고 해서 프리미엄을 정당화할 수는 없습니다. 예를 들어, 저와 제 친구는 다른 시간에 도착했지만, 호텔은 각 객실에 대해 무료 픽업 서비스를 한 번만 제공해주었습니다. 결국, 우리 객실 측에서 공항 픽업 서비스를 취소한 후에야 친구의 출발 택시 요금을 환불해 주겠다고 했습니다. 매우 번거로웠습니다. 1박에 2~3천 위안이 드는 중국 내 호텔은 모두 1인당 무료 픽업 서비스를 제공합니다. 루앙프라방의 아만은 귀사와 같은 브랜드로, 투숙객이 호텔을 나서서 게임을 할 때마다 무료 픽업 서비스를 제공합니다. 또한, 우리가 아침을 먹고 있을 때, 직원들이 우리 친구 중 다른 한 명에게 주스를 쏟았는데, 그들은 사과도 하지 않았고, 내 친구에게 묻은 주스와 바닥에 묻은 주스를 치우지도 않았습니다. 간단히 말해서, 여기의 서비스는 기대에 못 미쳐서 두 번째는 가지 않을 것 같아요.

女子旅でこちらのお宿を利用しました。まず立地は旧市街を観光するのにとても便利で、何よりリヤドのスタッフ皆さんがとても心温まるおもてなしをしてくださり、最高のモロッコ旅となりました。コンシェルジュにオススメのレストラン等もリストアップしていただき、事前の計画と合わせてより観光に深みが増しました。 またこちらのお宿に泊まりたいです。 Thank you very much for such a wonderful hospitality. My friend and I had a great time spent in Marrakesh because of you all. The building and decoration are very beautiful. We definitely want to go back to your Riad!

酒店的淋浴熱水幾乎是涼的，且不能調節。跟前台溝通提前退房一天也不答應。酒店位置在大學裏，周邊要走好久才走一間超市。去哪裡都要叫黑車。早餐還行。

A very serene and conducive environment. Very competent staff and highly responsive chairman.

My stay at Sofitel was very comfortable, pleasant and enjoyable. Service was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Service at the breakfast buffet and pools was a little slow due to how busy it was, but the staff were always trying their best and attentive. The public areas were clean and well maintained, there was fast internet and the room facilities were clean and comfortable.
