리리뷰어Toilet bowl had mosquitoes. Bed was not properly made .
Room cards were deactivated when we returned from our shopping n we had to go all the way down to get it fixed. When asked why this happened , they said we were out for too long n too far from hotel. . Supposed to b a luxury business hotel but there were kids running ***** the corridor past midnight.
Food at the Chill restaurant was good. We had mutton biryani there.
Expected more from a 5 star hotel.

KKingfeet99Excellent hotel experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding, the rooms were very clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. Everything exceeded expectations — highly recommended and would happily return anytime.

SSultan AMSThe overall experience was surprisingly great. I previously stayed at the Lalit in New Delhi, and I was not impressed with their service. But this is the first time, I am staying at Leela.
The rooms were big, and the service was top-notch right from the entrance all the way to the room.
Special thanks to Hussain, the main door *** who always with his welcoming smile, Namal and Tulika the receptionist who were very welcoming with their ittar and guidance, Dorothy the waitress who made sure we were well taken care of with a smile and finally Rumanika the room cleaner who cleaned our room especially well and ensured every part of the room is cleaned thoroughly during our stay. Lots of names to mention but I managed to remember only a few of these names. I know this is a new hotel and I believe they will continue to keep this service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Thanks again for the wonderful stay at your hotel and we were very happy with our stay.

AAsadSayedI loved the fact that I was greeted with a smile and an amazing check in and check out service. The only issue was that the breakfast service did not give me a 5 star feeling with people running around and inadequate places to sit. Stood there for 30 mins to find a seat and everyone was running everywhere. Inspite of paying for the breakfast I did not go the remaining nights.
Apart from this everything was amazing and perfect

MMegan Lindsey비즈니스차 방문했습니다... 정말 아름다운 숙박이었습니다. 공항 근처나 항공우주 지구에 머무르는 경우 위치는 비즈니스에 편리하지만 인도의 ”실제” 경험(예: 길거리 음식 판매점 등)과는 상당히 거리가 멀습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 협조적입니다... 매우 세심합니다. 음식은 종류가 다양해서 맛있습니다. 정말 제가 지금까지 잤던 침대 중 가장 편안했습니다!
유일한 단점은 공항에서 오는데 거기에 당신을 데리러 갈 운전기사가 없다면, 짧은 승차 시간 동안 당신을 강탈하려는 모든 사기꾼들을 처리해야 한다는 것입니다... 호텔이 그것을 만들면 좋을 것입니다. 교통수단을 마련할 수 있다는 것을 알고 있었습니다. (경찰 경비원에게 물어보니 노보텔은 픽업 서비스를 제공하지 않는다고 하더군요.) 어쩌면 경찰 측의 잘못된 의사소통일 수도 있습니다. 이 외에는 완벽한 숙박입니다.

방은 깨끗하고 넓으며 필요한 모든 편의 시설을 갖추고 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 하우스 키핑 표준은 훌륭했고 환경은 안전하고 편안하다고 느꼈습니다.
음식은 숙박의 하이라이트였습니다. 아침 식사는 현지 인도식 및 세계 각국의 취향을 모두 충족시키는 다양한 종류를 제공했습니다. 음식의 품질은 매우 좋고 신선하며 잘 표현되었습니다. 레스토랑 직원은 세심하고 서비스는 신속하고 전문적이었습니다.
전반적으로 만족스러운 경험이었고 비즈니스 및 레저 숙박 모두에 Courtyard Hyderabad를 확실히 추천합니다.

CCCM01233A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The main palace building is stunning and historic. The stay includes a free tour, yoga, traditional concert, and afternoon tea. Dinner was very nice, although expensive, and you are not able to order food from outside. However, as a special treat, I was happy to pay and the food was great. Award winning food.
The hospitality was outstanding, and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast, there was live music, and they even offered me a champagne breakfast. The complimentary horse and carriage arrival was an added great surprise.
Highly recommend staying here. I've been fortunate enough to stay at a few different Taj Hotels across India, and this was by far the best one that I have experienced. I did not want to leave!
