I recently stayed at Grand hyatt kochi and it was a fantastic experience! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with the added bonus of terrace access, which provided beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The food at the hotel was another highlight—delicious, well-prepared, and served promptly. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was a treat.
Overall, a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a combination of comfort, great food, good service and a lovely outdoor space!

Typical Indian standard 4 stars Hotel setting and if got group the pool congested and busy wedding function. Breakfast limited non vegetarian menu.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn yesterday. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and created a really comfortable atmosphere. A special mention to Sanika, who was extremely customer-friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Her professionalism and warm approach made the experience even better. I also appreciated the hotel’s excellent follow-up, ensuring that everything was going smoothly. Overall, a truly pleasant and satisfying stay – highly recommended!

Шикарное расположение отеля, номер брали в главном корпусе. Красивая и ухоженная территория, персонал приветлив, всегда интересовались нашими пожеланиями. Бассейн небольшой, но у номеров с видом на сад и клубных есть свои бассейны, поэтому людей было мало, спокойно можно было разместиться на лежаках.
Не понравились навязчивые таксисты у въезда в отель. Вызвали убер, так они не дали водителю нас забрать! Пришлось подняться чуть выше (в сторону отеля Гоколам) и только там мы смогли сесть в машину. Очень неприятно, а для отеля такого класса не понятно почему разрешают стоянку такси, почувствовали себя не в безопасности! Имейте ввиду, если будете пользоваться убером, что на территорию отеля водитель заехать не сможет и даже к воротам, нужно пройти выше по дороге, только там можно будет сесть в машину, минуя эту мафию таксистов.

Best part of my hotel stay was at the hotel restaurant. Dined there for dinner and breakfast and the food was good. Particularly, the breakfast buffet had a good spread. The service at the restaurant, from that of the chefs to the waiters was delightful and friendly. Special mention to the thoughtful service from Sourav, Rajesh Bhakat, Srideep and Triloka!

수영장 전망의 방 이었지만 입구와 레스토랑에서 볼 수있는 메인 풀이 아니라 해안에 가까운 쪽의 수영장을 볼 수있는 방이었습니다. 해안은 가까운 클리프 아래 해변에 가기에 편리했습니다. 코발람 해변에는 오토릭샤에서 15 〜 20 분 정도입니다. 아침 식사는 라이브로 도사를 구워서 맛있었습니다.

AAnishPhilipOur stay at Prayana Hotel in Ernakulam was overall a really good experience, mainly because of the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. Right from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The welcome drink was a refreshing touch, setting the tone for a pleasant stay. The reception team was efficient and courteous, handling check-in smoothly and ensuring we had all the necessary details about our stay. A special mention to the bellboys, who were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their attentiveness made a great impression.
The hotel’s location is a big plus. It is conveniently situated, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or business. The accessibility and surroundings added to the overall positive experience.
While we truly appreciated the service, there were a few areas that could be improved. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel didn’t offer much variety in terms of food options, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been great to have more choices, especially for those staying longer. The rooms did not have kettles, which is something many travellers look forward to for a quick cup of tea or coffee. Bathing cubes (shower enclosures) were missing, making the bathroom experience a little less convenient. We also faced an issue with towels not being provided even after requesting them, which was a small letdown.
That being said, the staff’s dedication and the overall comfort of the stay overshadowed these minor inconveniences. Their attentiveness, polite behaviour, and willingness to help made all the difference. Despite a few missing amenities, the hospitality and prime location make Prayana Hotel a great choice for travellers. We appreciate the warmth and care shown to us and would definitely consider staying again in the future!

NNevrilFantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.

Afsal은 제가 가장 좋아하는 미녀 Kutty인 Devika와 Amuritha를 비롯한 놀라운 직원들로, 재치 있고 수다스럽고 배려심이 깊습니다. 저희 음식을 정말 신경 써 주셨고, 채식주의자분들을 위해 채식 메뉴도 제공해 주셨습니다.
***n 셰프는 정말 친절하고 배려심이 깊은 분입니다. 저희 이야기를 잘 들어주셨고, 남편은 24일 동안 아유르베다 치료를 받았기 때문에 당분간 약과 카샴을 계속 복용해야 합니다. Aurn 셰프가 이 모든 것을 처리해 주셨고, Mahesh 셰프도 이를 처리하여 저희 방으로 보내주셨습니다. Aurn 셰프의 적극적인 배려 덕분에 남편은 약을 빠짐없이 복용할 수 있었습니다. 모든 셰프가 친절했고, 저희를 정말 편안하게 해주었습니다.
룸서비스는 생수부터 생필품 제공, 망가진 금고 교체까지 정말 훌륭했습니다. 6층 하우스키핑 직원(이름은 기억나지 않지만 날씬하고 곱슬머리에 성격이 아주 좋으신 분)은 정말 훌륭했고, 저희의 필요를 잘 챙겨주셨습니다.
남편은 마치 이상한 나라에 온 것 같았습니다. 마치 램프 속의 잔느처럼, 무언가를 요청하면 필요한 것을 채워주셨습니다. 직원들은 매우 시의적절하고 만족스러운 서비스를 제공했습니다.
마지막으로, 힐튼 가든 호텔 경영진이 팀과 직원을 잘 단장하고 고객 만족을 위해 고객 서비스를 강화해 주신 것에 진심으로 감사드립니다.
프런트 카운터 직원, 경비원, 경비원을 포함한 모든 분들께 최고의 서비스와 고객 중심적인 환경에서 행복한 일만 가득하시길 기원합니다.

리리뷰어We had two nights stay at picturesque ILLKKALAM LAKESIDE COTTAGE right on the banks of the lake and were. pleasantly surprised as the nature unfolded before us.
Good location with good facilities and access to all amenities surrounded by organic farm , nature at its best.
Good service through out and personalised care by friendly staff.
Freshly cooked homemade tasty food served to your room and relax in front of the room looking over the lake with boats passing by and beautiful sunset views.
The best part was the relaxed private sunset boat ride on the lake for two of us with stunning views starting right in front of our cottage.
Susan Salin and team have done a wonderful job in making avail of this wonderful property for fortunate few like us.
Special thanks to Asha and Arjun who were always helpful and giving us information of local tours and cultures. Not to forget those amazing cooks who cooked meals as per our taste
We will definitely going to return and recommend to our friends to visit ILLKKALAM LAKESIDE COTTAGES

설정은 절대적으로 아슬 아슬하며 리조트의 전체 분위기는 평화롭고 편안합니다. 긴장을 풀고 휴식을 취하기에 완벽한 장소입니다.
객실은 사랑스럽고 넓고 흠이 없으며 완벽한 휴식을 위해 필요한 모든 것을 갖추고 있어 정말 편안했습니다. 음식은 또 다른 하이라이트였으며 모든 식사는 맛있고 아름답게 표현되었으며 풍미가 가득했습니다. 세심하고 따뜻한 서비스로 식사 경험을 더욱 기억에 남게 만들었지만 모든 레스토랑 직원은 훌륭했고 모든 식사를 즐겁게 만들었습니다. 또한 너무 사랑스럽고 다시 매우 세심한 Anju는 모든 직원이 너무 즐거웠기 때문에 우리의 체류를 예외적으로 만들었습니다.
이 보석 같은 장소를 충분히 추천할 수 없습니다. 우리는 이미 다음 방문을 계획하고 있습니다!
