주차장 시설을 갖춘 이스라엘 남부구 호텔

Hotel service was extremely bad, i initially booked a room for two adults and was told I nedd to pay the hotel direct for a third adult who was joining us, I was told at reception to book a deluxe room which I did bit upon arriving in the so called deluxe room there were 2 x beds and and 20 minites later, someone came into the room to pull out the sofa bed for the third adult - we ended up paying approx 300gbp for three adualts but only ended up getting 2 beds and a sofa couch - even the woman who came in mentioned we were given the wrong room. The hot water kept going cold during showers and when the fire alarm went off with ALL electricity going off in thw roo. for approx 40 minutes the staff said this was normal and nothing was able to be done. It was more the attitude at reception that made things even worse. This all falls far below of what is expected from the Leonardo group. Needless to say, we wont be staying there again.

The Hotel was very clean including the rooms and all the common areas. Breakfast was great - huge variety, eggs from different kinds, vegetabels from all kind, drink, breads, etc. Only few minutes walk to the beaches or to the stores area.

The cleanliness in the dining room was not high. Plates were dirty. There was a stage when I asked the waiter for draft beer and I received a bottle. When I told the waiter I said that I asked for draft beer, he simply said no, so I said I was not interested. Then he replied that he had opened it and there was nothing to do in our private pool. The ladder broke. And it took 4 and a half hours until it was addressed. In addition to that, there was a lot of sand in the pool, but it should be noted that there were employees at the hotel who were great and provided good service. The food receives a score of 3 out of five. The location of the hotel is excellent, central by the sea and shopping complex

The hotel was very nice, beautiful pool, great ”all-inclusive” service, with drinks and snacks available between the 3 delicious, plentiful meals. There were also surprises left in the room ( wine, chocolate, dates, etc..) We had a huge balcony, that cpukd have fit 10 people! The room and bathroom were clean, but not fancy looking. There were little shampoos, conditioner, shower gel etc. Plenty of towels. Here and there there was a chip in the paint on the wall, but nothing major. People in the adjoining room were smoking and security was very responsive to our complaint and came twice to get them to stop smoking in the room. The staff was really nice!

레오나르도 클럽은 완벽한 사해 여행이었습니다! 이웃들이 담배를 피우고 방을 바꿔야 할 때 타마르는 정중하고 즉시 처리했습니다. Shlomit은 우리가 행복했는지 확인하기 위해 여러 번 전화를 걸었습니다. 우리는 Shlomit이 우리에게 준 관심을 어떤 호텔에서도 얻지 못했습니다! Shlomit은 또한 Nachal Bokek에서 ”젖은 트레일” 하이킹을 추천했습니다. 그것은 훌륭했고 무료였습니다. It was an overall good, even excellent experience, except for supper. There a great quantity of different foods, but the QUALITY of the food was totally lacking. This was Herods. We were expecting a wonderful culinary experience, but instead we got ordinary, even let's say disappointing. The food was simply NOT TASTY. All the meat dishes were overcooked and dry. All in all, it was NOT worth the 400 shekels that we had to pay for this not-tasty dinner.
