I stayed at Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru in a Superior Room, and overall the stay was quite comfortable. The room provided was originally a twin bed, which was then combined into one large bed to accommodate my request for a king-size bed. The room size felt just right—not too small and not too spacious. I was able to perform prayers comfortably inside the room, and there was still a sofa available for relaxing, which made the room feel practical and cozy. I stayed in a non-smoking room, so the atmosphere was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was fairly varied, featuring local traditional snacks from Pekanbaru as well as lontong sayur, a well-known local dish. Everything tasted good and offered a nice introduction to local flavors. Another great advantage is that the hotel is located near a mosque, making it very convenient to attend congregational prayers. Overall, Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru is a good choice for a comfortable stay with convenient facilities and easy access to nearby worship places.

The hotel is ok. Sound proof is poor. You can hear sound from the corridor. Maintenance needs to keep up. The air-conditioner is leaking at the lobby area The staff is not taking action. Just acknowledge the issue.

Comfortable hotel about 30 minutes from the airport, located near a park and government buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Iman, the petite morning-shift concierge staff (unfortunately I didn’t get his name), and the housekeeping staff who assisted with the extra bed and recommended great places to visit. Check-in by Mr. Agung was smooth. Breakfast was good. Overall, this was my first stay at The Premiere Pekanbaru, and it was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Good location, just beside SKA Mall so it is easy to get food and anything we need. The room is ok, just there is a bit weird smell on the bed sheet and pillow. Other than that, everything ia good

나는 내 경험에 깊은 인상을 받았습니다. 시내 중심가에서 단 몇 걸음 거리에 있는 호텔의 전략적인 위치 덕분에 이동이 매우 편리합니다. 호텔 직원은 방문 내내 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 그들은 훌륭한 서비스를 제공하며 항상 얼굴에 미소를 지으며 도움을 줄 준비가 되어 있습니다. 제가 머물렀던 방은 깨끗하고 편안했으며 필요한 모든 시설이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 호텔 시설도 칭찬할 만합니다. 수영장과 피트니스 센터 덕분에 머무는 동안 활동적으로 지낼 수 있었습니다. 호텔 레스토랑의 아침 식사도 훌륭했고, 맛있는 음식을 다양하게 선택할 수 있었습니다 💯💯

Over all is ok, tp check in agak lama krn bnyk kamar yg belum siap, padahal sudah jam 2 siang. Semoga kedepannya bisa lebih baik lagi.

Extended stay.. No complaints, ita a low budget hotel, not tiptop clean but its clean enough for me, ac and water heater all made it, bed ok, not too soft nor hard, it has a small cafeteria that provides breakfast for free, a small convenient store, come stay here if you have shoestring budget like me.. Location is best as far as Pekanbaru is concern..it's along Jalan Sudirman, check out the no-pork no-lard Anom chinese seafood restaurant opposite the hotel..it serves traditional chinese food, very big portion, decent price..

The hotel located near the SKA Mall and Living World around 15 mins walking. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The check in process was fast and they allowed early check in. The room was spotless, had a nice view (need to request for higher floor), good water pressure, the AC was cool enough and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast offered a lot of variety and decent. The only down side was the check out process took so long. Hope they will improve the check out process and make it fast and convenient. Overall, a good stay.

전반적인 숙박은 만족스러웠지만, 오후 5시에 마사지 예약을 하려고 전화했을 때 ”가능하다”는 안내를 받았던 것이 문제였습니다. 그런데 막상 스파에 도착하니 직원 두 명이 낮잠을 자고 있었고, 저는 기다려야 했습니다. 나중에 한 직원이 이미 예약이 꽉 찼으니 7시까지 기다려야 한다고 말했습니다. 약속을 지키지 않은 것도 문제지만, 아무런 조치도 취하지 않은 것은 더욱 문제였습니다. 결국 아무런 보상도 받지 못했습니다.

I stayed here for three nights, and it was such a great experience. It’s actually my second time, and honestly, it didn’t disappoint. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, the food was great, and the facilities were well-maintained. Highly recommend staying here! Plus, it’s super easy to get around, and there are plenty of places to eat just a short walk away.
