그래도 최고의 서비스와 시설을 자랑합니다. 어제 묵었던 것은 주말에 묵는 손님들이 너무 많고 연회장에서 비공개 행사가 있어서 조금 불쾌한 경험이었습니다. 밤 03시 30분, 복도에서 여러 사람이 문을 두드리며 이야기를 나누는 소리가 들려 쉬고 있던 다른 손님들의 편안함을 방해했습니다.

First of all, the room door cant be opened using the access card after every time I go out, and the staff said its need to be updated everytime or the card not to be placed in hot area. What is this?? So unprofessional. What if any emergency?? We need to go down again to the treception and get updated and come up again? And in the bathroom the sink water was not clean and in the shower area, the water was not going smoothly and its clogged, need to wait 15-20 minutes to use the shower area again. Please take action on the cleanliness and the access card service. Pertama-tama, pintu kamar tidak dapat dibuka menggunakan kartu akses setiap kali saya keluar, dan staf mengatakan perlu diperbarui setiap kali atau kartu tidak boleh diletakkan di tempat yang panas. Apa ini?? Sangat tidak profesional. Bagaimana jika terjadi keadaan darurat?? Kami perlu turun lagi ke resepsionis dan mendapatkan informasi terbaru lalu naik lagi? Dan di kamar mandi, air wastafel tidak bersih dan di area shower, air tidak mengalir lancar dan tersumbat, perlu menunggu 15-20 menit untuk menggunakan area shower lagi. Mohon tindakan untuk kebersihan dan layanan kartu akses.

저는 호텔 다팜 페칸바루의 슈페리어룸에 묵었는데, 전반적으로 아주 편안했습니다. 원래 트윈 침대였던 방을 킹사이즈 침대로 바꿔달라는 요청에 따라 하나로 합쳤습니다. 방 크기는 너무 작지도, 너무 넓지도 않아 딱 적당했습니다. 방 안에서 편안하게 기도할 수 있었고, 쉴 수 있는 소파도 있어서 실용적이면서도 아늑한 느낌이었습니다. 금연실이라 더욱 깨끗하고 쾌적한 분위기였습니다. 조식은 페칸바루의 전통 간식과 유명한 현지 음식인 론통 사유르를 포함하여 꽤 다양했습니다. 모든 음식이 맛있었고, 현지 음식을 맛볼 수 있는 좋은 기회였습니다. 또 다른 큰 장점은 호텔이 모스크 근처에 있어서 단체 예배에 참석하기 매우 편리했다는 점입니다. 전반적으로 호텔 다팜 페칸바루는 편안한 숙박과 편리한 시설, 그리고 가까운 예배 장소와의 접근성을 제공하는 좋은 선택입니다.

Basic hotel for one night stay. Friendly staff, clean, nice room! Walking distance to Masjid Agung. Travelling around - you can opt for GRAB Bike if you are too lazy to walk, otherwise, no issue to walk around exploring the streets and alleys.

Good environment with nice breakfast. The rooftop lounge is good for hangouts with full city view. Room is spacious. One thing to be improved would be the soundproof feature for the room is not available, with audible noises from your neighbour and the bell ringing sound. Otherwise, the bed is comfortable, as well as, water pressure & temperature are just nice.

이 지역의 전망은 매우 좋고 아름답습니다. 야생이나 도시에 있는 분들에게 좋습니다. 시내 중심에 있기 때문에 방문할 수 있는 먹을 곳이 많고, 좋은 서비스, 깨끗한 객실, 모든 시설이 좋습니다 , 리셉션 직원이 정말 친절해요

The location is very convenient and easy to reach. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
