주차장 시설을 갖춘 가나 그레이터아크라 호텔

I enjoyed my stay. The facility is well kept and in a very good location with easy access to all kinds of activities. Security is very high and the staff are friendly.

On the plus side: they provide a complimentary airport pickup service. When I arrived, I was upgraded to a better room. The hotel is located closer to the airport than to the city center, so it's a great option if you need to be near the airport or the University of Ghana. The negative side: it's far from the city center, and I think it's too expensive for what the hotel offers. I insisted a lot on the breakfast issue because I had read comments about the problems people had experienced trying to have breakfast there. In my case, I was going to attend some conferences, so punctuality in serving breakfast was important. Although I called reception at 7:00 AM to make sure I could have breakfast at 7:30 and they told me yes, when I went at 7:30 the guy at reception didn't know anything about it and had to go look for breakfast, so I couldn't have breakfast at the hotel and had to take it with me. There's almost no natural light in the room, and the artificial lighting is very dim, so if you like places with plenty of natural light, this isn't the place for you. At 6:00 AM, they start making a lot of noise outside – I understand it's related to cleaning, but it sounds like they're scraping something. I think they should be more respectful of guests' rest. The water pressure isn't enough to wash your hair if you have long hair, and I couldn't get hot water either. I wanted to get a SIM card upon arrival at the airport, but since my flight arrived late, I didn't want to keep the driver waiting. I asked him if there would be any place near the hotel to get a SIM card. He told me he would do it for me because a special card was needed that foreigners didn't have. Even though I asked him if he thought it was possible with just my passport, he said it wasn't possible. He wanted to charge me 100 GHS to do it himself, and I told him I would think about it. In the end, I did it myself with my passport – so it is indeed possible, and they charged me 25 GHS. I had planned to stay 6 more days, but all these events made me end up canceling my stay at this place and moving to another, cheaper place with better service.

I had a wonderful stay at GhanaLancaster Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Accra. The location is very convenient, close to key areas of the city, which made getting around easy and stress-free. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and secure. I also enjoyed the hotel facilities, especially the pool area, which was perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Breakfast was another highlight — a great variety of options, fresh food, and good service. The restaurant and bar area were also pleasant, with tasty meals and a nice ambience. Overall, GhanaLancaster Hotel offers excellent value, great hospitality, and a comfortable experience. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Ghana.

급하게 예약했는데도 객실이 깨끗하고 넓어서 정말 다행이었어요. 주방과 욕실 시설도 훌륭했고, 에어컨까지 있어서 아주 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 배려심이 깊었어요. 위치도 좋아서 아파트에서 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 여러 바와 레스토랑이 있었습니다. 하지만 대로변이 차가 많이 다니는 곳이라 어린 자녀가 있는 가족은 조심해야 할 것 같아요. 이곳을 예약하려는 분들은 두 가지 사항을 꼭 알아두셔야 합니다. 첫째는 보안 문제입니다. 저희가 묵었을 때 1층에 있는 아파트 세 채는 출입문 두 개에 잠금장치가 없었고, 관리자 말로는 환기를 위해 낮 동안 문을 열어두는 경우가 많았다고 합니다. 그런데 청소부가 아파트 문에 열쇠를 꽂아둔 것을 발견했어요. 리셉션이 2층에 있어서 누구든 눈에 띄지 않게, 혹은 제지당하지 않고 아파트에 들어갈 수 있었을 것 같습니다. 둘째는 구내에 식당이나 바 같은 시설이 있으면 더 좋을 것 같다는 점입니다. 하지만 근처에 이미 편의시설이 있으니 보안 문제가 가장 중요한 요소라고 생각합니다.

🏨 호텔은 매우 새롭고 전체 아파트 스타일이지만 세탁 서비스, 체육관, 수영장, 레스토랑 등이있는 전체 서비스 호텔입니다. 아침 식사 옵션은 많지 않지만 충분합니다. 💪 체육관은 기대 이상입니다. 가나에는 기대 이상으로 훌륭한 체육관이 있습니다. 💯

아내와 저는 캔윈 호텔에서 잊지 못할 경험을 했습니다💯. 일반 객실조차도 최고급처럼 느껴졌어요! 아내와 함께한 4년간의 여행을 기념하기 위해 멋진 장식으로 깜짝 선물을 준비했는데, 아크라에서 아내의 얼굴에 환한 미소가 번지는 모습을 보니 정말 값진 순간이었어요🥰. 아내는 활기찬 분위기, 아름다운 경치, 그리고 특히 리셉션 직원분의 훌륭한 서비스에 완전히 만족했답니다! 벌써 다음 여행을 손꼽아 기다리고 있어요. 저희의 숙박을 특별하게 만들어주시고, 모든 순간 친절하게 대해주신 캔윈 호텔 직원분들께 진심으로 감사드립니다! 다시 방문할 날을 손꼽아 기다리겠습니다! 🌟❤️

All good, clean furnished apartments with small complimentary amenities, similar to what you would find in hotel. Great down to earth staff who were accommodating with late check in at night.

Beautiful environment and especially great vibe at the pool and restaurant area. In the evenings they play some music and it’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy if you don’t feel like going out. You can have a drink and they even have shisha if you like. The waitress Catherine at breakfast time was absolutely lovely! Warm and helpful and friendly, we really missed her when she wasn’t around on the weekend. The one thing I didn’t like about our stay was that some of the front desk staff seemed to have a bit of an attitude towards us because we had extended multiple times and chose to do so through trip as it’s cheaper than the USD rates that the hotel charges directly. They said that what we paid through trip was too little however, we didn’t make those rates so I found that a bit rude. The whole hotel operates on USD rates so for value added services like laundry or transportation it can be very overpriced.

1. 방은 깨끗하고 공간은 예약에 설명 된 것보다 큽니다. 욕실은 매우 넓고 휴식을 취할 수있는 욕조가 있습니다. 2. 여기 직원들은 경비원에서 룸 서비스 친구에 이르기까지 매우 좋습니다! 나는 매우 관심이 있다고 느낀다 ^^ 3. 수영장과 호텔 부지는 넓고 통풍이 잘됩니다. 주변 지역은 매카시 힐스 꼭대기에 있으므로 경치가 매우 시적이고 조용하여 휴가에 적합합니다 ^^ 단점은 다음과 같습니다. 4. 예를 들어, 주요 도로에서 조금 떨어져 있으므로 Uber에 전화해야 합니다. 5. 호텔은 오랫동안 열려있는 것 같으며 모든 장비는 새 것처럼 보이지 않습니다. 여전히 사용하기 좋지만 여기에서 더 높게 요청하면 만족스럽지 않습니다. 헤드 보드 근처에 전원 콘센트가 하나뿐입니다 😞 6. 호텔은 꽤 비어있는 것 같습니다. 이틀 동안 여기에 있었고 손님은 없지만 나를 만났습니다. 나는 혼자 수영장입니다. 또한 약간 ... 지루한 🥺
