피트니스 시설 시설을 갖춘 영국 데번 호텔

체크인 과정에서 큰 문제가 있었지만, 사실 이건 호텔 측에 예약을 확인하지 않은 trip.com의 실수였습니다. Trip.com 측은 제 돈을 먼저 받아주겠다고 했지만, trip.com 측에 항의해야 했습니다. 결국 보상은 받았지만, 결국 싸움이 벌어졌습니다. 위치는 좋았고 조식도 포함되어 있었습니다. 특별한 건 기대하지 마세요. 둥근 계란 같은 건 없었습니다. 토키는 물가가 꽤 비싸서 호텔의 주류 가격이 높습니다. 마리나까지 걸어서 5분 거리입니다. 주차장이 없으니 주차를 원하시면 걸어가셔야 합니다.

The hotel and area was fantastic, however, service at the front desk and the restaurant was lacking. We took a long weekend break and were excited to try the beach club, however our experience was dampened by the service. Being made to stand around for 5 minutes, whilst being told we hadn't paid (when we had) was unnecessary and frankly embarrassing. The restaurant was the most disappointing part of the stay. I'm the evening service was slow, followed by having our order wrong twice and also dropped. Breakfast at the restaurant was lacking compared to cheaper hotels that offer continental. Small selection , nothing outstanding. When we ordered a cooked breakfast, it took 30-40 minutes to receive some eggs and pancakes although the restaurant was fairly quiet. However, the room, facilities, and the spa were fantastic. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The beach club outside was gorgeous. The spa was perfect and treatments were, to quote my partner, 'one of the best massages of my life'. We're unsure if we would come back. Although the facilities were great, the service was mostly subpar and not what we'd expect from a harbour hotel.

We booked a 1 night stay for New Years Eve and were very happy with everything. The room with a view was lovely . Warm & with tea coffee facilities & a comfy bed. The staff were all very friendly & accommodating and breakfast was plentiful in a lovely dining area with fab views. My only small grumbles would be that the furniture in the room needs an upgrade and there was a £10 charge for the car park .

This hotel is very clean and all the woman receptionist very polite and helpful. Very happy with the service from them. The 2 man night staff were not helpful. I didn’t understand why I can’t order drink for our room and pay end of the stay. We even received letter in the morning that was outside the room not in envelope which everyone can read I didn’t like at all , reason been dater protection with don’t forget to pay for our order which we did straight away and had my full name on it.We stayed for 3 night so what was such a problem for those 2 night shift man. Otherwise all our stay was perfect. Thank u

All in all it was so amazing weekend The only thing needed a refrigerator in the room otherwise everything was totally fine

The spa is incredible, so relaxing. Ideal location with about 10 mins walk to Harbour and to Meadfoot beach. Breakfast was on the small side but tasty. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are okay, clean, but for 4* I’d expect a bit more like an iron in the room, toiletries, wash cloths etc. Didn’t sleep that well unfortunately as was woken up by people coming back to room as doors are loud and corridor floors are creaky. This let it down, but I’d return for the spa experience!

플리머스에서의 마지막 날이었습니다. 넓고 쾌적하고, 기차역과 Sainsbury, Drake Circus, M&S 근 거리에 모든 상점이 다 있습니다. 걸어서 5분 이내! 모든 호텔에 Micro wave가 공용으로 배치되어 사용할 수 있다면 매우 편리할 것 같아요. 호텔 내에 식당이 있지만 간단한 간식을 데워먹을 수 있으니까요. 친절한 직원분들과 항상 깨끗하게 관리해주시는 모든 분이 있어 편한 시간을 보냈습니다 😊

這是第三次入住了，還記得10年前留學第一次和女朋友來的樣子，站在頂層河景房的陽台上看着英國少有的金色沙灘和河口景色。之後和父母也來了，這是我在英國住過的最有特色的房間，非常推薦頂樓的河景房。絕對物超所值。

우리에게 완벽한 위치에있는 훌륭한 건물. 우리는 매일 아침 일어나기 위해 멋진 바다 전망을 갖춘 방에있었습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 높은 품질이었고 우리에게 하루의 훌륭한 출발을주었습니다. 전반적으로 호텔은 매우 깨끗하며 모든 시설이 좋은 표준으로 유지되는 것으로 보입니다. 우리 방은 내가 머물렀던 많은 다른 호텔 객실과 비교할 때 매우 넓었습니다. 욕실은 평균보다 확실히 넓으며 좋은 크기의 샤워 실이 포함되어 있으며 좋은 압력으로 많은 온수가 있습니다. 다른 수도꼭지를 사용할 때에도 샤워는 완전히 영향을 받지 않는 것처럼 보였다. 우리의 체재를 향상시킬 몇 가지 작은 세부 사항. 우리가 방문하는 동안 작동하는 리프트는 고장났습니다. 그러나 이것은 우리의 체류를 망치지 않았습니다. 다른 세부 사항은 욕실의 작은 stool (또는 비슷한) 일 것입니다. 모든 직원은 친절하고 친근하며 도움이되는 것처럼 만났으며, 모두 우리가 오스본에서 즐거운 시간을 보내도록 열심히 노력한 것처럼 보였습니다. 우리는 모든 것이 잘 유지 된 것처럼 보이는 일부 부지를 산책했습니다. 우리는 또한 미드 풋 (Meadfoot)의 부지와 만을 가로 질러 걸어 나갔습니다. 신선한 바다 공기를 산책하고 즐길 수있는 훌륭한 위치입니다. 다시 여기 머물까요? 확실히, 우리는 이미 다음 방문에 대해 논의했습니다.
