주차장 시설을 갖춘 영국 스태퍼드셔 호텔

우리는 아들의 졸업식을 위해 위치와 현장에 있어서 이 호텔을 선택했습니다. 우리는 우리의 숙박에 대해 비난할 수 없었습니다. 끔찍한 9시간의 여행 후 늦게 도착했고 지쳐 있었는데, 침착하고 효율적인 조나단이 모든 것을 빠르게 정리했습니다(고맙습니다!). 그는 심지어 졸업 가운을 위한 비상 안전핀을 찾아주었습니다. 우리 객실과 욕실은 깨끗했고, 양질의 린넨 세면도구와 타월이 있었고, 수납 공간도 충분했습니다. 호텔은 킬 대학교 졸업식을 위해 가득 찼지만 여전히 조용하고 차분했습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했고, 선택의 폭이 넓었고, 따뜻한 음식과 차가운 음식 뷔페가 있었고, 신선한 빵과 과일이 있었습니다. 호텔에 카페가 딸린 구내 체육관도 있었습니다. 우리 아들도 다음 날 아침 식사에 합류할 수 있었습니다. 우리가 머무는 동안 팀에게는 어떤 일도 힘들지 않았습니다. 우리는 모든 것에 매우 감명을 받았기 때문에 아들을 다시 방문할 때 이 호텔을 거점으로 사용할 것입니다. 감사합니다!

Hotel really clean and modern. Room was spacious and smelt amazing. Clean modern decor. Most staff are friendly, however, we booked breakfast when we arrived at the hotel, and the pot washer not only stood in the kitchen staring out at guests making them feel extremely uncomfortable, but then he also went and put his fingers in the food to stir the scrambled eggs, but he also picked up a sausage and ate it. The hotel refunded us, but it made us feel sick. Also, £9 per night per car in the Hilton car park is pretty steep.

Room was on the small size, but had everything needed. Bathroom was clean and neat.  The only thing that let this trip down, was that the aircon is not working, and hasn’t been working for months. I previously had left this hotel as it was far too hot in the room, and all they offered was a fan. I called reception before booking, and they said how the air con was working, but then when I arrived, they said it “may be working, in some rooms”, but wasn’t working in ours.  But overall, this was a nice and comfortable hotel. Would book again once aircon is working.

호텔은 정말 좋은 시설을 갖춘 매우 훌륭하고 큰 객실이었습니다. 무료 주차는 감사했고 아침 식사는 우리가 엄청난 선택으로 가진 최고 품질 중 하나였습니다. 꼭대기에 친절한 직원이 훌륭한 숙박을 했습니다.

우리는 근처에서 주간 행사가 있었기 때문에 여기에 머물기로 예약했습니다. 우리는 옵션으로 몇 개의 호텔을 가지고 있었고 특별한 날이었기 때문에 여기를 선택했고 이것은 대접처럼 느껴졌습니다. 우리는 떠나기 전에 갈아입기 위해 다른 시간에 도착했고 도착한 순간부터 불편을 겪고 있다고 말했습니다. 직원들은 친절하지 않거나 매우 도움이되지 않았습니다. 우리는 7.30pm에서 우리의 기능에서 돌아와서 체크인했습니다. 직원 변경이 있었지만 고객 서비스 변경은 없었습니다. 우리는 레스토랑에서 음식을 얻을 수 있는지 물었고 우리가 결혼식이라고 가정하고 룸 서비스를 주문할 수없는 ”다른 모든 일이 진행 중” 때문에 할 수 없다고 들었습니다. 우리는 바에서 음료를 마실 수 있는지 물었고 그들은 우리가 할 수 있다고 말했습니다. 우리가 ”테이블을 찾을 수 있다면”. 우리는 아침 식사가 어디에 있는지, 시간 또는 체크 아웃 시간이 알려지지 않았습니다. 우리는 결국 음식을 먹으러 갔지만 근처에 특별히 아무것도 없다는 점에 유의하여 택시에 대한 도전이었지만 충분히 쉽게 먹을 수 있는 곳을 찾았습니다(그리고 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다). 호텔 자체는 부지와 마찬가지로 아름다워서 서비스가 일치하지 않아 정말 실망했습니다.

We really like staying here, if only for a single night to break up the evening drive from the south to the north west, picking our trip up again the following morning. Our most recent visit was the first using our new (to us) EV, so charging on site proved anxiety calming and very effective - albeit pricey! Thanks again to all concerned with our stay, we'll be back again - that is for sure! Best, M&C

Fantastic location right in the centre of town which also has parking (you must register your car for free parking). My room was in the annex and was a bit dated. It had everything I needed for a 3 night stay though and was spacious although the bathroom was quite small. Rooms are not serviced and I’d not been left a spare toilet roll. When I went to get one from Reception, there didn’t appear to be a stock so I was given one taken from the public washroom. Also, the shower couldn’t be adjusted so was a constant, very hot, temperature. Plenty of places nearby for food and drinks. 

A great little place with a lovely swimming pool. Enough activities to keep our 8 year old daughter happy. Lovely family time together in a very clean and well equipped lodge.

Back ina time it was really great hotel and now it is till they need little bit renovation but trust me it’s a great hotel nice swimming pool you have to have swimming cap and googles to swim which was not told before and I don’t think k this is right but service rooms breakfast location is all great another thing I do t like they took deposit which didn’t make sense and they haven’t returned yet

매우 환영하고 친절한 훌륭한 접수 원. A500 및 A34 도로와 도보로 단 5 분 거리에있는 버스 정류장에 접근하기에 좋은 위치입니다. 불행히도 호텔 자체는 매우 오래되었고 객실 사이의 방음 부족이 주요 문제입니다. 나는 아래 방에있는 남자가 말하는 것을들을 수 있었고 옆집 방이 변기를 열고 닫는 소리도들을 수있었습니다! 나는 매우 시끄럽고 큰 기침을 하는 TV를 켜고 사려 깊은 이웃과 함께 오전 1시에 깨어났습니다. 측면에는 주 날개가 있고 작은 날개가 있습니다. 나는 메인 윙의 1 층에 머물렀지만 주변 사람들의 수와 외부 소음의 원천을 최소화하기 위해 작은 윙의 1 층에 요청하는 것이 좋습니다. 그러나 방에서의 전망은 좋았습니다.
