Booked this hotel for a friend's birthday and everything was lovely. The room was clean and warm and the hotel staff was very friendly

As the room has the very basic necessities - tv, bed and shower, I recommend for 1-2 nights only. Our room was near the fire exit at the back of the building - unfortunately, the Wi-Fi doesn't seem to reach that far. We noticed the Wi-Fi works near the front of the pub. There were some mould in the ceiling in the bathroom. On the plus side, the breakfast is decent and worth the price - includes tea/coffee. The staff are very friendly.

우리는 아들의 졸업식을 위해 위치와 현장에 있어서 이 호텔을 선택했습니다. 우리는 우리의 숙박에 대해 비난할 수 없었습니다. 끔찍한 9시간의 여행 후 늦게 도착했고 지쳐 있었는데, 침착하고 효율적인 조나단이 모든 것을 빠르게 정리했습니다(고맙습니다!). 그는 심지어 졸업 가운을 위한 비상 안전핀을 찾아주었습니다. 우리 객실과 욕실은 깨끗했고, 양질의 린넨 세면도구와 타월이 있었고, 수납 공간도 충분했습니다. 호텔은 킬 대학교 졸업식을 위해 가득 찼지만 여전히 조용하고 차분했습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했고, 선택의 폭이 넓었고, 따뜻한 음식과 차가운 음식 뷔페가 있었고, 신선한 빵과 과일이 있었습니다. 호텔에 카페가 딸린 구내 체육관도 있었습니다. 우리 아들도 다음 날 아침 식사에 합류할 수 있었습니다. 우리가 머무는 동안 팀에게는 어떤 일도 힘들지 않았습니다. 우리는 모든 것에 매우 감명을 받았기 때문에 아들을 다시 방문할 때 이 호텔을 거점으로 사용할 것입니다. 감사합니다!

Perfect stay one parent family free car parking clean room good breakfast

Arrived late in the evening , so was grateful for a 24 hour service desk. I only had to wait a minute til they came to the desk. He was polite and helpful! My room was comfortable & the room heated up fast with the heater in the room. It was alittle noisy due to the location but I chose to stay at a services so all good !

有自己的停車位，有餐廳。對於我這種差旅的來説是合適的。同時也是附近最高的建築了。景色不錯。服務三星半，因為點個前菜把我薯條給忘了，點個牛排説了三分熟結果做成7分熟。廚子會做麼？那牛排都煎幹了。要不是太累了吃完就想去休息，真的要噴一下。而且就兩個人的情況下我等了30分鐘。幾個菜一起上。西餐是按順序上的，怎麼這個都不會了？難道還要我一個國人來教他們？😂

Classic Premier Inn quality, comfortable beds, good location. Breakfast could be better, not enough options for vegetarians. Coffee could be better.

It’s not my first time in this hotel and I keep coming back when I need to stay in Stoke. Clean, comfy, great friendly staff, super location, breakfast is pretty good too. It’s a busy place and they’re always very accommodating. Needless to say I’ll be back there again when I’m in Stoke.

내 친구를 만나기 위해 방문하기에 편리한 위치였습니다. 수수료를 지불하지 않도록 리셉션의 모든 직원이 나가는 방법에 대해 아는 것은 아닙니다. 알고 있던 사람은 A4 라미네이드 카드를 꺼내서 나에게 보여주었습니다. 그래서 분명히 그들이 많이 묻는 질문입니다. 서비스와 같은 건물에있는 것처럼 깨끗한 호텔과 손을 쉽게 먹을 수 있습니다.

영국 축구팀의 훈련 기지이기도 한 아주 좋은 호텔입니다. 호텔 옆에는 언제든지 온도와 습도를 바꿀 수 있는 실내 경기장도 있습니다. 머무는 동안 별을 보지 못했습니다. 훈련이 있습니다.
