주차장 시설을 갖춘 영국 서머싯 호텔

저는 3박을 묵은 후 1박을 더 했습니다. 첫날 밤 이후 방을 바꿔서 해결된 몇 가지 문제가 있었습니다. 피드백을 통해 일부 체계적인 문제가 개선된 듯했습니다. 단점: 샤워실 바닥 타월이 샤워 트레이에 말아져 있었습니다. 샤워를 켜서 뜨거운 물을 흘려보내기 전까지는 알아차리지 못했습니다. 바닥 타월이 젖어 있었습니다. 샤워실이 뜨거워지지 않은 이유는 손잡이에 있는 버튼이 없어서 진흙이 묻은 지점을 지나서 따뜻해지는 것을 막을 수 없었기 때문입니다. 방을 바꿔야 합니다. 새 방에는 여러 군데에 립스틱이 묻은 타월이 있었습니다. 하우스키핑이 이 문제를 알아차렸어야 했습니다. 리셉션에서 다른 타월을 구해 주었지만, 제가 직접 다 해야 했습니다. 방을 바꿔야 했고 타월도 또 다른 문제였기 때문에 더 잘해야 한다고 넌지시 말했습니다. 그들은 아무런 보상도 하지 않았고, 하지도 않았고, 할 수 없었지만, 그 이후로는 호싱이 더 잘하는 것 같았습니다. 그들은 샤워실 바닥 타월을 그렇게 숨겨두지 않도록 더 조심했습니다. 아침 식사 - 더 많은 음식을 먹으려고 일어났고, 반쯤 채워진 커피와 함께 제 그릇이 치워졌습니다. 커피를 한 잔 더 마셔야 했기 때문에 약간 불편했습니다. 다시 음식을 더 먹고 앉았는데, 다 먹었는지, 접시를 치워줄 수 있는지 물었습니다. 불필요한 방해였습니다. 아직 다 먹지 않았습니다. 채식주의자는 따뜻한 음식을 먹을 수 없습니다. 컨티넨탈 쪽에는 다른 옵션이 있습니다. 방은 좋았고 잘 잤습니다. 아침 식사 경험이 가장 취약한 부분이었습니다.

The advertising pictures look stunning, but the actual room is quite different. The facilities are outdated, and my husband disliked the overhead shower—it felt like being forced to wash his hair even when he didn’t want to. The drainage in the shower was extremely slow, leaving water pooling around our feet. Ventilation in the bathroom was poor, making it uncomfortable. Additionally, the night shift staff were quite rude. That being said, Bath is a beautiful city, and we will definitely return—just not to this hotel.

I have stayed in 100s of Hotels. I now try to avoid the chrome & glass gin palace type. I use budget hotels for a one night stay. However this was a 5 day break to celebrate my partners 60th birthday. The Hotel was wonderful, historic building but maintained well. Lovely staff who made us feel very welcome. A lovely cooked to order breakfast and the evening meal was cooked to perfection and our waiting staff were better than most restaurants. The room was perfect, cleaned when we required and the location is perfect. There is a bus to town every 15mins which is just 3 stops away. If you are visiting Bath this is the best hotel to stay in.

호텔은 훌륭한 건물이었지만, 유지 보수에 상당한 노력이 필요해 보였습니다. 저희는 더블룸을 1박 예약했고, 점심시간에 도착하여 바스에서 이틀간 관광을 할 계획이었습니다. 호텔 측에서 이틀 내내 주차를 허용해 주셔서 정말 좋았습니다. 체크인 절차(오후 3시 이후)는 매우 간편했고, 객실은 매우 깨끗했으며 수건, 가운 2개, 스파/수영장용 슬리퍼가 넉넉하게 제공되었습니다. 더블룸에는 킹사이즈 침대가 있어 매우 편안했습니다. 호텔 수영장은 사람들로 붐볐고 약간 낡아 보였지만, 예상했던 정도였습니다. 야외 온수 수영장은 매우 좋고 편안했습니다. 저희는 스파 트리트먼트를 받거나 헬스장을 이용하지는 않았지만, 두 시설 모두 잘 관리되어 있었고 헬스장에는 최신 장비가 갖춰져 있었습니다. 저희는 호텔 레스토랑 대신 바스 시내에 있는 다른 레스토랑을 이용했습니다. 조식은 다소 혼란스러웠습니다. 여러 호텔 직원들이 각자 다른 일을 하고 있었지만, 서로 협력하는 모습이 보이지 않았습니다. 테이블을 기다리는 시간도 길었고, 커피를 기다리는 시간도 길었으며, 아침 식사를 주문하기 위해 또 기다려야 했습니다. 아침 식사를 준비하는 데 한 시간 이상이 걸렸는데, 이는 매우 불편한 점이었습니다. 다른 테이블은 우리보다 30분이나 먼저 자리에 앉았는데도 불구하고 먼저 따뜻한 아침 식사를 받는 것을 보니, 서비스 순서가 명확하지 않다는 것을 알 수 있었습니다. 메모장을 들고 있는 작은 웨이터는 그다지 도움이 되지 않았습니다. '풀 잉글리시 브렉퍼스트'가 나왔을 때는 작은 접시에 담겨 나왔는데, 잘 조리되긴 했지만 메뉴 설명과는 많이 달랐습니다. 양은 아이들 아침 식사 수준이었습니다. 토스트도 제공되지 않아 따로 요청해야 했는데, 다른 테이블은 음료와 함께 토스트를 받는 것이 좀 이상했습니다. 컨티넨탈 뷔페는 그릇이나 숟가락이 부족해서 요거트와 과일을 주스 잔에 덜어 먹어야 했습니다. 직원이 부족하다면 핫플레이트 아래에 뷔페 음식을 차려 놓으면 훨씬 나아질 것 같습니다.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) Comfortable Stay and Great Location I stayed at the Holiday Inn Taunton and had a very comfortable experience. The hotel is easy to access, just off the M5, which made it a convenient base for exploring Somerset or stopping over during a longer journey. The room was clean and quiet, with everything I needed — a comfy bed, a good shower, and a desk area. Wi-Fi worked well, and I appreciated the tea/coffee station. While the decor is slightly dated in some areas, everything was well-maintained. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional from check-in to check-out. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold options, and the restaurant had a nice relaxed atmosphere in the evening too.

The location suited us perfectly. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our rooms, being comfortable, clean and peaceful. We had coffee and cake in the cafe, which was very nice. The breakfast was ok too. I used the gym, which unfortunately was a bit crowded when i went so wasnt able to use the free weights or any of the racks but did make use of the machines so did get a work out done. I would definitely stay again... yes it could do with a bit of updating but for the cost it was great and i look forward to the next time 😊

매우 중심적이고 매우 좋은 직원, 좋은 아침 식사. 방에 차가운 음료 /beer 등을 원한다면 방에 안경이있을 수 있습니다. 그들은 머그였습니다. 즐거운 숙박, 주차도 큰 장점입니다

Stayed at Wentworth House for one night. The location was handy — only about a 6 or 7-minute taxi ride into the centre of Bath. Parking on site was free, which is always a bonus, though spaces were limited. The shower worked fine with good hot water, and at £120 a night for three people, the price wasn’t unreasonable for Bath. On the downside, the place is very dated and could do with some serious modernisation. Our room had a noticeable damp smell and the single-glazed windows didn’t help keep the room warm or quiet. I can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat there, but overall, it’s an okay option if you just need somewhere for a night and aren’t too fussy — though a refresh would really lift the place.

This is a bit out of the way but OK if you are touring the area. A rather faded Edwardian large hotel that is in need of a bit of renovation and redecoration to bring it up to standard. Our room was a bit small and showing its age. The staff were friendly

장점: 호텔 직원들의 서비스가 좋았고, 침대도 모두 편안했습니다. 단점: 소위 스파라고 하는 곳은 그냥 온수 욕조였는데, 향기도 없고 특별한 것도 없어서 기대는 하지 않는 게 좋습니다. 게다가 가장 저렴하다고 알려진 디럭스룸을 예약했는데 장애인용 객실로 배정되었습니다. 화장실과 욕실이 분리되어 있지 않았고, 욕조도 없었으며, 샤워 후에는 화장실 바닥 전체가 물에 잠겼습니다. 화장실 벽에는 곰팡이와 녹도 있었습니다. 두 번이나 요청한 끝에 겨우 방을 바꿀 수 있었지만, 정말 불만족스러웠습니다. 5성급 호텔에 거의 2,000 홍콩달러를 지불했는데, 가격 대비 만족도가 매우 낮다고 생각합니다. 처음 방을 바꿔달라고 했을 때는 모든 객실이 만실이라고 했습니다. 100파운드를 추가하면 스위트룸으로 업그레이드해 줄 수 있다고 했지만, 방을 직접 보니 그럴 가치가 전혀 없다고 느껴졌습니다. 그들은 객실 업그레이드 비용이 보통 450파운드라고만 말하며 해결책을 제시했습니다. 샤워를 하고 나니 욕실 바닥이 물로 가득 차 있었습니다. 저는 그들에게 벽의 청결 상태와 샤워기 헤드 고정 장치의 녹슨 부분을 직접 와서 확인해 보라고 했습니다. 그제서야 그들은 제 방을 바꿔주었습니다. 방문객이 오지 않을 경우에만 객실이 제공되는데, 그 방문객은 오지 않을 것이라고 확인되었다고 했습니다. 하지만 저는 그들의 대처 방식에 만족하지 못했습니다.
