주차장 시설을 갖춘 영국 하트퍼드셔 호텔

이 호텔은 가격대비 완벽합니다. 룸 서비스가 없어서 마이너스이고, 야간 직원은 더 친절했습니다. 에어컨이 충분히 따뜻하지 않습니다. 침대가 약간 낮고 매트리스가 딱딱합니다. 하지만 전반적으로 좋은 호텔입니다.

The apartment was nice & comfortable. Location was good & convenient. There were supermarkets, cafes & home centre nearby. Witihin 15 mins walking can reach the town centre, cathedral and many sight seeing spots & restaurants. Staff was helpful and replied very fast.

정말 멋진 호텔입니다. 웹사이트에 나와 있는 정보보다 훨씬 더 훌륭해요. 원래 튜더 양식의 홀에는 내셔널 트러스트 소유의 건물에서 볼 수 있는 것과 견줄 만한 많은 원형 특징들이 그대로 남아 있습니다. 특히 두 개의 멋진 벽난로는 정말 인상적입니다. 뒤쪽 테라스에서는 런던 중심부의 멋진 전망을 감상할 수 있습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 따뜻하게 맞아주었습니다. 객실은 넓고 가구도 잘 갖춰져 있었으며 조용했습니다 (넓은 부지 덕분에 호텔 전체가 조용할 것 같습니다). 연못이 말라버린 것은 아쉬웠습니다. 뒤쪽에 있는 별관의 침실은 나머지 멋진 호텔과는 디자인이 잘 어울리지 않았고, 헬스장도 시설이 좀 더 개선되면 좋겠습니다. 로라 애슐리가 인테리어 디자인에 참여한 것 같습니다. 어떤 리뷰에서는 호텔이 좀 낡았다고 하는데, 저는 그렇게 생각하지 않았습니다. 오히려 사람이 오랫동안 살아온 듯한 분위기가 편안하게 느껴졌습니다. 1960년대 뉴 어벤져스 스타일처럼 독특한 디자인 요소들이 잘 어우러져 있었지만, 바에 있는 가짜 나무 무늬 벽지는 옆에 있는 멋진 벽난로의 가치를 떨어뜨리는 것 같아 마음에 들지 않았습니다. 제 딸은 바에 있는 제임스 본드 영화에 나오는 악당들이 쓰던 파란색 의자에 앉는 걸 정말 좋아했어요. 고양이가 없어서 분위기가 완성되지 않았다고 투덜거렸죠. 저희는 평소에 묵던 근처 프리미어 인 호텔보다 가격이 조금 더 비싼 정도였는데, 이곳은 차원이 다른 호텔이었어요. 이렇게 아름다운 호텔에서 묵을 수 있게 해주셔서 감사합니다.

We (family of 5) stayed in the family room as we had an early flight from Stansted in the morning. We emailed Julie with our arrival time and she had everything prepared for us including an additional camping bed in the room. We were greeted warmly and showed around our and the breakfast room. Julie even went as far to place boy/girl napkins on the table for us which was very sweet. The room itself was lovely - large enough for 5 of us and our luggage. Beds were comfy and we had good hot water and biscuits/hot drinks. The location is perfect for Stansted, it took us less than ten minutes to get to the Mid Stay car park but note that if you're in the Long Stay it's a longer journey. Another advantage is that they will let you park your car on-site for a small fee, and you can then taxi to and from the airport which is only a few minutes (we will definitely do this next time as it's considerably cheaper than the airport car parks). Breakfast was amazing - since we left early we weren't that hungry but they had a huge variety of cereals, bread/crumpets, yoghurts, drinks, cereal bars, cheese, fruit ... the list goes on. Price was also very affordable especially for larger families as we could book a single room vs. having to book two (most places are max. occupancy of four). Many thanks and hope to see you soon!

객실과 위치 모두 훌륭했습니다. 구시가지 중심까지 걸어서 10분 거리라 매우 편리했어요. 옆에 큰 경마장이 있고, 1층에는 바와 스테이크집이 있었어요. 특히 최상층에서 먹는 아침 식사가 정말 최고였습니다. 밖에서 파는 조식보다 훨씬 맛있고 품격 있었어요.

Be aware that if you book through Trio.com parking is not free, if you book direct with the hotel then it is free which was not made clear at time of booking.. Booking direct was the same price so if i had known i would have booked direct and save myself £5 parking charge for the night.. The two men on reception were also unhelpful and rude and laughed when i explained the situation to them, Location is good but would not go back, hotel is very dated!!

Everything was lovely but the staff were not very friendly and we were not informed about the £200 pound deposit we needed to put down or that we would be locked out of our room at 11am Would definitely stay again, but it would have been nice to have a tiny bit more info and customer service

좋은 호텔과 스탠스테드 공항과 가까운 훌륭한 위치. 호텔에서 공항까지 Uber를 이용할 수 있으며 £17를 지불했습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 현대적입니다.

Great location for travelling from Stansted airport.  Parking was free (book with the hotel directly rather than through a travel agent to secure free parking). Check in and check out was fast and easy.   We didn’t use the restaurant but used the bar- prices were reasonable for an airport hotel at a service station.   Hotel offers food though we went into the services to eat.  Rooms are clean and equipped with tea and coffee facilities.

우리는 방금 2 박 동안 Hunton Park Hotel에 머물 렀습니다. 객실은 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있고 사랑스러운 침구로 깨끗합니다. 우리는 우리가 도착했을 때 20 명의 파티가 거기에 있었기 때문에 조금 작은 수영장을 사용했습니다. 우리는 수영장 공간에 매우 제한적이었고, 탈의 시설은 혼합되었지만 갈아 입을 별도의 칸막이가있었습니다. 아침 식사는 8.30과 9.30 사이에 매우 바빴지만 대처할 수 있었고 유럽식 패스트리, 조리 된 아침 식사, 시리얼, 다양한 과일 주스, 차 및 커피의 선택으로 잘 표현되었습니다. 호텔은 아름다운 부지에 자리 잡고 있기 때문에 놀랍고 건물과 공공 장소의 일일 유지 보수, 더 나은 서비스를 제공하기 위해 더 많은 직원 및 레저 시설 업그레이드로 개선 될 수있는 아름다운 건물입니다.
