주차 시설을 갖춘 영국 도싯 호텔

서비스는 비정상적입니다. 가방 보관을 위해 4파운드를 지불해야 한다는 사실에 놀랐습니다. 가방 보관 비용을 지불해야 했던 것은 내 생애 처음이었습니다. 아침에는 바가 열리지 않았고 이 호텔에서 식사를 해본 경험이 없습니다. 방은 깨끗했고 리셉션은 괜찮았으며 복도는 특별히 잘 관리되지 않았습니다. 방에는 필요한 모든 것이 있습니다. 창밖의 풍경은 쾌적하지 않았지만 하룻밤은 괜찮았고 조용했습니다. 작은 수영장이 있고 모든 것이 깨끗합니다. 도시의 번잡함에서 벗어나 바다 주변과 바다 근처에 소나무가 많아서 위치가 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 이상적이지는 않지만 꽤 수용 가능합니다. 직원들이 모든 문제를 해결하는 데 도움을 주었습니다.

Good hotel with lack of attention to details. 😬 Breakfast food is average, almost no fresh fruits (apple and overripe banana), and not many veggie options, but the staff is lovely (more hospitable than people at the reception), each day the chef was busy but kept smiling to all guests around, nice way to start the day, thanks!:) Spa area is lovely, great tor the gloomy days!:) Room was ok, no windows to be opened thus no fresh air.. water temperature was rather low, couldn’t really enjoy the shower.

I book this hotel for one night great location. The receptionist she was welcoming. When we got to the room that we were staying for the night. First impression was clean and tidy. However the room was smelly as you entered with the one and only small window was open in the room. The bathroom was for designed for disabled use really. I will list the pro's and cons. Pro's The room was a good size for our needs two single and it had a TV that you could watch ”the news” on a channel. The kettle was clean and tea, coffee, sugar was in a bag if you wanted to make a tea with two cups no bottled water provide (but selling for £2 for 500ml at the entrance of the hotel). The wallrobe had hangers and a hair dyer if you needed it. The pillows were nice and the mattress was comfortable. The con's One of the beds had other people's hair in the sheets and on top of the duvet. The ceiling and a long legged spider with cobwebs hanging down from above were the TV is. The walls in the room had stains down the wall it was dusty in places. The walls had noticeable cracks in different parts of the wall, the furnitures are old and tired including the picture frame. The bathroom door was dirty from all the touching to open and close it. I am not sure how a disabled person are able to use the toilet effectively. Because the ”tiny” face basin was so close to the toilet it was not practical to be that close and I am not disabled. It had so many hand railings why was the basin so close and very low to the point were it was awkward for us to wash our faces etc and the floor was in a mess afterwards . there is a glass shelf with two small glass cups that was over the face basin which is simple not safe or practical because you will sit your face or eyes if your not careful when using the face basin. The extractor fan does not work when the light is on and no button to press it separately. But the only small top widow was open for any steam or smell to leave the bathroom. The hot water system made a lot of noise when turning on. Making it hard for anyone to use it without the whole or half of the hotel hearing it that how loud it was to us. The bath was clean however there was mold all over on the wall tiles the shower curtain was short and not fitting for that bath. The toilet papers that was provided was a very very cheap small rolls. There was three one screwed (toilet roller) on to the small face basin that got soaked when you use the face basin. And the other two was on top of the toilet with used tissue in one of them. Both windows in bedroom and bathroom was not dusted. Our biggest problem was someone who was on the same floor sounds like they were nextdoor. They kept coming and going and each time they open and close their door it caused our door to shake and bang because was door is not fitted correctly and full of gaps and so the wind and the force of the moving door as cause ours to make all that noise. We didn't have a good sleep because of the above and the live entertainment went on late also which could be heard as we were on the ground floor also. The room is not what I would class as a lovely room it's very basic old, tired not very appealing the walls and the bathroom needs refurbishment and the heating system needs serious attention. When we checked out the lady was pleasant when the card was returned. The guess with me she was not happy and felt that in her words she would not want to stay at another hotel because it was not comfortable during her stay. I would not have wanted to pay the full price if I was not getting the discount from my app. But even at that price that I paid it's not worth the money. Overall I was not happy but we needed to have somewhere to sleep and it provided us that.

투숙 내내 좋았습니다. 일류의 숙박이었습니다. 제 약혼자는 휠체어를 사용하는데, 그녀의 장애에 도움이 되도록 설계된 객실이 매우 편리했습니다. 직원들은 우리의 숙박이 즐거운 시간이 되도록 친절하게 도와주었습니다. Grove Hotel을 누구에게나 추천하고 싶습니다.

First time at a Holiday inn. The staff very welcoming and helpful, and the room was spotless. 2 night stay and the included breakfast was top notch. Help yourself cooked breakfast. Large and very comfy bed, amenities were great. Double shower and toiletries all readily available. Decent beer as well. But just remember to take change if you're not paying by card as they don't have any. Looking forward to going back early next year.

Check in was very quick. We had a family room with a double and a single basement room. Was get nice, clean and spacious. Plenty of parking, 10 my ns walk to the beach and 10 mins walk to shops and restaurants.

아침 식사가 괜찮았고, 주차장도 있어서 아이들을 위해 간이 침대를 추가할 수 있었습니다. 호텔은 고객들에게 정말 세심하고 친절했어요. 1월 17일 런던 히스로 공항에서 늦게 호텔에 도착했는데, 안경 쓴 프런트 직원이 정말 친절하게 맞아주었고, 짐도 방까지 옮겨주었습니다. 저희는 댄스스포츠 대회에 참가하러 왔는데, 원래 4일 예약했지만 선생님의 요청으로 하루 일찍 오게 되어 하루를 더 추가했습니다. 하루를 지낸 후 방 문제로 4일 동안 방을 옮겨야 했는데, 짐이 많아서 번거로웠습니다. 그런데 여성 매니저님이 정말 세심하게 배려해주셔서 옆방으로 옮겨주셔서 매우 편리했습니다. 저희는 트윈룸을 예약했는데 새 방은 싱글 침대와 더블 침대가 있는 방이라 저희 편의를 위해 침대 하나를 더 추가해주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 그리고 며칠 뒤에는 편안하게 지내는지 안부도 물어봐 주셔서 정말 친절하고 세심한 서비스에 감동했습니다. 다음번에 UK OPEN 대회에 참가하게 되면 이 호텔에 다시 묵고 싶습니다!

평화로운 휴가를 즐기고 싶다면 머물기에 좋은 곳입니다. 방에는 필요한 모든 시설이 갖추어져 있었지만 화장실 수세식은 적절한 보수가 필요합니다. 현재 일부 수리 작업이 진행 중이므로 객실에서 내부 안뜰 전망이 보이면 아침에 시끄러울 수 있습니다. 침대는 정말 편안하지 않습니다. 반대편에는 실내 수영장과 사우나가 훌륭합니다. 또한, 오후 3시 이후에는 수영장에서 어린이를 위한 수영 강습이 진행되므로 수영장에서 편안하게 휴식을 취할 수는 없다는 점을 고려하세요.

Central location very close to the part, pier and beach, restaurants and cafes. The room s are smallish, We had a double bed to share with my son, was rather tight. Not much space around the bed either. But very clean, new and maintained very well. Would recommend for couples and business travellers . Families might want to find a bigger rooms or even self catering flats. Parking is extra. We used NCP across the road . It’s cheaper. We were charged to the card £1 upon check in. Very strange and not sure whether this would be refunded.

Booked as a last minute, lovely hotel.. Reception staff could not of been more helpful. We got upgraded to a sea view, and the room was spacious & lovely. .. there’s a lovely grandness to the hotel , so I felt sad that the smallest of Maintenon job that I noticed let it down, for example , the conference room opposite the reception curtain we’re hanging off it’s rail. So simple to rectify I’m sure. Bar drinks, VERY overly priced . Didn’t use the Spa as closed at 6pm . I would return to this hotel., as stated the reception ladies were smiley, & helpful.
