Good hotel with lack of attention to details. 😬
Breakfast food is average, almost no fresh fruits (apple and overripe banana), and not many veggie options, but the staff is lovely (more hospitable than people at the reception), each day the chef was busy but kept smiling to all guests around, nice way to start the day, thanks!:)
Spa area is lovely, great tor the gloomy days!:)
Room was ok, no windows to be opened thus no fresh air.. water temperature was rather low, couldn’t really enjoy the shower.

Check in was very quick. We had a family room with a double and a single basement room. Was get nice, clean and spacious. Plenty of parking, 10 my ns walk to the beach and 10 mins walk to shops and restaurants.

Central location very close to the part, pier and beach, restaurants and cafes.
The room s are smallish,
We had a double bed to share with my son, was rather tight. Not much space around the bed either. But very clean, new and maintained very well.
Would recommend for couples and business travellers . Families might want to find a bigger rooms or even self catering flats.
Parking is extra. We used NCP across the road . It’s cheaper.
We were charged to the card £1 upon check in. Very strange and not sure whether this would be refunded.

호텔 직원은 정중하고 도움이 되며 유익합니다. 3층 객실은 엘리베이터가 1층에서 3층으로 바로 올라가지 않고 계단이 좀 있었습니다. 이동성 문제가 있어서 약간의 문제였습니다. 올라가는 길이 있었지만 꽤 길었다. 아침식사는 추가요금이 발생했고, 많이 먹지 않아서 아침식사를 하지 않았습니다. 침대는 좋고 크고 편안합니다. 방이 따뜻합니다. 기술적인 지식은 아니지만 라디에이터가 실제로 작동하지 않았습니다. 며칠만 머물렀기 때문에 불평하지 않았고, 방도 따뜻했습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 깔끔하게 장식되어 있으며, 가구는 낡고 낡았습니다. 욕실에는 몇 가지 업데이트가 필요했습니다. 샤워가 훌륭하고 뜨거운 물이 많고 압력이 많습니다. 창문에서 보이는 풍경은 호텔 뒤쪽이었고, 호텔 뒤쪽이었습니다. 저는 호텔에 묵어본 경험이 많지 않았습니다. 제겐 괜찮았고, 바 공간이 넓고 편안한 소파와 의자가 많았습니다.

서비스는 비정상적입니다. 가방 보관을 위해 4파운드를 지불해야 한다는 사실에 놀랐습니다. 가방 보관 비용을 지불해야 했던 것은 내 생애 처음이었습니다. 아침에는 바가 열리지 않았고 이 호텔에서 식사를 해본 경험이 없습니다. 방은 깨끗했고 리셉션은 괜찮았으며 복도는 특별히 잘 관리되지 않았습니다. 방에는 필요한 모든 것이 있습니다. 창밖의 풍경은 쾌적하지 않았지만 하룻밤은 괜찮았고 조용했습니다. 작은 수영장이 있고 모든 것이 깨끗합니다. 도시의 번잡함에서 벗어나 바다 주변과 바다 근처에 소나무가 많아서 위치가 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 이상적이지는 않지만 꽤 수용 가능합니다. 직원들이 모든 문제를 해결하는 데 도움을 주었습니다.

Excellent location right in the centre of Christchurch. Have stayed at the Kings arms hotel several times. The rooms are modern, clean and quiet. Staff are very helpful and go above and beyond to help. Great breakfast and bar. Highly recommend.

영국 전역에서 묵어본 호텔 중 최고였습니다. 5성급이 되려고 한 건 아니지만, 5성급을 받으려면 직원들이 얼마나 더 노력해야 할지 잘 모르겠습니다. 다른 호텔이라면 불평할 이유를 찾고 있었을 텐데, 그들은 저와 제 부인에게 매우 친절했고, 다른 모든 손님들을 행복하게 유지하면서도 우리를 제대로 대했습니다. 더 행복할 수 없습니다.

Stayed for 1 night. Super friendly & helpful receptionist, easy check in. Lovely room, very spacious with everything needed. Breakfast was incredible - so much choice!

리리뷰어지난 밤에 히스랜드 호텔에 묵었는데 침대가 정말 편안하고 침구도 편안했고 이불도 너무 두껍지 않아서 최고의 잠을 잤습니다. 욕실은 매우 깨끗하고 깔끔했지만 레스토랑은 작았습니다. 하지만 제가 했던 바에서 음식을 주문할 수 있었는데 저는 피쉬 앤 칩스와 완두콩을 먹었는데 괜찮았지만 생선이 너무 바삭바삭했지만 가격에 비해 합리적이었기 때문에 품질이 좋지 않았지만 맛이 없었습니다. 바가 매우 조용해서 126번 방으로 음료수를 가져갔고 꼭 다시 그 방을 이용할 거예요. 전반적으로 잘 머물고 잘 잤어요

88285SueHDouble sea view room with balcony. Spacious bedroom with nice seating area. Clean and in good decorative order. Comfy bed, quality linen. Wonderful, original metal-framed window and French door opening out onto huge balcony. Unfortunately, the sea view tuned out to be when looking left from the end of the balcony and not from the actual bedroom. Kettle needed descaling. Bathroom well appointed, nice towels and quality Elemis toiletries, but would benefit from a really thorough deep clean and a lick of paint.
Absolutely fabulous public rooms, not ‘dated’, as some reviews suggest, but furniture and fixtures appropriately in keeping with the style and period of the building. Wonderful!
Beautiful outdoor pool area and indoor spa. Lots of outdoor seating areas. Extensive woodland to the rear of the hotel. Just a few minutes walk to Knoll Beach, through the hotel’s extensive grounds (which includes tennis courts and a golf course) just over the road. Absolutely no information provided about any of these brilliant amenities, or indeed anything at all, in our bedroom. Also, no information about Wi-Fi, no information about breakfast times, no information about how to even contact Reception on the telephone provided in the room …
The food at the evening meal was exceptional but was let down by the very slow service as staff focused on setting tables for the following day’s breakfast - which turned out to be so disappointing that it was hard to believe that both meals had originated from the same kitchen.

리리뷰어Stunning hotel, great location. Everything was fantastic. Small thing is room 109 has a small frosted window with no view. When opening it opens to a dirty mucky roof. We did not leave it open as vermin might enter the room. We also mentioned it was a 40th bday but no extras not even a note.

AAnastasiia Hlavatska평화로운 휴가를 즐기고 싶다면 머물기에 좋은 곳입니다. 방에는 필요한 모든 시설이 갖추어져 있었지만 화장실 수세식은 적절한 보수가 필요합니다. 현재 일부 수리 작업이 진행 중이므로 객실에서 내부 안뜰 전망이 보이면 아침에 시끄러울 수 있습니다. 침대는 정말 편안하지 않습니다. 반대편에는 실내 수영장과 사우나가 훌륭합니다. 또한, 오후 3시 이후에는 수영장에서 어린이를 위한 수영 강습이 진행되므로 수영장에서 편안하게 휴식을 취할 수는 없다는 점을 고려하세요.

특정 연예인과 함께 방을 꾸미기 위해 함께 노력해주신 운영진에게 정말 감사드리며, 어린 시절 그 연예인들을 지켜보았던 달콤한 추억이 떠오릅니다. 거의 겨울이 다가오고 있어서 방도 매우 따뜻했고, 샤워실도 매우 뜨거워서 목욕할 때마다 즐거웠습니다. 이곳은 앞으로 본머스에서 제가 자주 이용하는 호텔이 될 것입니다. 여기 있는 동안 이미 다시 예약했는데 무엇보다도 침대 옆에 성경이 놓여 있었습니다. 영국 호텔에서 처음 본 것이었습니다. 초대해 주셔서 감사합니다.. 언급하지 않았습니다. 가격도 매우 저렴하고...

리리뷰어We had a 3 day stay at the Harbour Hotel in Christchurch.
We ate dinner there twice - once at ”The Upper Deck” and once at ”The Jetty”. Both meals were excellent: we had lovely tables, the food was great and the service made us feel special. The experience at breakfast was the same, with attentive service from all the staff and great food served on the open veranda.
Although we were using the hotel as a base for our walks around the area, we also used the spa which was well maintained and had all the facilities you could want.
We did have an issue with our assigned room which was not as ordered from Trip.com. Although the reception team reconfirmed they had allocated the room accurately based on what Trip.com had ordered for us, the Cherry the reception manager took it on herself to compensate us for the mismatch.
From start to finish the service at The Harbour was outstanding. All the staff that served us in reception, the bar, the restaurants and the spa were helpful, efficient and friendly. Although our room was smaller than we'd ordered, it was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable.
All in all, this was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in, this in no small part due to the professionalism and caring attitude of the staff team. We will return !
