리리뷰어The hotel is in a stunning location, our room was small but comfortable, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. I have one single grouch about this hotel. I had an excellent dinner of fish and chips on our first evening. This was served (as is fairly common in pub restaurants) on top of paper printed with an article about the history of fish and chips. I know that there is paper in the food trade that is permitted for this use, BUT the paper turned into an objectionable mush under my peas and the tartar sauce, breaking into pieces and sticking to the batter of the fish. This is completely unacceptable and unhygienic and I sincerely hope the Cliff Hotel will reconsider and stop what is in any event a totally unnecessary practice. Apart from that it's 10 out of 10 and we would thoroughly recommend the hotel.

TThe Heidi Hammonda tired hotel needing some redecorating and modernisation. Room was next to reception and the 'bar/staff' room. we were woken at 6.30 every morning by staff arriving for duty. Breakfast was sat under heated laps or freshly out of a tin of fruit. Toast was the thinnest cheapest brown bread, and the coffee was average. The cooked breakfast was of poor quality ingredients. The waiting staff were very attentive. Sadly as soon as a fellow guest left their breakfast table, out came the spray disinfectant to clean the table down. This smell wafted all over the basement, windowless breakfast room and was very off putting.

리리뷰어매우 도움이되는 직원. 깔끔하고 깨끗하며 업데이트된 객실. 우리는 이동할 수 있는 충분한 공간이 있는 패밀리룸을 가지고 있었습니다(1퀸 사이즈 및 싱글 침대 2개). 조금 멀기 때문에 레스토랑에서 저녁을 먹어야 했습니다. 메뉴는 훌륭했고 마지막 날에 우리가 한 방에서 먹을 테이크 아웃 피자를 주문할 수있는 옵션도있었습니다. 맑은 날에는 저녁 식사 후 골프 코스를 산책하는 것이 정말 즐거웠습니다. 체육관은 작지만 수영장과 한증막은 비교적 크고 비오는 날 아이들을 즐겁게하는 데 도움이되었습니다. 전반적으로 우리는 2-3 짧은 체류를 위해 이것을 추천 할 것입니다.

리리뷰어체크인할 때 우리는 우리 방으로 안내되었습니다. 방은 크기가 충분했습니다. 침대는 숙면을 취할 수 있도록 매우 편안했습니다. 욕실은 샤워 시설로 새단장되었습니다. 수압 문제가 즉시 처리되었습니다. 14인조로 식사를 하고 있어서 미리 주문을 하고 식사를 모두 함께 빠르게 제공했습니다. 우리의 음식 선택은 뜨겁고 잘 표현되었습니다. 지체 없이 다시 제공되는 아침 식사 메뉴에 좋은 선택이 있었습니다. 직원들은 편안한 숙박을 위해 너무 많은 문제가없는 세심한주의를 기울였습니다.

Ddear WandaWe rented the apartment and one single room. The staff are very friendly. Both place has harbour view. The apartment is not very close to the hotel and there is a 10 minutes walk. But the apartment is very lovely. The only thing is that there are no lifts In either place. Also, the window for the hotel room are very old and has the 2 wood boards instead of the curtains. It is very original, but not really sound proof.

YYunyskaI dropped my daughter off at the university and needed a place to stay for a few days. The room was very clean. Coming from the US, I loved the fact that my room had its own private bathroom. The food at the restaurant was also good, even my daughter enjoyed it. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. I stayed in room 1.

리리뷰어I needed a quick night stop on the way to Aberystwyth so this was only going to be a B&B stop.
However, points of note are:
(1) Friendly staff
(2) In need of a good update - rooms OK but clearly in need of TLC
(3) Room had a few places of thick dust and cobwebs
(4) Hotel in the main had ”stuff” in the corridors and things piled-up in certain rooms which were visible
