We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and the hotel is very well located. The only small inconvenience was the sound of the bathroom flush from the adjacent room, which was occasionally noticeable. Apart from that, everything was great and we would recommend this place.

Absolutely loved this parador! We also upgraded from the basic room - and it was worth it! Good and helpful staff! We had a lovely dinner there!

The hotel’s location is about 25 mins walk from the stations (bus and train). And is just a minute or two from Plaza Mayor. When checking in, check your email as they might have sent you instructions on how to get in. Otherwise, call them through the phone number provided as there might be a time wherein the staff is occupied with another task. There is no receptionist that can assist you whenever but they are very accommodating when you call them.
