We had an amazing time here the staff are very friendly, the food was very nice and a variety. The drinks are better than most 4 stars I stayed at. The location is on point, the rooms are comfortable enough, it's worth vtge prices. Thanksvto the restaurant and bar staff for working hard to please the customer. The pools are clean and well located. They also have a pool bar which is not part of all inclusive. Drinks are reasonably priced too. I will definitely go again.

Un très beau complexe avec piscine chauffée, si vous avez des problèmes avec les marches ce n’est pas l’endroit indiqué pour vous.
Trop petit parking malheureusement.
Petit déjeuner excellent, immense chambre avec une vue mer malheureusement gâché par un grillage, sinon calme et agréable! La plage est magnifique juste en bas de l’immeuble public mais tellement grande aucun problème de place.

가장 중심에 위치한 멋진 호텔! 일찍 정착하고 방에 매우 흥미로운 현대적인 디자인, 창에서 근처의 멋진 건물까지의 전망 - 해가 뜨고 모든 것을 밝힐 때 - 고요한 전망! 매우 편리한 매트리스, 모든 것이 훌륭합니다! 몇 걸음 거리에 보행자 거리와 나머지 명소를 거래합니다. 나는 확실히 다시 여기에 올 것이다!

This was absolutely brilliant, I have never stayed at a hostel before, but this place has opened my eyes, and I'll be doing it next time for sure.
For the price, it was excellent, I went in late March and was very nice. People were very respectful, although I should've brushed up on my Spanish a bit more. Very clean, comfortable, and private bunk area with clean showers and even breakfast.
I'd like to thank all involved.
Go there now, El Medano is very chilled, not full of drunken tourists. Don't usually go to the same country/ island twice, but if I do, I'll be staying at the El Medano Nest Hostel undoubtedly.

Nos ha encantado las vistas e instalaciones,, la habitación amplia con vistas una, terraza grande y preciosa con un tendedero y todo. Los detalles de las infusiones y el café, azúcar, tazas... y un mini fregadero con su estropajo, jabón y todo. La cama muy cómoda y con dos almohadas incluso, ambas cómodas. Aunque una suite debería tener bañera y cama doble.
El spa es de acceso libre y sin reservar. El aparcamiento en la calle gratuito es fácil en la puerta.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour avec ma femme dans cet hôtel. Les lieux sont magnifiques, propres et agréables. Le personnel est très accueillant, poli et aimable.
Les restaurants dans lesquels nous avons mangé sont très bons (Los Menceyes et Los Laureles).
Le petit déjeuner est tout simplement fabuleux. Le choix est gigantesque et de qualité.
Nous avons également eu l'occasion de faire le circuit hydrowellness. Celui-ci était très relaxant et apaisant. La salle de sport est également bien fournie, ce qui est très appréciable !
Pour finir, nous avons été très agréablement surpris par une belle surprise : une bouteille de champagne et des macarons offerts par l'équipe de l'hôtel pour nous féliciter suite à notre mariage.
Nous recommandons cet établissement !

Die Übernachtung in der Pension Eva ist sehr preiswert...wieviel kann man da erwarten? Es ist alles sehr einfach gehalten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Terasse ist super gelegen und ausgestattet für einen angehmen Aufenthalt mit Blick über Puerto de Mogan zum Meer. Ich komme immer wieder gern hierher...

리리뷰어Santa Catalina Hotel is undeniably a historic architectural landmark, but as a hotel experience it fell well below expectations. On arrival, the service felt cold and somewhat pretentious rather than welcoming, with concierge staff coming across as detached and pompous rather than genuinely hospitable.
A key reason for choosing the hotel was the prominently advertised rooftop pool and views, only to discover after check-in that access is restricted to suite guests. The spa is similarly limited unless you pay €15 per person for 90 minutes, which feels disproportionate given the modest facilities. These restrictions are not clearly communicated at booking and leave a sense of being misled.
Several of the lounge and communal areas were also frequently reserved for corporate events and seminars, which further diminished the sense of a relaxed hotel environment. As a guest, it often felt as though you were secondary to business groups and functions moving through the space, even in more personal hotel moments such as walking through common areas in a robe.
In-room entertainment is very dated, with a non–smart TV offering only basic local and satellite channels. Room service carries a €5 delivery surcharge, while on-site dining is largely limited to high-end fine dining with little casual alternative.
It is also worth noting that Las Palmas sits under a noticeably less favourable microclimate than the south and west of Gran Canaria. During our stay, conditions were consistently cloudy, windy, and cool, which further limited the enjoyment of the hotel’s already restricted amenities. For those seeking reliable sun and beach weather, the southern or western parts of the island are a better choice.
Overall, despite its striking heritage setting, the combination of underwhelming service, restricted access to advertised facilities, dated in-room amenities, corporate use of guest spaces, and disappointing weather made for a stay that did not feel justified by the price and is not somewhere we would return to. The atmosphere and clientele also skew noticeably toward an older demographic.

(8,- 2개의 작은 오렌지 주스). 직원들은 친절했습니다. 우리는 더 오래 머물고 싶었지만 불행히도 완전히 예약되었습니다. 유일한 단점은 신용 카드가 없었기 때문에 신용 카드로 지불해야하는 100,- borg였습니다. 그러나 우리는 어쨌든 아파트를 얻었습니다. 관광객들의 비명 없이 편안하게 쉬고 싶다면 이곳을 추천했습니다.

리리뷰어Magnicico albergo in posizione panoramica. Tra i più belli 4 stelle in cui ho soggiornoato. Merita da solo un viaggio apposta a Gran Canaria. Pulitissimo, e arredato molto bene (la mia camera aveva anche 1 belle poltroa un divano. Bellissimo il terrazzo privato panoramico on sedute). Spazi comuni magnifici come il salone con divani e biblioteca, sala ristorante, terrazza panoramica e giardino spa con piscina panoramica. La migliore colazione che ho fatto in vita mia in alberghi di questa fascia 4 stelle! Prodotti locali e non di altissima qualità e cucina espressa la mattina. Salmone servaggio, formaggio di capra locale, dolci di qualità superiore ecc. Tovaglie bianche con il logo della catena Paradores.

리리뷰어We had a mixed experience during our stay.
At first, we were assigned to D block (room D104), which was extremely noisy due to a nearby bar, and there was also a toilet issue with continuous running water. We were unable to sleep at all that night, despite having requested a quiet room well in advance.
After communicating with the hotel, they eventually changed our room for free, which we appreciate. The new room was in I block, and the difference was huge — the room was much newer, very spacious, comfortable, and almost completely quiet. The facilities were clearly more updated, and overall the stay improved significantly.
The only issue in the new room was that we found one large cockroach, which was unpleasant, but aside from that, everything was fine.
I would also like to highlight that the front desk staff were polite and helpful, which is definitely a big plus.
Overall, if you are planning to stay here, I would strongly recommend avoiding D block, especially if you care about noise and sleep quality. If noise does not bother you, it may not be an issue — but for light sleepers, this is something to be aware of.
