대체로 끔찍한 숙박은 아닙니다. 우리가 처음 체크인하러 도착했을 때 오후 5시인데도 불구하고 프런트 데스크가 닫혀 있었고 체크인은 10시까지였고, 자동 체크인 기계는 길 건너편 호텔에서 방 열쇠를 수령하라는 메모와 함께 고장났습니다. . 우리는 거기에 갔는데 그들은 우리가 무슨 말을 하는지 전혀 몰랐기 때문에 즉시 응답한 trip.com에 연락한 후 짐을 들고 길 건너편으로 돌아가야 했습니다. (고객 서비스가 정말 훌륭해서 정말 감사합니다!) 우리는 전화번호를 알아냈습니다. 몇 시간 후에 호텔에 전화를 했는데 열쇠를 두고 가는 것을 잊어버렸기 때문에 누군가를 다시 보내서 우리를 방으로 들여보냈습니다. 방에 들어갔는데 우리가 예약한 방이 아니고 다락방에 있는 방이었는데 한쪽에는 머리를 부딪치지 않고는 일어설 수도 없을 정도로(저는 키가 5인치 3입니다) 에어컨이 있고 아침까지 기다릴 수 있도록 머리를 쉬게 하는 장소였습니다. 다음날 우리가 내려왔을 때 우리는 객실 오류에 대해 언급했고 첫 번째 남자가 나에게 준 경멸적인 표정으로 가득 차 있었기 때문에 그의 고객 서비스는 형편없었습니다. 나는 머리와 문신이 전통적인 여성처럼 보이지 않는다는 것을 알고 있으며 다른 문화가 충돌할 수 있다는 것을 이해하지만 괜찮습니다. 하지만 매니저가 내 약혼자와 이야기하러 왔을 때 그의 태도는 약간 기운이 나고 미소를 찾았습니다. 그들은 우리를 올바른 방으로 안내했고 이 방은 보통 크기였지만 그 방의 에어컨 장치는 휴대용 롤로 호스가 그물망으로 인해 창 밖으로 제대로 튀어나오지 않아서 고치려고 했습니다(덕트 테이프) 그런데 호스가 부러졌지만 약혼자가 그것을 창밖으로 밀어내는 방법을 찾았고 방을 식히는 데 시간이 좀 걸렸지만 정말 좋았습니다. 그 후 나머지 여행은 순조롭게 진행되었습니다. 구리색/빨간색 머리를 가진 여성은 매우 친절했고 전반적으로 우리는 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 아침 식사는 정말 맛있었습니다. 호텔은 보안 주차장이 있는 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 모퉁이에 있는 Lino's에서 환상적인 음료를 맛보세요. 아래층에 있는 döner 플레이스는 정말 최고입니다. 대부분의 독일인들이 AC를 승인하지 않는다는 것이 가장 중요하므로 그것이 중요하다면 예약 장소를 다시 확인하는 것이 중요하다는 점을 명심하세요. 모든 문제를 제쳐두고 이곳에 꼭 다시 머물고 싶습니다. 방에 있는 드라이기나 에어컨에 기대지 마세요. 룸서비스를 여러 번 요청해야 할 수도 있습니다.

If we could give this hotel a review of 10/5 we would. We stayed for an extended time (16 days) and during that time we experienced the best and friendliest service. The reception staff was always friendly and cheerful. Everyone was ready to help with any question we had. Breakfast was amazing. The selection was terrific. And every morning we were greeted by the pleasant and happy staff. One staff member told me she loves her job. Who doesn't want to stay in a hotel where the staff love working? Several days my mother who travelled with me was ill and the staff made it so easy for me to take breakfast to her in the room. The room was terrific. We requested the accessible room and were not disappointed. Despite Ettlingen not being the most wheelchair friendly, Stadthotel Engel had every accessibility need addressed. The front entrance has no stairs. They have an elevator that stops at the breakfast room level. The bathroom in our room was wheelchair friendly with a raised toilet, fully accessible shower, and vanity that could accommodate a wheelchair underneath. We did not have a wheelchair but my mother has a walker which requires many of the same accommodations. The room has air conditioning for those who are concerned about that. The location is amazing. From the hotel you are directly in the old city and can walk to many stores, cafes, and restaurants. The hotel entrance is located in an inside court area where there are tables that can be enjoyed during the nice weather.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a solid choice for a short stay of 1-2 nights. The location is excellent, offering easy access to local attractions and public transport. Breakfast was suitable for those accustomed to a typical German breakfast—bread, cold cuts of cheese and sausage, yogurt, and muesli. For those looking for more variety, particularly Asian travelers, the options might feel limited as there were no warm dishes or other typical Asian breakfast items. One minor inconvenience was that our bottled water was not refilled after the first night, which was a bit disappointing. Also, be sure to lock your door because the cleaning staff may enter in the morning without warning, which can be quite startling if you're not expecting it. Overall, it's a good place for a quick stay, with a solid, reliable atmosphere and great cleanliness. Just be prepared for a few minor drawbacks, especially if traveling with family, needing more space, or looking for specific breakfast options.

Das Zimmer super sauber und groß genug. Das Badezimmer war auch super. Direkt vor dem Hotel gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, also sehr praktisch gewesen.

불행히도, 첫 번째 방의 욕실은 샤워 후에 소변 냄새가 심하게 났습니다. 냄새는 아마 배수구에서 나왔을 거예요. 리셉션 측은 논의 없이 즉시 방을 바꾸었습니다. 그 외에는 정말 만족스러웠습니다! H 리워드 클럽 멤버십을 통해 우리는 매일 하이델베르크 대중교통을 이용할 수 있는 일일 티켓을 받았습니다!

아주 좋은 숙박! 현대적이고 매우 깨끗한 호텔과 객실. 아침 식사는 매우 맛있고 풍부하며 품질이 매우 좋았습니다. 호텔은 도시에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 도시로 빠르게 연결되는 S-Bahn 역을 이용할 수 있습니다. 불행히도 호텔은 최신부터 주차 요금이 부과되었습니다 (1박당 15유로)

Plus: Location. Almost literally opposite the Stuttgart train station. Hospitality: great hospitality from front desk. I personally like it and enjoy it I hope you do too. Minus/ room for improvement The bath room can be Abit small for six footer ( people who are more than six foot tall) and with BMI great than say 23-25. There is some water flow situation where after one take shower then water can get to the floor of the bath room and eventually get to the floor of the room. I am raising this hoping the owner could pay some attention / do something about it when all situation permits for the flooring is very nice, it seems like a pity to get damage in the long run due to excess water from the bath room. Other tips / reminder There is Abit of stair cases at the front door and involve moving your luggage uphill to arrive at the hotel. If you need assistance, it is better to inform the hotel and see what can be arranged. I am sure they are happy to help if it is within their means. ( I find them friendly and helpful and enjoy the service. I hope you would enjoy the stay too if u happen to choose this place).

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und man ist zu Fuß in 30 Minuten im Stadtzentrum. Beim Frühstück ist alles da was man üblicherweise an den Hotel-Buffets bekommt. Einrichtung sehr einfach, doch zweckmäßig. Hatte ein Apartment das mit kleiner Kochecke, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Geschirr, Besteck, etc. ausgestattet war. Sehr nützlich zumal Lebensmittelläden nur ca. 100 m entfernt. Alles in allem soweit in Ordnung.
