조용하고 매우 깨끗합니다. 아침 식사 바는 당신을 일어나서 하루를 시작하기에 충분했습니다. 우리는 여분의 밤 동안 머물기로 결정하여 Gatlinburg에서 더 많은 시간을주었습니다.
모두다 편안한 숙박이었습니다.

샤워에서 위의 벽이 벗겨지는 것처럼 보였습니다. 101호에 묵었습니다. 나는 그들이 모두를 가까이서 지켜보고 있는 것처럼 느꼈습니다. 그러나 무엇보다도 나는 5점 만점에 4점을 평가할 것입니다. 그들은 작은 비누 1개만 주었습니다. 그리고 베개가 충분하지 않습니다

이 장소를 절대적으로 좋아했고 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 우리 방은 매우 깨끗했고 우리가 필요한 모든 것을 갖추고 있었고 우리가 원하는 위치에 완벽한 장소에 있었습니다. 나는 테네시에 올 때 항상 여기에 머물 것입니다.

Room and hotel was very nicely kept up and clean. Only issue was the refrigerator in our room was broke. Contacted the front office and they immediately assigned us to a different room. Breakfast was good! I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

아주 좋고, 저렴하고, 조용하고, 친절한 직원과 매우 편안합니다. 내슈빌까지 저렴하고 쉬운 여행을 원하는 누구에게나 추천하고 싶습니다. 브로드웨이까지는 도보로 약 20분, Uber는 7달러입니다.

리리뷰어The workers were friendly for the most part and the facility was not bad. My boyfriend And I stayed reserved a room for three nights. I guess since we were staying three nights, housekeeping wasn’t supposed to clean our room, which was fine. We didn’t mind, but I went down And asked a staff member for fresh towels, and sheets. As I was changing the sheets, I spotted a huge bedbug!! So I got to looking In the Mattress found three Iive bedbugs. I killed them myself and showed them to the lady at the desk. Obviously, I got really freaked out and could not sleep for the rest of the night. I finally gave up trying to sleep and just checked out at 5am. I would’ve left early than that, but I did not want to be out in that part of Nashville so early in the morning so I waited Until daylight before I left. The staff member did not offer to give me a new room or refund my money. She said she Let her boss know. She Didn’t even try to apologize on behalf of the Hotel. I’m very disappointed in the way The employee handle the situation. As disgusting as bedbugs are, I would’ve understood if she Would have even acted as if she cared. All she said was that it was probably because they Had had an exterminator out there Earlier in the week And it was probably just leftover from the exterminator spraying and stirring things around. I’m going to Call and speak to the manager Monday to Make sure he’s aware of the situation and let him know that his Employee did not handle the situation properly. Honestly, I feel like I should be refunded for the last night. The only reason I stay there is because I could not leave in the middle of the night and also because I did not want to pay for a room at different hotel room when I had already paid for that one. Times are hard and My husband and I were just visiting family. We could not afford to throw money around And go to a different hotel room.

리리뷰어So I of course read google reviews about this place before hand and was torn ... ultimately deciding on it because I kept going back to it on google ...upon checking in after I online booked it...I was greeted by a young woman behind the desk who was cheerful eager to help and informative. Even thou it was nearly 10pm. After 10 minutes the room phone rang it was the front desk and the same young woman who checked me in ..asking about my pit bull saying the lady next door called said my dog was trying to attack her car thru the window...this flat out didn't happen however my dog and her car were playing and my dog isn't a pit bull she's an American Bully but I get it ...I assured the front desk my dot wouldn't be by the neighbors window again and apologized for her having to call me ...fyi y'all ever known a dog to try and attack a cat thru a window without barking growling or acting a damn fool??? Cuz mine sure didn't do any of that ...ANYWAY...The room I booked had 2 queens and lemme tell ya the beds were unbelievably comfortable as were the pillows. The aesthetics of the room was chill and relaxing TV worked as it should so did the AC ...but on to the best part the lady tending to the contentinal breakfast...which was fully stocked at all times and not just stocked but perfectly lined pastries breads and cereal bowls. On my particular morning which was a Friday they served sausage links biscuits eggs blueberry or plain pancakes. They had fresh apple or orange juice but it was the attendant who made it amazing not just her detail but her pleasant disposition to everyone was fantastic. I would return just to tip her again !!! This was a treat experience and one I'll never regret

리리뷰어The hotel is in a great location and that’s the best thing I can say. The breakfast if they have a lot of people coming is good with biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs but if there’s not many people booked, it’s just scrambled eggs and half cooked sausage.
The one thing if you have a pet, they’re gonna stick you in one of the old rooms that the floor hasn’t been mopped in ages. They made dust mop it, but if you drop some water and wipe it up, the rag is black and the bed was very uncomfortable. Young man at the desk was very nice and he actually helped me a lot and he said they did have a lot of new mattresses, but unfortunately our room wasn’t one of them.

Wi-Fi에 연결할 수 없습니다. 그들이 제공한 호텔 관리자 비밀번호를 사용해야 합니다. 내 층의 제빙기가 작동하지 않아 엘리베이터를 통해 다른 층의 다른 유닛에 쉽게 접근할 수 있습니다. 무료 시티 셔틀과 여러 아주 좋은 레스토랑과 카페까지 도보 거리. 장식은 준 세기 중반의 현대적입니다. 작은 책상과 회전식 사무실 의자이지만 침대 외에 다른 추가 좌석은 없습니다. 작은 비닐 ”오토만”(어떻게 사용합니까?). 난방/AC 장치 효율적이고 조용합니까? 공기 순환을위한 팬 전용 모드가있어 좋았습니다. 구조 기둥으로 막힌 방 전망; 탈의실을 번거롭게 하고 싶지 않았습니다. 돌이켜보면 ”시티뷰” 대신 ”풀뷰” 방으로 이사했어야 했다.

리리뷰어When we checked in they f are lied to tell us that the maintenance man was working on the sprinkling system. We awoke to a wet bed and floor! They moved us to another room which smelled funny. We had our kittens with us and the guy at the desk gave us a hard time about having two saying we needed to lay $15. Per night for the second kitten! Then the second night when we came back after going out to dinner with family, we were locked out of our room! The key card would not work! The people who operate this hotel seem a bit strange! I won’t be staying there again!

리리뷰어I was there for only one night, and the housekeeping staff started banging on my door early in the morning, waking me up to ask if I wanted my room cleaned. I was very annoyed, because I needed as much sleep as possible for my long road trip. Why on earth would anyone think I needed my room cleaned for a one-night stay? It felt like they were checking to make sure I did not oversleep or accidentally overstay, which was completely unnecessary and extremely frustrating.
