I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Westborough, Massachusetts, and I came away genuinely impressed with the entire experience. It’s not often that a hotel balances comfort, service, and convenience this well, but the DoubleTree manages to pull it off in a way that makes the stay feel both easy and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything felt smooth, intentional, and welcoming. Right away, the staff made a strong impression. Check-in was quick and efficient, but also warm in a way that didn’t feel forced or scripted. The team at the front desk was attentive, friendly, and happy to answer questions. And yes, the signature warm cookie absolutely lives up to the hype. It’s a small gesture, but it sets a surprisingly positive tone, especially after a long trip. My room was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was extremely comfortable—firm enough for support but soft enough to feel restful. The linens were crisp, the pillows were perfect, and the blackout curtains actually kept the room dark in the morning. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with quality toiletries, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. I also appreciated how quiet the room was. Whether it’s the layout or the construction, I barely heard any hallway noise, which made it easy to relax and sleep well each night. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the indoor pool. A lot of hotels list “indoor pool” as an amenity, but not all of them are worth using. This one absolutely is. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably warm. The water temperature was ideal, and the space never felt crowded or noisy. Whether someone wants to swim laps, relax after a busy day, or let kids burn off some energy, the pool is a standout feature that really enhances the stay—especially during the colder months in Massachusetts. Another major highlight was the breakfast buffet. I’ve experienced hotel breakfasts that feel like an afterthought, but the buffet at the DoubleTree Westborough was genuinely impressive. There was a wide variety of options—fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereals, and more. Everything tasted fresh and was replenished frequently. The staff kept the dining area clean and welcoming, and there was plenty of seating. Starting the day with a filling, high-quality breakfast right downstairs made mornings easy and relaxed. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It’s close to major highways, shopping centers, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Parking was plentiful and free, which I really appreciated. Whether you’re visiting for business, traveling with family, or just passing through the MetroWest area, the convenience works well for any type of trip. Overall, my stay at the DoubleTree Westborough was outstanding. The welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, great indoor pool, and excellent breakfast buffet all came together to create a stay that felt effortless and genuinely enjoyable. I’d happily return and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

1. 위치: 백베이역까지 도보 4분 거리입니다. 로건 공항에서 오시는 경우, 공항 슬라이서 라인을 타고 사우스 스테이션에서 내리세요. 지하철역이 바로 앞에 있습니다. 사우스 스테이션에서 빨간색 RL 라인을 타고 한 정거장 이동하여 다운타운 크로싱(알레와이프 방면)에서 내리신 후, 주황색 OL 라인으로 환승하여 백베이역(포레스트 힐 방면)에서 내리시면 됩니다. 전 구간 무료입니다. 저는 다음 날 암트랙 기차를 타고 뉴욕으로 가야 했기 때문에 이 숙소가 매우 편리했습니다. 주변에 쇼핑과 관광 명소가 많아 편리합니다. 2. 넓은 객실에 편안한 미국식 하이탑 침대가 있습니다. 3. 무료 Wi-Fi와 짐 보관 서비스를 제공합니다. 4. 20달러 상당의 바우처를 제공받았습니다. 저는 바 10에서 아침 식사를 했는데, 가격이 너무 비쌌습니다. 20달러로는 한 사람이 먹기에도 부족했습니다. 5. 체크인 시 직원이 두세 번 노크한 후 문을 열고 들어왔습니다. 처음에는 커피 티백이 필요한지 물어봤고, 두 번째에는 방에 이미 목욕가운이 두 벌이나 걸려 있었는데도 불구하고 목욕가운을 가져다주었습니다. 허락 없이 문을 여는 것은 삼가는 것이 좋겠습니다. 6. 전반적으로 이 숙소를 추천합니다.

Here for a tournament. There is a slight smell in room. Baths could be updated. All in all easy on and off highway, close to what we needesld. Pleasant stay. We stayed one night.

Very nice experience. The Inn is close to shopping and restaurants, was clean, the staff were friendly, the room was large and everything made for a nice stay.

(가짜 장식) 수리하지 않으면 변경에 도움이 됩니다. 태도는 좋은데 어떤 방이 에어컨이 나쁜지 이미 알고 있는 것 같아요. 청소 직원은 영어가 아닌 스페인어를 구사하며 소프트웨어 번역이 필요합니다. 간단히 말해서, 근처에서 경기를 보고 싶지 않다면 여기에 살 필요가 없습니다.

올해 벌써 두 번째 숙박입니다. 작년 말과 비교했을 때, 호텔은 리모델링을 마쳤는데, 특히 로비는 정말 넓고 웅장했습니다. 보스턴처럼 땅값이 비싼 곳에서 이렇게 기품 있는 로비를 갖춘 곳은 정말 드물 거예요. 객실은 여전히 깨끗하고 밝았으며, 창밖으로는 바로 찰스강이 보이고 강 건너편에는 MIT가 있었습니다. 보스턴 날씨는 정말 환상적이었어요. 매일같이 맑은 하늘에 흰 구름이 떠다녔고, 1년 중 가장 쾌적한 계절이라 그런지 관광객도 정말 많았습니다. 정말 멋진 도시예요! 다음에 보스턴에 다시 가게 된다면, 망설임 없이 쉐라톤을 선택할 겁니다!

호텔은 보스턴의 조용한 동네에 자리하고 있었으며, 지하철역과도 가까웠고 시내 중심부까지는 약 30분 거리였습니다. 객실은 넓었지만, 다소 낡은 편이었습니다. 욕실에는 수납 공간이 부족했습니다. 객실 바로 앞에 주차장이 있어서 편리했습니다. 아침 식사는 식사류 메뉴의 선택 폭이 좁아 아쉬웠지만, 팬케이크 기계는 있었습니다. 세탁 시설은 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원들의 친절도는 다소 아쉬웠습니다.

도착시에 배정받은 룸이 청소가 되어 있지않아 다른방 배정받기까지 기다려야했던 불편함과 청소가 깨끗히 이루어지지않은점이 아쉽긴해요. 한국만큼 위생적일꺼라고 생각하면 화날듯해요. 매일매일 룸청소 해주시긴하나 이불은 교체하지않고 그대로 세팅만 다시 해주셨어요. 그래서 이불안에는 머리카락. 과자부스러기 🥲 다투기 싫어서 제가 치웠답니다~^^
