The check-in took too much time, more than 30 min. The front desk can't manage to locate my booking. The service in the restaurant is good. The food is nice. However, it was not a good experience when we went to check out. They still can't locate our booking and wanted to charge the room rate to me. I showed the staff about the hotel confirmation from Trip.com, and then they decided to take the room charges away. And, the time taken for checking out is too much. Won't return in the future.

CBD는 도심 중심부에 위치해 있어 대부분의 서비스와 대중교통과 가깝습니다. 호텔의 서비스와 직원도 매우 칭찬할 만했습니다. 리셉션부터 모든 서비스까지 친절하고 친절했습니다. 나의 새로운 친구 중에는 Faith와 IDDI가 있습니다.

I was disappointed that the hotel wouldn’t let us get a partial refund for a 2 week stay the breakfast was very average and in general the hotel was not inspiring it’s more fitting for a business stay than a holiday stay. Nevertheless it was clean which is important for me.

Our room was very clean though a bit sterile. The restaurant was a very nice buffet for Valentine’s Day, which caught us by surprise.
The only disappointment was the pool and athletic facility was in a separate facility that required walking through a parking garage.

리리뷰어패밀리룸은 가족이 이용하기에 적합하며 도심에 위치하여 비교적 편리하고 가족이 이용하기에 적합합니다. 침실이 3개, 거실이 1개 있고, 거실이 있어 많은 아이들이 이용하기에 적합하며, 주방도 있어 오래 묵으시면 직접 요리도 하실 수 있습니다.

JJNB_82To be fair, this hotel scores average because it is not a family friendly place Apart from having a swimming pool, there is absolutely nothing and nowhere for children. I was travelling with mine, so it was not the most comfortable experience.
We travelled and stayed over new year's eve, so perhaps that was the reason for much of the discomfort, but without going into too much unnecessary detail, it was noisy, extremely hot in the corridors, lots of mosquitoes ( my 6YO was bitten ), no nets, outdated bathroom, weak plumbing, shower takes a little while to heat up in the evening, just generally poor, and not what I expected from a 4 star rated hotel.
Staff were generally really pleasant, except for the one lady at breakfast who seemed totally unimpressed to have to engage with guests, but still insisted on doing so, then incorrectly served a dish to our table and proceeded to get snappy with us over HER mistake. Unprofessional and distasteful.
Gym is small, outdated, equipment well used and not fully functional.
Restaurant curry very tasty, huge dessert portions, breakfast spread sufficient, but coffee not hot, and had to wait for a chef from the kitchen to make scrambled eggs that took a good 20mins!
This hotel is not a place to expect luxury or exceptional comfort, but if a bed and a place to be close to banking and service centres is what you require, this place will serve it's purpose. Pool is a good size, very clean, and night view from the pool deck is pretty.

JJNB_82The resort was definitely much smaller than it appeared in the pictures, but it was very nice indeed. Beautiful clean white sand, a lovely relaxing vibe, and generally pleasant surroundings.
There is not much to do apart from swimming for my six-year-old, but that in itself was enjoyable. It was peak season, therefore it was a little bit crowded, however not to the point of total discomfort. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, and the restaurant food was mostly very tasty. Our one suggestion was well received, and likely to be rectified soonest.
Nice breakfast spread - included all the stations, but the hot food selection could be a little more exciting.
It would be great if the hotel itself could organize one or two activities. There was a volleyball and an attempt at a game the guests tried to pioneer which never quite happened. The rooms size is sufficient, nice big bed, my only complaint would be the fact that the fridge can be difficult to locate as it is very strangely positioned and hidden behind some panels.
The central air conditioning seemed to be off in certain places, so it was hot in the corridors, fortunately the room air conditioning works very well.
There isn't really anything in the way of fast food places and restaurants in close proximity, so only the hotel restaurant. This is fine for a few nights, but would probably get tedious for a longer stay. We enjoyed our stay overall, and would recommend and visit again!

리리뷰어저는 두 가지 이유로 이 호텔을 예약했습니다. 지금은 메리어트 호텔이고, 사진에서 본 해변 부두 때문입니다. 안타깝게도 부두는 현재 문을 닫았고 해변으로 바로 갈 수 없습니다. 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 또 다른 문제는 객실 밖에 호출 벨이 없다는 것입니다. 그래서 직원들이 두드려야 합니다!! 잠들어 있거나 TV를 켜 놓으면 거의 들리지 않습니다. 메리어트 호텔인데도 약간 이상합니다.
장점: 체크인과 체크아웃이 원활했습니다. 리셉션은 매우 잘 관리되고 직원들은 매우 친절하고 환대적입니다. 조식 뷔페는 좋았고 채식 옵션이 좋았습니다(제가 요청했고 호텔에서 친절하게 응해주었습니다). 바다가 보이는 디럭스룸은 꽤 넓고 멋진 발코니가 있었습니다. 바로 해안가에 있지는 않았지만 바다가 보였습니다... 하지만 부분 바다 전망으로 이름을 바꿔야 할 것 같습니다. 객실 내 식사 음식은 꽤 맛있었습니다. 또한 마을의 좋은 지역에 위치하고 있습니다.

TTAKUYA청결감에 대해서는 문제 없었다고 생각합니다. 냉방, 천장 선풍기? 잘 어울리고 뜨겁지 않고 편안했습니다.
위치도 거리에 있어, 툭툭의 드라이버도 이 호텔을 알고 있었으므로, 장소적으로는 나쁘지 않을까라고 생각했습니다. 뭐, 입구가 미묘하게 알기 어렵습니다만.
호텔의 레스토랑을 이용했습니다만, 메뉴에 쓰여져 있는데, 저것이 없는 이것이 없다고 말해져, 자유롭게 부탁하지 않았던 것이 조금, 라고 하는 느낌이었습니다. 레스토랑에서 전화하고 시끄러운 손님도 방치했습니다. 나는 그의 탓에 30분 식사를 늦추었다.

MM530849****非洲首站出差達累斯薩拉姆，朋友推薦一家很不錯的酒店，服務沒得説，每個服務員都很有禮貌，房間乾淨，早餐也挺不錯的，品種比較多，有水果，牛奶，麪包，粥，火腿腸，炒菜，周邊中國人開的吃喝玩樂也挺不錯的，都挺近的，推薦入住！

RRoger HeegaardI had to stay at this hotel due to a flight complication.
It was late at night and the reception was friendly. It is a very modest hotel but for the price it seemed fair.
The air conditioning was struggling to keep the room cool but I did get a solid nights rest. It is a convenient hotel to the airport only about 10 minutes away.
