We had a great experience staying in the hotel. They have an excellent service & offers a variety of choices. It has a great & clean amenities. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Thank you Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation Resort for such an exceptional and unforgettable stay! From the beautiful accommodations to the breathtaking beach views, every moment was truly special and relaxing! The kids had a wonderful time enjoying the fun and well-organized kids’ activities, making the experience even more memorable for our whole family! The Location of hotel is ok . The hotel itself could do with Room upgrades. Like bed / sheets , bathroom shower & also shower body wash & shampoo was not provided ! There was no bottle water in the room which was disappointing. Staff were very friendly & willing to help .

하룻밤만 묵을 곳이고 예산이 빠듯하다면 괜찮은 숙소입니다. 가격 대비 깨끗하고 안전한 숙소를 제공합니다. 위치도 만족스럽습니다. 근처에 한국 음식점이 많습니다. 온수 샤워가 되는 것도 좋았습니다. 단점: 담요가 너무 얇습니다. 정말 최악입니다. 얇은 담요는 전형적인 필리핀 호텔의 모습입니다. 베개도 편안하지 않고 하나밖에 제공되지 않습니다. 너무하네요. 세면대도 기준 미달입니다. 너무 작습니다. 샴푸는 반 봉지밖에 안 됩니다. 전형적인 필리핀 호텔의 모습이죠. 어이가 없습니다. 에어컨은 구형 박스형 에어컨이라 시끄럽습니다. 잠을 자기에 적합하지 않습니다. TV에 개미나 거미 같은 작은 벌레나 곤충이 있습니다. 이 문제는 꼭 해결해 주세요.

What I liked: - good location - excellent customer service - beautiful reception - the breakfast was authentic and tasty What I did not like: - cockroach was found in my room - the rooms and bathrooms are extremely dated in desperate need for a redo, despite some efforts for refurbishment since my last stay earlier this year - the TV is pretty much just a decoration in room, about 4-5 channels are available with poor signal quality, without any exaggeration it is impossible to view. Not a Smart TV, so no YouTube or Netflix to keep you entertained, if you choose to stay here, - it is poor value for the price/night, the recent price increase is really not justifiable

매우 좋은 호텔, 모두가 매우 친절하고 매우 즐거웠습니다. 서비스는 매우 좋았고 시설도 매우 좋았으며 우리가 먹은 필리핀 아침 식사를 모두 즐겼습니다. 모든 것의 중심에 있고 위치에 비해 매우 조용한 호텔을 추천합니다. 친절하게 대해주신 모든 직원들에게 감사드립니다.

Pearl Farm is like a paradise. Everything is pleasing to the eyes and to the tummy! Lechon is available every night. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to every request. My only complaint is their social media, phone and email responses. They respond very slow or none at all. 1. I asked for a transfer from Discovery Samal Welcome Center to their Marina Wharf. They said they will send a van at 1pm but there was none. I followed up thru trip dot com messages, no response. I called their mobile number, declined! Guess what, they replied saying they were on lunch break! We were in a hurry because we need to be in their wharf before 2pm per their instruction. Nada. Good thing we were able to ask Discovery Samal staff to bring us to Marina Wharf. 2. Boat transfer from wharf to resort was cancelled due to big waves. I understand. We were told we will be traveling by land. We rode a van, lined up to be transferred via RORO (yes, the ship transfer) which took us 2 freaking hours just for lining up!! And another hour to arrive at the resort. We travelled for 3 HOURS just to arrive at the resort. We lined up with other RORO passengers - with and without vehicles. We are staying in a 5 star resort but they cant do something to make the waiting/lining up in the RORO be a little faster?? I saw the driver paying 20/passenger for riding the RORO (not verified). Cant the resort pay a little extra for a fast lane or something similar? Idk! Just rly disappointed bcos we were traveling with a 3yr old! Ofcourse I messaged them regarding this thru email and yes, they DID NOT REPLY AGAIN. I wanted to rate them 5stars but their communication with guests is so bad. I worked in a hotel and every message from guests is taken very seriously.

아포 뷰 호텔 숙박 후기: 좋았던 점과 개선이 필요한 점 최근 다바오의 아포 뷰 호텔에 묵었습니다. 도착하자마자 사촌과 함께 사용할 트윈룸을 예약했는데, 명성이 자자한 호텔이라 꽤 높은 기대를 가지고 있었죠. 편안하고 최고 수준의 경험을 바랐지만, 아쉽게도 첫날 밤은 다소 실망스러웠습니다. 객실 시설은 오래된 느낌이었고, 특히 두 가지 주요 문제가 있었습니다. 인터넷 연결이 매우 약하고 자주 끊겼으며, 에어컨이 제대로 작동하지 않아 방이 불쾌할 정도로 더웠습니다. 24시간의 긴 여정 후라 그날 밤에는 항의할 기운도 없었지만, 두 번째로 예약한 패밀리룸에서는 더 나은 경험을 할 수 있기를 바랐습니다. 또 다른 불만은 프런트 데스크 직원의 서비스였습니다. 체크인할 때 직원 앞에 서 있었는데도 저를 전혀 알아봐 주지 않았고, 심지어 저보다 늦게 온 다른 손님을 먼저 응대하는 모습에 더 답답했습니다. 그 순간 간단한 인사나 잠시 후 응대하겠다는 한마디만 있었어도 기분이 훨씬 나아졌을 텐데요. 하지만 모든 것이 실망스러웠던 것은 아닙니다. 첫 조식 뷔페에서 만난 매우 친절하고 활기찬 직원분께 깊은 인상을 받았습니다. 그분은 저를 환영하기 위해 최선을 다해 주셨고, 유쾌한 태도로 제 아침을 밝게 해 주며 서비스에 대한 제 인식을 긍정적으로 바꾸는 데 큰 역할을 했습니다. 성함을 여쭤보지 못한 것이 아쉽지만, 그분의 따뜻한 환대는 정말 칭찬받아 마땅합니다. 요약하자면, 아포 뷰 호텔은 오랜 명성만큼 잠재력이 큰 곳이지만, 고객 서비스와 객실 관리에 있어서는 확실히 개선될 여지가 많습니다. 몇 가지 시설 업그레이드와 더 세심한 고객 관리가 이루어진다면, 손님들이 기대하는 높은 수준의 경험을 충분히 제공할 수 있을 것이라고 생각합니다.
