The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was greeted with warm smiles and refreshing drinks. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered a stunning view — every detail was thoughtfully arranged for comfort and relaxation. The hotel’s amenities exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide selection of fresh, flavorful options to suit every taste. The housekeeping team maintained everything perfectly throughout my stay. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the excellent Wi-Fi connection, making it ideal for both leisure and work. What truly sets this hotel apart is the level of hospitality. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay — from recommending local attractions to assisting with transportation. Overall, this hotel combines luxury, comfort, and genuine care in the best way possible. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and can’t wait to return again soon!

If you're staying in Kathmandu, this hotel is a good choice. The best thing about it is that it's a new hotel (opening in 2024). Everyone, including the staff, spa staff, and breakfast staff, is very cooperative. including the showers and toilets in the rooms, Wi-Fi, electronic key cards, and internet TV. I'm sorry to say that other hotels tend to be a little older, with broken, slightly dirty, or non-working electronic devices. While it's true that that can't compare to newer facilities. 酒店距離大巴下車位置1公里，預訂之後給我發了2個郵件📧其中一個郵件是告知注意事項，反正有電話號碼，下車給酒店打電話來接我，沒3分鐘就騎個摩託來接我了。房間還可以，在尼泊爾鄉村這個價位就不要挑三揀四，熱水不錯，洗髮水毛巾香皂牙刷都有配，吹風機和熱水要和老闆要，服務很熱情，總體來説不錯。但是這個酒店距離主街有1公里，如果外面吃飯不是很方便，需要預訂的朋友要注意，另外便宜的房間是沒空調的，又另外收了我40人民幣變成了有空調的房間。

The room made a decent first impression and did the bare minimum. But, it quickly became clear that it’s best suited for a very short stay. The bed was comfortable enough. Overall, the room is fine if you’re just passing through, but anything longer starts to feel like stretching it. Staff presence around the hotel was limited. They clearly run on a lean operation, which can go either way. The guard in front of the elevator stood out in the best possible way and added a genuinely warm, human touch, which helped balance things out. At check-in, I was given two complimentary cocktail coupons for the upstairs bar, which immediately lifted my spirits. This was a place I had enjoyed many times before and often recommended to friends and family. I had good memories of the atmosphere, the food, and the general vibe, so I went in with high hopes. In the past I had written raving 5-star reviews of their restaurant food and amazing service! Unfortunately, the experience that followed didn’t live up to those expectations. What should have been a simple, enjoyable night out unraveled into confusion and unwelcoming interactions. Small moments piled up, the mood shifted, and it became clear that the experience had gone off the rails. Rather than force it, my group and I decided to take our time and money elsewhere. Sometimes you read the room and move on. I returned to the hotel later that night and stayed over. Took a hot shower in the morning, loved the smell of their body wash, btw! Another brief interaction during checkout reinforced the same theme: rigid, abrupt, and lacking the kind of hospitality that makes guests feel welcome. All in all, it’s disappointing to see a place I once enjoyed and freely recommended lose its consistency and warmth. I’m no longer comfortable recommending it, and I’m not sure I would choose to return. As for the unused cocktail coupon, I still have it. Any takers?

비슷한 가격대에 다른 곳에서도 묵었는데, 단연 룸컨디션 좋았구요, 직원 응대도 좋습니다. 수영장 물이 따뜻해서 저녁에 하기 좋았구요, 사우나 시설은 한국과 비교해서 있다는데 의미를 두는 정도.. GYM은 이용한 친구가 괜찮은 편이라고 하고요.. 12층 조식먹다 11층 화장실가는데 요가강습하는데 사람들 많이 참여하고 있었어요. 깨끗한 호텔이 여행자거리 중심에 있어 좋습니다. 네팔 여행중에 예상치 않게 좋았던 곳은 박타푸르 골목 돌아다닌 시간이었습니다.

시설: 매우 완벽하고 깨끗함 위생: 매우 깨끗함 환경: 우아함 서비스: 훌륭한 서비스 태도 2024년 8월 27일에 204호에 사는 시바의 중국인 중에 바닥을 두드리고 벽을 깨면서 춤을 추는 사람이 누구냐고 묻고 싶습니다. 다른 사람들이 새벽 2시나 3시의 디스코 같은 느낌을 갖기를 원하시나요? 웨이터가 직접 상기시켜 주었는데 너는 못 들은 척 했어, 작은 시바. 방은 매우 방음이 잘 되고 조용합니다. 화장실 창문은 비어 있습니다. 방에서 보이는 안뜰은 매우 아름답습니다. 사원은 변형되어 있고 분위기가 좋습니다. 주변 환경은 조용합니다. 조명은 매우 아름답고 세부 사항이 가득합니다. 독특한 네팔 분위기입니다. 타멜에 위치하고 있습니다. 돈을 돌려주는 가게 옆에 쓰촨 레스토랑과 카페도 있습니다. 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 호텔에서 아침에 요가를 합니다. 다시 머물 것입니다.

I stayed for 2 nights, it didn't feel safe for me as a solo woman traveller. One the first night around 11pm there were 3-4 men shouting and laughing and knocked my door. I was scared and called the reception. The phone wire was not connected to the phone, i have to hold it tight to the phone while i was speaking. It was a terrifying experience. When in emergency even the phone wasn't working! the receptionist took 30 min to for the men to calm down. The next day morning the receptionist told me they men moved out. But i saw them in the evening in the hotel. Didn't feel safe. Again, the men, shouting and aloud. Still i couldn't sleep there, awake whole two nights i stayed there, didn't feel safe. The place was clean. Location was good.

위치좋음 치야센터랑도 바로가깝고 방에서시티뷰좋음 매우친절 특히 1층 일식 레스토랑 맛있음 람쉐프 친절 방이 매우 작음 특히 현관 바로 앞이 침대라 복도소리 옆방소리 잘 들림 체크아웃전에 직원이 벨누름 조식은 깔끔한스타일 갈때까지 직원들 매우 친절함 헬스장은작음 서비스 음료주셨는데 방값이 비싸서준듯ㅎ

매우 흥미로운 호텔입니다. 내가 살고 있는 오래된 건물은 조금 낡았지만, 호텔에는 매우 아름답고 편안한 정원이 있어 도심 속에서 조용한 휴식처를 제공합니다. 호텔은 풍부한 역사를 가지고 있으며 옆에는 국립 미술관이 있으며 호텔에는 흥미로운 작품이 많은 아트 하우스가 있으며 예술가가 직접 참여합니다. 호텔 레스토랑이 좋아보이고(안 가봤습니다) 히말라야 자바 커피도 있어요. 평범한 호텔이 아닌, 영혼이 담긴 호텔!
