이번에 노르웨이에 갔을 때 오스카에서 하룻밤을 묵었고, CENTRAL STARION 건너편에 있는 이 호텔에 묵었습니다. 저는 항상 다른 브랜드에만 머물렀고, 이 브랜드에는 거의 머물지 않았습니다. 뭔가 좀 새로운 느낌이 들긴 했지만, 그래도 꽤 좋았어요. 하드웨어든, 소프트웨어든, 아침 식사든, 모든 것에는 특별한 것이 있습니다.
호텔에 다시 와서 요리를 할 친구에게 적합한 민간인 가격의 키위가 7-23까지 아래층에 오픈합니다. 전반적으로 객실은 간소하며, 주방용품은 많지 않고, 기본적인 장비만 갖춰져 있어 저예산 여행객에게 적합합니다. 카운터 직원은 친절했고 고객의 요청에 즉각 대응해 주었습니다.
It was the best hotels. I have stayed. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. We enjoyed the stay a lot. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who are planning to visit Oslo. It’s just 13 min walk from central station oslo. Will definitely come back.
It’s a very stylish hotel, centrally located and specious. Breakfast was awesome. The only thing that needs to be improved is the lighting of the room which is not enough.
호텔은 모든 랜드마크와 매우 가까우며 기차역과 트램을 이용해 쉽게 접근하실 수 있습니다. 셀프 체크인 호텔이에요. 침대와 베개는 매우 편안하지만 방은 꽤 작기 때문에 큰 짐이 두 개 있으면 이미 혼잡합니다. 로비에는 밤늦게까지 영업하는 바가 있는데, 우리가 묵던 어느 날 밤, 소란이 있었고 새벽 3시쯤에 많은 경찰이 들이닥쳤습니다. 사람들의 고함소리 등 시끄러운 소음 때문에 잠에서 깨어났습니다.

AAvy P.호텔은 편리한 위치에 있으며, 셀프 체크인이 가능하며, 운영이 간단하고 편리합니다. 호텔 문에서 오페라 하우스를 볼 수 있습니다. 필요한 모든 것이 포함된 아침 식사 옵션. 이번에 우리는 최상층 다락방에 묵었습니다. 채광창은 매우 귀엽지만 방은 조금 작지만 호텔 로비에는 넓은 좌석 공간이 있습니다(사진). 로비에서 잠시 일을 하고, 객실에는 베개를 추가할 수 있는 서비스가 있는데, 이는 덤이다. 물론 개선해야 할 점도 있습니다. 샤워실이 너무 작아서 물이 새어나와 바닥이 젖게 되는 점은 개선이 필요합니다.
SShauna McFaulFor our stay, we booked a studio apartment at The Sweet. The room was lovely and kitchenette was well-equipped. We were able to cook meals there over the days of Christmas when most restaurants and shops were closed. The location is a little outside of the center- nice and quiet but easy to access public transit.
My biggest issue with this hotel was that communication was very… odd. As the booking notes, I called the hotel in advance to schedule my check-in. When my call was answered, I told them who I was and that I was calling to schedule my check in (for a time when the booking said check in is available). I was told no one would be at reception at that time (3pm on Dec 23) and they would text me instructions for how to check myself in. Then she confirmed my phone number and asked for my email address, but when I started to give it, she said, “oh, that’s ok. We can’t use email anyway”. Odd. Before getting off the phone, I had her confirm that I would receive a text the next day with instructions to check in.
Our train arrived around 2pm in Oslo and we still hadn’t received a text, so we waited at the train station thinking perhaps they would send the text right at 3pm since that was the time I had requested. At 3, I still hadn’t received anything, so we called the hotel again. A different employee answered from the one I had spoken to the day before. I gave my name and explained that I was calling because I had scheduled check in the day before but hadn’t received the information to check in. The employee asked where I was and told me that there were people staffing reception to help us check in, which I thought was odd because the previous employee told me no one would be there. When we got to the hotel, we rang the bell and got into the building, but reception is apparently in the basement- there is only a very tiny sign that says this- so we missed it and I called them again. A man came up with our keys and got us set to go.
We got into our room and it was lovely! About 5 hours later, I got a call from Trip saying that the hotel is trying to contact me because they are wondering why I hadn’t checked in and they don’t have a way to get in touch with me. I was sitting in the hotel room when I got this call. I told the Trip representative that I was checked in and it was fine for her to give my phone and email to the hotel.
I know the communication elements have taken up a huge portion of my review and I know they are not the end of the world, but I want to share them because I believe it would be quite simple to avoid situations like this in the future and make the guest experience that much more pleasant at The Sweet.
We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall and thoroughly enjoyed exploring Oslo!

BBillNot a good experience at Numa Hallen. NOT RECOMMENDED. Rooms are big, clean and quiet. However, the “hotel” is not supported by any staff.
The digital check in failed initially. We did not receive the check in email as advised. Maybe if you book directly with Numa, not a third party like Trip, this might work. Don’t know. We rang the web site and Trip advertised phone number to get a check in email. It is disconnected. This defect is recorded in previous reviews, Does anyone read these complaints?
Read the previous reviews and noted the WhatsAPP number to be found at door front. Was ready for this we thought. The WhatsAPP number only has a virtual attendant. So no verbal communication available only short text messages readable. Jumped through many hoops and eventually received our check in details on the kerb outside the hotel. Thought we would be sleeping on the street for a while.
Once inside we noted the big sign in kitchen about leaving a window open when cooking. Next morning all fire alarms in the hotel section went off. A closed window somewhere perhaps. Alarm couldn’t be shut off so we evacuated with our bags like many others. Guess it must happen often due to the prominence of the sign.
The experience wasn’t good and is a great example of technology making life more difficult. The quest to remove people from hospitality jobs diminishes the hospitality aspect. It also leaves no backup except for meaningless, valueless, unaccountable apologies.
The communications failures and fire alarm intrusion are significant infrastructure short comings.
Wouldn’t stay there again.
