'정말 훌륭한 호텔이었어요. 디자인도 아주 독특하고, 전반적으로 깨끗하고 위생적이었으며, 위치도 매우 편리했습니다. 예약했던 오션뷰 룸은 경치가 정말 최고였어요. 호텔 직원들도 모두 친절했고, 중국인에게 불친절하다는 느낌은 전혀 없었습니다. 호텔에는 국내에서 온 관광객들도 많이 보였어요. 루프탑 풀 & 바는 정말 최고였고, 아이들에게도 친화적이어서 어린이용 식사 및 음료도 준비되어 있었습니다. 저희는 그곳에서 수영도 하고 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 다른 친구들에게도 추천하고 싶어요!'

The hotel offers beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, spacious and well-maintained rooms, and a wonderful atmosphere that made our vacation memorable. A special note of appreciation goes to Mr. Kelum Jayawera (General Manager), whose professionalism, leadership, and warm hospitality were evident throughout our stay. His dedication to guest satisfaction is reflected in the exceptional service provided by the entire team. We would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Kushlohko (Manager), Ms. Oshadi (Front Office Executive), Mr. Rumesh (Assistant Housekeeper), Mr. Sakuna (Barman), Mr. Manchonayaka (Senior Barman), and Mr. Prabash (Beverage Service Boy) for their kindness, friendliness, and willingness to assist us at every opportunity. They always greeted us with genuine smiles, made us feel welcome, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were excellent—clean, spacious, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout our stay. The food was exceptionally well prepared, fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. Every meal was enjoyable, and the restaurant staff ensured a pleasant dining experience. The bar team was equally impressive, providing outstanding service with professionalism and warmth. What truly sets Jetwing Sea apart is its people. Every member of the staff treated us like family, making us feel valued and cared for throughout our holiday. '최근 가족과 함께 콜롬보의 갈레 페이스 호텔에 묵었습니다. 전반적으로 호텔 경험은 좋았고, 특히 위치와 서비스는 만족스러웠습니다. 하지만 객실은 지나치게 전통적이고 식민지 시대풍이어서 현대적인 요구 사항을 완전히 충족시키지는 못했습니다. 묵직한 나무 가구와 고풍스럽고 고급스러운 장식은 고전적인 스타일을 선호하는 나이 지긋하신 고객들에게는 매력적일 수 있지만, 현대적인 숙박을 원하는 여행객에게는 적합하지 않을 수 있습니다. 콘센트와 설비 또한 상당히 구식이라 노트북이나 각종 전자기기를 사용하는 현대 여행객에게는 불편했습니다. 호텔 측에서 일부 객실과 편의시설을 현대화하는 동시에 전통적인 분위기를 선호하는 고객을 위해 전통적인 스타일의 객실도 보존하는 방안을 고려해 보면 좋을 것 같습니다.'

'깨끗하고, 늦은 비행기로 도착해서 하룻밤 편히 쉴 곳이 필요한 경우에 좋습니다. 서비스는 조금 아쉬웠는데, 픽업 서비스를 예약했는데 오지 않아서 (혼란스러운 공항 상황 속에서 우버를 불러야 했습니다)였습니다. 호텔은 공항에서 걸어갈 수 있는 거리지만, 짐이 많다면 차가 많이 다니는 고속도로를 건너야 하고, 호텔에 가까워질수록 보도가 사라지는 구간이 있습니다. 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 샤워젤, 샤워캡이 작은 튜브 형태로 제공됩니다. 어메니티는 이게 전부입니다.'

'위치가 훌륭하고, 전반적으로 서비스가 훌륭합니다. 거의 모든 직원이 세심하게 배려해 줍니다. 모든 레스토랑에서 훌륭한 음식과 서비스를 제공했습니다. 바와 라이브 밴드 덕분에 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 인피니티 풀은 정말 최고였습니다. 꼭 가서 휴식을 취해야 합니다. 꼭 다시 방문할 겁니다.'

'I had a wonderful stay at the Mount Lavinia Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The service staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel environment was beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. I especially loved the garden area, the swimming pool, and the stunning beach views. Waking up to the ocean view from my room was an amazing experience. Even the washroom was well-maintained and offered a great view, which made the stay feel even more special. What impressed me the most was the genuine hospitality of the staff. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay and paid attention to every detail to ensure my comfort. Overall, I would rate my experience 10/10. Everything—from the location and facilities to the service and atmosphere—was simply perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Sri Lanka.'

'호텔 분위기가 아주 좋았고, 바닷가 바로 앞에 있어서 창밖으로는 아름다운 오션뷰가 한눈에 들어왔습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 세심하게 배려해주셨어요. 조식도 풍성하고 과일 종류도 다양해서 만족스러웠습니다. 아쉽게도 수영복을 챙겨가지 못해 아쉬웠지만, 다음 출장 때도 꼭 다시 찾고 싶은 곳입니다.'

'객실도 좋고 위치도 좋았으며 직원들도 매우 친절했습니다. 비즈니스 호텔로도 좋지만 커플이나 가족 여행객에게도 적합합니다. 예약 시 ”오션뷰”라고 되어 있었지만 ”완전한 바다 전망” 객실은 아니었습니다. 하지만 도시 전망과 탁 트인 바다 전망을 부분적으로 볼 수 있었습니다. 청결도와 편의시설은 평범했습니다. 침대 시트 교체는 하우스키핑 팀에 직접 요청해야 합니다. 와이파이는 연결이 약간 불안정하고 무슨 이유인지 매일 로그인해야 하지만 속도는 괜찮습니다. 조식 뷔페는 현지 음식과 유럽식 음식이 적절히 섞여 있어 좋았습니다. 에그 호퍼는 정말 맛있었고 매일 아침 바로 만들어 줍니다. 레스토랑/라운지 음식은 평범했지만 바에서 파는 롱 아일랜드 아이스티는 맛있었습니다. 저는 이른 비행기 때문에 조식을 먹지 못했는데, 프런트 데스크에 새벽 3시에 클럽 샌드위치로 바꿔달라고 요청했더니 흔쾌히 바꿔주었습니다. 전반적으로 직원들은 친절했지만, 프런트 데스크의 한 직원은 무슨 이유인지 열쇠 교체 비용으로 1000LKR을 받고 영수증도 주지 않았습니다. 또한 체크아웃 시 호텔 영수증도 주지 않고 트립닷컴에서 받아야 한다고 했습니다. 트립닷컴에서 영수증을 받긴 했지만, 다른 호텔에서는 체크아웃 시 영수증 사본을 제공하는 것이 일반적인 관행인 것 같습니다.'
