저는 이 호텔을 두어 번 이용해 봤습니다. 이곳은 ”환승” 호텔이라 하룻밤 이상 묵을 만한 곳은 아닙니다.
직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 많이 됩니다. 조식은 아주 맛있습니다. 저녁 식사는 해보지 않았지만 레스토랑이 있습니다. 바도 있지만 대부분의 투숙객은 객실에 머무르는 것 같습니다. 야외 휴식 공간도 쾌적하지만 2025년 11월 당시에는 공사가 한창 진행 중이었습니다.
공항까지 걸어갈 수 있을 것처럼 보이지만 그렇지 않습니다. 택시를 이용하세요. 직원이 110루피에 우버 택시를 불러주는 것을 도와주었습니다.

Amazing hotel! The attentive service by each person made the stay very special. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Fantastic breakfast and the spa is well worth a visit. Highly recommend!

Very clean and nice hotel.
The only thing is room are not separated by brick wall. So you always encounter loud sound whenever someone close their room.

Restaurant serving breakfast and dinner , entertaining all local non resident guests, overcrowded and both days u had to await 30 -40 minutes to get a seat . It’s a complete chaos. Paying $400.00 a night no one will stand 40 minutes to get a seat .
This hotel are preferring restaurant business from Non resident guests guest rather than resident business.

콜카타 호텔은 뭄바이 가격과 비슷합니다. 호텔은 매우 위생적이지 않으며 아침 식사가 제공되지 않으며 위치는 공항에서 11km 떨어져 있습니다. 외부 도로 한가운데에 있는 작은 키오스크에 콜카타 요금을 지불하는 것이 더 공식적입니다.

EEHSAN정말 멋진 호텔입니다. 좋은 분위기.
어떤 사람들은 뒷면의 건축 전망과 소음에 대해 불평 할 것입니다.
다행히도 전면 방을 얻었는데, 도시 호텔에서 밖을 내다보는 사람은 누구입니까?
그러나 음향 호텔 메이는 뒷창을 방음 옵션으로 바꾸어 놓습니다.
깨끗하고 장식 된 방.
조식은 괜찮은데, 오히려 아주 좋지 않다면 좋다고 말할 것 같습니다.
리셉션 사람들은 매우 도움이됩니다. 12:30PM에 일찍 체크인했습니다.
근처에 쇼핑가.
바쁜 지역이기 때문에 하루 종일 교통량이 많은 것을 준비하십시오.

MMEHFOOZ ALIExcellent services although felt that some mosquitoes were there. Otherwise it was a good stay. Breakfast was awesome and staff is super friendly and helpful. All together highly recommended to stay.

리리뷰어Everything was perfect; except the dinner buffet. We will come to that later. I quote four memorable experiences.
1. The reception staff was well-trained and professional and any problems such as a billing confusion was resolved effortlessly, and more, the manager suggested me to relax in my room while they sort out the issue; no need to stand at the reception. What a nice gesture!
2. There was some drainage issue in one of the rooms (I had booked several rooms). A call to zero resolved the issue within 10 minutes. The service was ultra-fast for a hotel of this size.
3. They have shown a bold move by placing specially challenged (speech and hearing) individuals at public facing roles such as the butler, the restaurant waiter, etc. They are all well-trained and were able to communicate with my parents, my kid, and us effortlessly. Of course, none of us are trained in sign-language but somehow they managed it extremely well; hence this was a unique and amazing experience.
4. While we were checking in, there was some confusion with some of our guests who hadn't arrived yet. So, we decided to drop the bags and come back later for checkin. When the manager noticed that my elderly parents were in the car outside, they sent a couple of bottles of water to the car. Costs nothing but left a lasting impression! The dinner buffet was fine in general but the management could work on the menu and taste better, given the spotless nature of all of their other amenities and services. The breakfast buffet, however, had amazing taste. Moreover, in any other city, I would not have this complain but in Kolkata, the locals are typically foodies and the cheapest to the most expensive places in the city cannot compromise on taste. I would like to give the hotel a benefit of the doubt- I stayed during a (better: the) major North Indian festival. That might explain the main cooks on leave and backup options turned on, who tried their best but did not quite get it right.

리리뷰어Elegant and luxurious hotel located in a beautifully renovated palace of royal family of Kolkata. Our room was very spacious, beautifully furnished with old, wooden furniture. The huge bathroom and all floors are made of marble. The hotel is located in multiple buildings of the palace complex. Delicious breakfast can be eaten outside in shaded patio or inside in air conditioned restaurant. Every evening there is a live show of folk dance performers. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

Ggerard매우 친절한 직원과 좋은 위치. 별 3개는 조금 높지만. 오히려 별 2,5개입니다. 아침 식사는 유럽식과 인도식의 좋은 시작이었습니다. 방은 작고 낡았고 AC는 시끄럽습니다. 그러나 누가 신경을 쓰겠습니까? 당신은 당신의 방에 머물기 위해 콜카타에 가지 않습니다. 지붕에는 먹고 마실 수 있는 테라스가 있었습니다. 모두 훌륭한 숙박. 다음에 확실히 돌아올 것입니다

JJason2023Good location for tourist spots but quite noisy if you don't like the constant noise of beeping horns from the nearby road (not sure if it is even possible to escape this in India). It did get better between say 10.30pm and 8am). The train (immediately outside the hotel entrance) screeches by but not frequently, boat engines can be heard in the distance but it's on a river 😅. It was a bit of a party boat on some nights (loud and late disco noise if there is an event). The noise stopped at around 9pm one night but went on much later on another night; if your room is close to the bar it may be an issue was wasn't too bad for me as i use ear plugs. The most irritating noise, believe it or not, is people shouting or having loud conversations in the corridors. The room is 3* and there is no safe for your passport, cash, cards etc. The pillows, bed covers and floors were't cleaned particularly well. I had to help myself to consumables from the corridor as they weren't topped up by cleaners. Anyway, a very brief stay could be a good experience, one night maybe.I am pleased to have had the experience and despite the shortfalls would probably recommend it as a one off unique experience, for one or two nights. The breakfast was very good with lovely river views and a chill atmosphere.
