최고입니다. 이곳에 3번 묵었는데 항상 만족합니다(빌라, 8층, 9층). 방음이 안 되어도 방이 편안하고 2배로 업그레이드 받았어요. 팀포에게 감사하고, 높은 환대에 감사드립니다. 모든 부서에서... 특히 Carla F&B에게, 선물을 주셔서 감사합니다... 여기 넓은 호텔 공간에서 자전거를 탈 수 있습니다... 근처 레스토랑에 나가서 식사하세요... 음식이 정말 인상적입니다

Fantastic stay with great service and perfect location!I stayed at this hotel for three nights and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and checked us in very quickly. Our room was spotless, modern, and offered a beautiful view of the city skyline. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. I also loved the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh options. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay here again!

이곳에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 결혼기념일을 맞아 호텔에 알렸더니 케이크와 데코레이션을 준비해 주고 무료 업그레이드까지 해 주셨어요! 발코니 문이 제대로 닫히지 않아서 에어컨이 켜지지 않는 문제가 생겼어요. 하우스키핑에 전화했더니 15분 후에 와서 고쳐 주셨어요. 따뜻한 수영장은 아이들이 놀기에는 작은 공간이니 큰 기대는 하지 마세요. 하지만 저희 아기는 신나게 수영을 즐겼어요! 매드 카우를 한번 가보고 싶은데, 아쉽게도 월요일에는 문을 닫았어요.

반둥역에서 그랩으로 10분~15분정도 소요됩니다. 브라가 거리까지는 걸어서 5~10분 사이로 소요되나, 건너야하는 도로가 굉장히 크기 때문에 도보로 가기는 상당한 난이도가 있습니다. 조식은 종류가 많아서 즐기기에 충분하고요, 확실히 사람이 많아서, 개별 케어받기는 좀 어려운 상황입니다. 룸 컨디션은 좋았고, 디테일하게 이것 저것 챙겨주는게 많이 느껴졌습니다 소음은 별로 없었고, 저의 평점은 가격 대비 5점 만점에 4.8점 드리겠습니다.

환대가 훌륭하고 소통도 원활했습니다. 놀이터, 수영장, 시설 모두 깨끗하고 아름다웠습니다. 편의 시설에는 빗이 없었고, 유아용 의자는 찾기 힘들었고 주말에는 이용이 제한적이었습니다. 그리고 아침 식사 때 유아용 식사를 찜으로 하라고 했는데 주방에서 전자레인지로 데워서 너무 건조해 보여서 속이 상했습니다.

We recently stayed at this stunning 8-bedroom private villa in the Dago area of Bandung, and it exceeded every expectation for a family reunion/group getaway. Nestled in the cool highlands, the villa offers breathtaking natural surroundings with lush greenery everywhere, both outside in the beautifully landscaped grounds and inside with thoughtful plant integrations that make the space feel fresh and alive. All the rooms facing a stunning hills. The layout is incredibly practical for larger groups: • 2 underground floors, each with 2 spacious bedrooms (4 bedrooms total downstairs), perfect for privacy or families with kids. • Ground floor features a massive, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you could need, a large dining table for group meals, huge tv with comfy sofa, and a fantastic sound-proof karaoke room that kept the fun going late without disturbing anyone. • 2 upper floors, each with 2 bedrooms (another 4 upstairs), all comfortable and well-appointed. Every bedroom is ensuite (private bathrooms), and the villa comfortably sleeps 16–24 people depending on extra beds. One of the absolute highlights is the private heated swimming pool, a game-changer in Bandung’s chilly highland weather (we loved dipping in when temperatures hovered between 16–24°C). The water stays perfectly warm, making it enjoyable even on cooler evenings. The pool area feels luxurious and relaxing with those mountain/city views. Everything is provided thoughtfully: unlimited mineral water, complete kitchen setup (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.), clean linens, WiFi, and plenty of space. The huge parking area in front easily accommodated multiple cars, no stress about parking at all. The design embraces nature beautifully, lots of glass for natural light, open spaces, and that signature Dago greenery that makes you feel like you’re in a peaceful retreat away from the city buzz, yet still close enough to cafes and attractions. If you’re looking for a spacious, fully-facilitated private villa for a big family, friends’ trip, or celebration in Bandung, this place is highly recommended. The heated pool alone makes it stand out in the cool climate. We’ll definitely be back! Rating suggestion: 5/5 stars Would stay again? Absolutely!

Everything looks new,super comfy bed & pillow. Delicious breakfast with almost all kind of foods including sushi, can even DIY fresh juice. Dont miss the restaurant name Karbon on the rooftop of the hotel. they got nice high quality food & great singing performance

로얄 사파리 가든에서는 체크인을 기다리는 동안 동물 쇼, 어린이들이 수영할 수 있는 워터파크, 파충류 섬 등 숙박객을 위한 여러 무료 시설에 입장할 수 있어 기다리는 시간이 지루하지 않습니다. 또한, 로비에서 기다리고 싶으시거나 이미 자녀가 있으신 경우 1인당 35,000원에 놀이터에서 놀고 양말과 음료수를 받으실 수 있습니다. 맛있는 곳도 많고, 직원들도 친절하고 좋습니다. 경비원도 매우 훌륭합니다.

골프 코스와 언덕의 아름다운 전망을 갖춘 상부 Dago 지역에 위치한 호텔입니다. 빠른 체크인/아웃 절차. 식수 추가를 위한 룸서비스도 빠릅니다. 주차 공간이 매우 좁고 부족합니다. 아침 식사 메뉴는 덜 다양합니다. 음식 맛은 중간 정도. 야채와 샐러드의 모습이 아름답지 않습니다. 에그 베네딕트는 원래 맛과 모양과는 거리가 멀어 실패했습니다. 웨이터는 이미 사용된 테이블을 빨리 청소하지 않았습니다. 우리는 거의 15분 동안 칼이 준비될 때까지 기다려야 했습니다. 레스토랑이 바쁘지 않았음에도 불구하고.
