It's still a pretty good hotel in Pontianak. The staff are not very good at responding, and there is a shopping mall about a 10-minute walk away.

Overall experience is good, excellent customer service and room service. The AC is working well in the room and the room is clean.

Very professional staff, prompt to fix any issues that arise during stay! Affordable, located in the heart of the City. Great surroundings, bunches of restaurants, cafe and streets food.

Nice: Individual staff are definitely friendly and helpful. Location is good except the drop off and parking space during peak hours and days are challenging. Disappointed: This is the 2nd time in 2 years that we stayed here. Couldnt get twin beds although our bookings had selected and remarks for twin beds as well, and we stayed for 8nights. The staff said we had to pay to upgrade instead for twin beds. Swimming pool at the roof top has the best view of the city, but is a little small though.

Third Swiss Belinn chain that I’ve stayed at. Location is next to a mall. All the food for you to try out. Check in was fast. Lobby is comfortable with a seating area outside. The view from my room was superb facing the mountain. Room carpeted, layout was good with hot strong shower. Swimming pool is small mainly for kids but the view is great. Breakfast was not to my expectations for a Swiss Belinn chain. Not much variety and my request for soft boiled egg came as hard boiled.

Bath towels are a bit damp when I first got in. And the TV screen has got a bit of noise. But the lighting and bed is 👌
