We use this place every time we go to Ijen to do birdwatching for years. Room is ok with warm and good water pressure. They have western and local restaurant on site. The Western one was ok but the local restaurant is always a no and serve poor quality food, the warung can serve better Nasi goreng than in here. Some of the server in the local restaurant are lack of training.

파쿠원 몰과 직접 연결되는 서부 수라바야의 매우 편리한 새 호텔입니다. 깨끗하고 어린이 수영장, 어린이 놀이 공간, 욕조, 웰컴 드링크, 전 세계 각국의 조식, 피트니스 센터를 포함한 편의 시설로 가득합니다. 서비스는 완벽하고 직원들은 친절합니다. 호텔은 매우 혼잡한 것 같지만 아침 식사 장소는 넓고 지나치게 짜지 않고 모두를 수용 할 수 있습니다. 전반적으로 숙박은 즐겁고 우리는 확실히 돌아올 것입니다.

Our 2nd time staying at this hotel. It was in a good neighborhood (many street food vendor at night). Good service (fast check-in/out), suitable parking space. Overall a great stay for us.

Delicious Indonesian Javanese food specially created by the host, May, as well as the level of dedicated service is the highlight of this hotel. The menu food sounds unappealing, but all 7 lunch and dinners were so good. You have to try the chicken satay, which is soft and has white clean meat. The tuna is melted and panini is so fresh. The spaghetti cakalang is her created recipe of smoked fish and spaghetti. Her tofu and Tempe must not be missed! Her tempong chicken is yummy and fresh! Feels like it's directly from the farm. Nasi goreng must not be missed! Papayas seem to be in the season. Fried bananas covered in coconut flakes are not to be missed! In this hotel, don't expect luxury cleanliness because there are a lot of insects (bees, butterflies, moths, grasshopper, flies), spiders, millipedes, lizards, even a gecko. If you want to stay in this rustic resort you have to be okay with them. I didn't like the insects stuff in the room but the hosts immediately sent their staff to deal with them. Staff are friendly just be patient with them because not all speak English. May was a super host, who gave ALL sorts of ideas on where to go, and how to go, and gives you contacts and numbers and details. Ibnu makes the best dirty latte in Banyuwangi, most probably. The hosts are very nice and go out of the way to make their guests welcome. They even dropped us at a nearby tour site, and also gave us a short walk to the beach nearby. This level of service is almost unbeatable. Staff are always ready and welcome to greet and smile at you. I think the Indonesian and Javanese meals are better than the breakfast menu. Breakfast pancake and American breakfast normal only. They generously dropped us off at Bangsring Underwater which was 3-5 mins away, which MUST NOT BE MISSED for snorkelling beginners! (But first check out if the season is good for snorkelling) If you stay here, be prepared there's not much in the area. And not much air-conditioned cafes or restaurant or shops nearby too. The family room has a breathtaking view of the mountains but because of the attic like structure, is prone to insects and lizards and stuff. It had a resident gecko. The deluxe suite room had a flat ceiling so lesser insects! + huge verandah for drying your clothes + pink bougainvillea. There are corn fields beside the hotel. They send food to your room if you don't want to eat in the restaurant which also has a amazing view. Restaurant has rustic vibes with antique candelabras (+ spiders).

If you don't want to climb the volcano, then choose this hotel is definitely right.Wildlife parks and close contact with small animals here are definitely an amazing experience.

욕조도 있고, TV에는 HBO 채널이 나오고, 객실도 엄청 넓은데 가격도 저렴하고, 아침 식사 메뉴도 다양하고 맛있어요.

아기를 데리고 처음으로 자동차 여행을 했는데, 좋은 평판과 긍정적인 후기를 보고 그랜드 머큐어 말랑을 선택했습니다. 기대에 부응하는 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 저희가 묵었던 방은 깨끗했고 멋진 산 전망을 자랑했습니다. 도착했을 때 청소 중인 방을 배정받았지만, 호텔 직원이 바로 실수를 알아채고 신속하게 바꿔주었습니다. 아기 침대도 요청했는데, 얼마 지나지 않아 문제없이 가져다주었습니다. 욕실에는 어메니티 키트가 잘 갖춰져 있었고, 옷걸이도 넉넉했습니다. 샤워 수압도 세고 편안했습니다. 숙박 기간 동안 헬스장과 수영장을 이용했습니다. 헬스장에는 스쿼트 랙, 덤벨 세트, 케이블 머신, 벤치 두 개 등 운동 기구가 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 수영장은 물도 따뜻해서 즐겁게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 저희 방에는 조식이 포함되어 있었고, 다양한 음식이 준비되어 있었습니다. 호텔 직원들의 서비스는 전반적으로 친절하고 정중했습니다. 커피 카운터 바리스타의 카푸치노 제조 기술 향상을 위한 추가 교육은 필요해 보이지만, 그래도 만족스러웠습니다. 앞으로 이 호텔에 다시 묵을 의향이 있습니다. 예약 고려하시는 분들을 위해 사진도 몇 장 첨부했습니다. 훌륭한 숙박 경험을 선사해 주신 메르퀴르 말랑 팀에게 다시 한번 감사드립니다!

이전 방문객들의 후기대로 호텔은 실내와 실외 모두 깨긋하게 관리되어 편안하게 쉴수 있는 곳입니다. 아침도 다양하게 준비되어 있고 맛있습니다 특히 인도네시아 토속음식을 드셔보는것도 좋은 경험이 될것입니다. 방, 식당, 헬스장등 모두 청결하고 직원들은 정성것 도와 주십니다 호텔 바로 옆에는 어린이들이 즐길수 잏는 테마파크도 있습니다.모든 직원들이 친절하며, 다음 목적지 숙소 예약을 잘못 했는데 이것을 해결해 주신 YUDI씨에게 감사드립니다. 이호텔의 번창을 기대해 봅니다.

사실 정말 멋진 호텔이에요. 빈티지 물건을 좋아하는 저로서는 이곳이 정말 마음에 들어요. 유서 깊은 건물부터 빈티지 스타일의 객실까지, 90년대에서 2000년대 초반으로 돌아간 듯한 느낌이었어요. 향수가 뿜뿜! 어렸을 때 할아버지 할머니께서 저를 데리고 여행을 가면서 호텔에 묵으셨거든요. 그래서 이런 호텔들은 제 마음속에 특별한 자리를 차지하고 있어요. 아쉽게도 예산을 많이 깎은 것 같았어요. 주말에 객실 요금을 엄청 싼 가격에 주긴 했지만(조식 포함 25만 루피아도 안 됐어요), 수건은 더 이상 하얗지 않고 얇았어요(다른 호텔 수건과는 달랐어요). 시트에는 빳빳한 얼룩이 있었고, 샤워캡도 없었어요. 그래도 레몬그라스 비누와 샴푸는 정말 마음에 들었어요. 디스펜서에 담겨 있어서 플라스틱 쓰레기도 덜 나고 좋았거든요. 조식은 정말 아쉬웠어요. 몇 년 전에 여기 묵었을 때는 괜찮았는데, 이번에는 더 심했어요. 선택지가 많지 않고 텅 비어 있었어요. 정말 별로 노력을 안 한 것 같았어요. 그 가격에 뭘 기대해야 할까요? 예산이 빠듯할 수도 있다는 건 이해합니다. ”미니 동물원”이라는 표지판이 붙어 있는 걸 봤어요. 직원분이 동물이 많지 않다고 하셨는데, 그래도 가보기로 했어요. 주차장 길가(실외)에 있었고, 물고기랑 큰 새(닭 같았는데 좀 달랐어요. 뭔지는 잘 모르겠네요)도 있었어요. 그리고 앵무새 몇 마리가 두 개의 케이지에 따로 있었는데, 다 죽어 있었어요 😭😭 직원에게 말했더니 죽은 새들을 재빨리 치워주셨어요. 아이디어는 좋았지만 실행은 좀 부족했어요. 어쨌든 위치는 최고였어요. 길 건너 몇 미터만 가면 버스 정류장이 있어서 수로보요 버스를 타고 어디든 갈 수 있었어요. 그리고 호텔 자체가 인기 관광지(수라바야 올드타운)의 번화가에 있어서 역사적인 건물들이 즐비했고, 근처에 차이나타운도 있었어요. 이번 불황을 잘 견뎌냈으면 좋겠어요. 이 호텔 정말 좋아요 🥺.
