기차역과 구시가지 사이에 위치한 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 우아한 인테리어와 모던하고 세련된 디자인의 객실이 인상적입니다. 직원들은 친절하고, 투숙 후 저희가 요청한 후기도 세심하게 챙겨주었습니다. 아침 식사는 호텔 내 아름다운 브라세리에서 제공됩니다. 음료는 무제한으로 제공되며, 요리는 단품으로 제공됩니다. 베이컨 팬케이크는 정말 맛있었습니다. 서비스도 훌륭했고, 플레이팅도 훌륭했으며 맛도 훌륭했습니다. 세마랑과 인도네시아의 보석 같은 곳입니다.

A Truly Pleasant Stay! I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations, making for one of the most enjoyable and stress-free travel experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the cleanliness was immediately apparent. The common areas were spotless, well-maintained, and had a fresh, inviting aroma. This attention to detail extended to my room, which was impeccably clean. The sheets were crisp, the bathroom sparkled, and there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. It's always a relief to know you're staying in a place that prioritizes hygiene, and this hotel clearly does. Beyond just cleanliness, the overall quality of the hotel was excellent. The decor was modern and tasteful, the furnishings were comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and well-chosen. Everything from the comfortable bed to the high-speed Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, contributing to a truly comfortable stay. What truly set this hotel apart was how easy everything was. Check-in was a breeze, navigating the hotel was intuitive, and all the services I needed were readily accessible. There were no confusing signs, no hidden fees, and no unnecessary complications. It felt like the hotel was designed with guest convenience in mind, allowing me to relax and enjoy my trip without any added stress. Last but certainly not least, the receptionist deserves special mention. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful in answering my questions about local attractions and dining options. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made a fantastic first impression and continued throughout my stay whenever I interacted with the front desk. It's rare to encounter such genuinely helpful and pleasant staff, and it truly enhanced my experience. In conclusion, this hotel is a gem. If you're looking for a place that offers exceptional cleanliness, high quality, a seamless experience, and fantastic service from the moment you arrive, I wholeheartedly recommend it. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area!

저희는 조식이 포함된 트윈룸을 이용했습니다. 전체적으로 객실은 꽤 넓었고, 편의시설과 청결도는 기본적인 수준이었습니다. 위치는 편리하고 찾아가기 쉬웠지만, 조식은 종류가 다양하지 않고 다소 평범했습니다.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Spectacular view when you wake up in the morning. Breakfast spread was great for both days. There is a small playground beside their cafe that my kids could play as well. Service was awesome. Will come again if I visit Solo again.

수영장과 샤워 시설은 쇼핑몰과 가깝고 객실이 깨끗하다는 장점이 있습니다. 에어컨은 춥지 않았고, 아이는 땀이 날 때까지 잤고, 호텔에 알려줬고, 기술자가 빨랐습니다. 감사합니다. 아침 식사는 머리 위 선풍기가 있기 때문에 야외를 선택하는 것이 좋습니다. 복도에 있는 중앙 에어컨이 작동하지 않는 것 같습니다. 특히 전체 건물이 30리터인데 엘리베이터가 1개이고 최대 10명이 탑승할 수 있는 엘리베이터를 기다릴 때 숨이 막힐 정도입니다. AC가 Horizon Ciledug Hotel과 같을 수 있고 엘리베이터 수가 작동할 수 있기를 바랍니다.

Abrikri Village has provided excellent services during our stay in Dieng, Wonosobo. Starting from the pre-departure service when the staff member contacted me personally to assist our reservation for 16 people— especially when I asked their assistance to arrange our breakfast mode to be made at 2AM due to our specific agenda. When we have arrived at the Abriki Village, they were very responsive in accommodating our reservation by making the check-in process hazzle-free. The staff members were also really acommodating our needs, showcasing a true-identity of Javanese welcoming services. The Villa is actually even BETTER than the pictures. The rooms are very clean and spacious, especially the Three-Bedroom Villa and the Two-Bedroom Villa. The in-room and out-room facilities work properly without any issues. Our family also had no issues on the wifi provided as it can be accessed in all the area of the Villa. As for the breakfast, even though the breakfast menu are quite standard as it serves the basic Indonesian buffet style, yet our family really enjoyed the food and beverages provided. The location for the Villa is also convenient as it’s located 5 minutes from Alun-alun of Wonosobo City and 40-50 minutes to reach Puncak Sikunir Dieng. For me personally, this villa deserves a 5-star due to its excellent services, facilities, and locations. However, there are still rooms of improvement, such as additional services like Netflix for each room, more varieties of breakfast option, and the balcony/terrace of 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom villa’s entrance that should have a roof that would cover us from the rain when entering the villa. Nevertheless, if I had chance to go back to Dieng, Wonosobo, I would CERTAINLY BE DELIGHTED to stay again at the Abriki Village again. That’s for sure. 이번에 카스 세마랑 호텔에 처음 묵었습니다. 정오쯤 도착했는데, 그날 행사가 있어서 호텔이 굉장히 붐볐습니다. 직원에게 체크인은 오후 2시부터라고 안내받았는데, 그건 괜찮았지만 로비에 앉을 자리가 거의 없었습니다. 직원은 대신 레스토랑에서 기다리라고 권했습니다. 솔직히 라마단 기간이라 사람들이 금식하는 중인데, 좀 이상하게 느껴졌습니다. 하지만 현지인인 저는 크게 신경 쓰지 않고, 시간을 보내기 위해 10분 정도 떨어진 파라곤 몰에 갔습니다. 객실 자체는 꽤 깨끗했고 기본적인 편의시설은 모두 갖춰져 있어서 만족스러웠습니다. 사후르(새벽 식사)를 위해 새벽 3시에 조식을 배달해달라고 요청했는데, 3시 30분쯤에야 도착했습니다. 왜 늦냐고 물어보니 20개가 넘는 객실에 먼저 배달해야 했다고 하더군요. 차라리 사후르 뷔페를 열어서 모두를 편하게 해 주면 좋겠다는 생각이 들었습니다. 소토는 맛있었는데, 아쉽게도 나왔을 때는 이미 식어 있었어요. 음식은 전반적으로 괜찮았습니다. 이 호텔의 장점 중 하나는 위치입니다. 주변에 괜찮은 카페들이 많고, 24시간 영업하는 곳도 많아서 밤늦게까지 놀 곳을 찾기가 쉬워요.

음식은 정말 훌륭했습니다. 아침 식사 메뉴도 다양했고, 웰컴 드링크도 하루에 두 번씩 바뀌었어요. 직원들은 전문적이고 정말 친절해서, 특히 저처럼 사람들과 어울리는 걸 별로 안 좋아하는 사람에게도 좋았어요 (물론 사람들과 소통하는 걸 좋아하는 직원들에게는 전혀 문제가 되지 않았습니다). 개선해야 할 점이 있다면, 투숙객이 체크아웃할 때 객실 청소를 꼼꼼히 하고 침구류를 교체해 줘야 한다는 거예요. 제 베갯잇에서 심한 냄새가 났는데 (아마도 교체하지 않았던 것 같아요). 문의했을 때 바로 대응해 주시긴 했지만, 이런 일은 앞으로 반복되지 않도록 해야 할 것 같습니다. 호텔 측에서 청소 담당 직원들이 다음 투숙객을 위해 객실을 청소하고 침구류를 교체하도록 관리해야 할 것 같아요.

한국 사람들은 아마도 이호텔에 묵게되면 잠을 제대로 못잘수도 있다. 수시로 들려오는 예배 음악소리에 수시로 깨곤했음 문화적 차이기 때문에 어쩔수 없음. 또하나는 오토바이가 이동수단인 인도네시아 에서는 오토바이소리 또한 밤새도록 들린다. 나는 작은소리에도 애민해서 잠을 제대로 못잤다. 빨리 집에 가고 싶은생각뿐.

The room is very small, but it's fine for a short stay. They do have a common area with free tea and coffee, which is a nice touch. However, what I didn’t like was the number of staff present during breakfast. It felt like they were watching what we ate too closely, which made me uncomfortable—almost as if they thought we were going to steal something. It would be better if guests were made to feel more relaxed and trusted.
