Our stay at Manon Boutique Hotel Semarang was a mix of pleasant surprises and a few frustrating moments. First, the good things. Since the hotel lobby isn't located on the ground level, the security staff was very helpful in assisting us with our luggage, which we really appreciated. Check-in and check-out were also quick and hassle-free. Unfortunately, the bathroom could use some attention. The shower drain didn't drain properly, leaving water pooling on the floor and making the shower area a bit slippery. The shower pressure was also quite weak, so it took quite a while to rinse off. The hot water worked, but it was only warm rather than genuinely hot. Another thing that caught us off guard was our room window. The room had a window, but instead of a view or natural light, it faced another wall. We had a little laugh when we opened the curtains because we weren't expecting that. I suppose it's there to make the room feel less enclosed, but don't expect any morning sunshine. The most confusing part of our stay was the breakfast arrangement. The night before checkout, my husband asked whether we could have our breakfast packed to go since we planned to leave very early. The hotel staff initially told us it wasn't possible. Later that evening, however, someone from the restaurant informed us that takeaway breakfast could indeed be arranged, so we thought everything had been settled. The next morning, my husband checked with the receptionist, who had no idea about our breakfast request. He then went to the restaurant, where they also seemed unaware. After returning to our room and calling the restaurant directly, they finally prepared our breakfast. We still have no idea where the miscommunication happened, but fortunately we had already decided to cancel our early morning plan. Otherwise, we probably would have left without breakfast. We also weren't informed about takeaway drinks, and by then we were simply too tired to ask. Thankfully, the breakfast itself made up for a lot. The Monte Cristo Bliss sandwich was absolutely fantastic and easily the highlight of our stay. Would we come back? Maybe—for the Monte Cristo Bliss alone. The hotel has many positives, but communication between the front desk and the restaurant definitely needs to be improved. With better coordination and a few maintenance fixes, the overall experience would have been much smoother.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the cleanliness was immediately apparent. The common areas were spotless, well-maintained, and had a fresh, inviting aroma. This attention to detail extended to my room, which was impeccably clean. The sheets were crisp, the bathroom sparkled, and there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. It's always a relief to know you're staying in a place that prioritizes hygiene, and this hotel clearly does. Beyond just cleanliness, the overall quality of the hotel was excellent. The decor was modern and tasteful, the furnishings were comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and well-chosen. Everything from the comfortable bed to the high-speed Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, contributing to a truly comfortable stay. What truly set this hotel apart was how easy everything was. Check-in was a breeze, navigating the hotel was intuitive, and all the services I needed were readily accessible. There were no confusing signs, no hidden fees, and no unnecessary complications. It felt like the hotel was designed with guest convenience in mind, allowing me to relax and enjoy my trip without any added stress. Last but certainly not least, the receptionist deserves special mention. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful in answering my questions about local attractions and dining options. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made a fantastic first impression and continued throughout my stay whenever I interacted with the front desk. It's rare to encounter such genuinely helpful and pleasant staff, and it truly enhanced my experience. In conclusion, this hotel is a gem. If you're looking for a place that offers exceptional cleanliness, high quality, a seamless experience, and fantastic service from the moment you arrive, I wholeheartedly recommend it. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area!

The hotel is nice, the rooms are big, the mattresses are soft, and the facilities are very good for families, there is a children's playground and a swimming pool. I personally don't like the parking location because it's quite narrow and initially quite confusing. I also dislike the breakfast because the food options are very few. maybe for the next order I will not include breakfast. Very good and strategic location.

수영장과 샤워 시설은 쇼핑몰과 가깝고 객실이 깨끗하다는 장점이 있습니다. 에어컨은 춥지 않았고, 아이는 땀이 날 때까지 잤고, 호텔에 알려줬고, 기술자가 빨랐습니다. 감사합니다. 아침 식사는 머리 위 선풍기가 있기 때문에 야외를 선택하는 것이 좋습니다. 복도에 있는 중앙 에어컨이 작동하지 않는 것 같습니다. 특히 전체 건물이 30리터인데 엘리베이터가 1개이고 최대 10명이 탑승할 수 있는 엘리베이터를 기다릴 때 숨이 막힐 정도입니다. AC가 Horizon Ciledug Hotel과 같을 수 있고 엘리베이터 수가 작동할 수 있기를 바랍니다.

Abrikri Village has provided excellent services during our stay in Dieng, Wonosobo. Starting from the pre-departure service when the staff member contacted me personally to assist our reservation for 16 people— especially when I asked their assistance to arrange our breakfast mode to be made at 2AM due to our specific agenda. When we have arrived at the Abriki Village, they were very responsive in accommodating our reservation by making the check-in process hazzle-free. The staff members were also really acommodating our needs, showcasing a true-identity of Javanese welcoming services. The Villa is actually even BETTER than the pictures. The rooms are very clean and spacious, especially the Three-Bedroom Villa and the Two-Bedroom Villa. The in-room and out-room facilities work properly without any issues. Our family also had no issues on the wifi provided as it can be accessed in all the area of the Villa. As for the breakfast, even though the breakfast menu are quite standard as it serves the basic Indonesian buffet style, yet our family really enjoyed the food and beverages provided. The location for the Villa is also convenient as it’s located 5 minutes from Alun-alun of Wonosobo City and 40-50 minutes to reach Puncak Sikunir Dieng. For me personally, this villa deserves a 5-star due to its excellent services, facilities, and locations. However, there are still rooms of improvement, such as additional services like Netflix for each room, more varieties of breakfast option, and the balcony/terrace of 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom villa’s entrance that should have a roof that would cover us from the rain when entering the villa. Nevertheless, if I had chance to go back to Dieng, Wonosobo, I would CERTAINLY BE DELIGHTED to stay again at the Abriki Village again. That’s for sure. 카스 호텔은 시내 중심가 근처에 위치해 있습니다. 호텔에서 나와 왼쪽으로 가면 퀸 시티 몰이, 오른쪽으로 가면 폴룩스 몰 파라곤 세마랑이 있습니다. 호텔 밖에는 낮과 밤에 영업하는 현지 식당들이 있습니다. 호텔 정문을 나서면 오른쪽에 아포텍이라는 약국이 있고, 맞은편에는 가격이 합리적인 인도마트가 있어 매우 편리합니다. 하지만 호텔 청결도는 개선이 필요합니다. 옷걸이 근처와 침대 옆 탁자 주변에 먼지가 많아 물티슈로 닦아야 했습니다. 객실에는 TV 앞 테이블과 침대 옆 탁자에 각각 하나씩, 총 두 개의 램프가 있었는데, 둘 다 탁자 위에 설치되어 있어 탁자 공간을 가리는 것이 불편했습니다. 웰컴 드링크는 작은 잔에 제공되었고, 호텔 투숙객을 위한 정수기는 없었습니다. 욕실 디자인도 아쉬웠는데, 샤워 후 물이 세면대와 변기 쪽으로 흘러넘쳤습니다. 유리 칸막이가 너무 작아 물이 마른 공간으로 새어나가지 않도록 막아주지 못했습니다. 샤워기 헤드가 천장에 고정되어 있어서 몸을 깨끗이 씻기가 좀 불편했습니다. 물이 머리에서 바로 떨어졌거든요. 천장에 고정되어 있어서 샤워기 헤드 각도를 조절할 방법도 없었습니다. 저희 방(318호)은 에어컨 컴프레서 세 대 바로 옆에 있어서 다른 호텔 투숙객들이 에어컨을 켜면 밤에 소음이 너무 심했습니다. 호텔에서 그랩 앱 사용자에게 상품권을 제공했는데 프런트 데스크 직원이 알려주지 않았습니다. 마지막 날 밤에야 로비 엘리베이터 밖 호텔 TV 화면에 상품권이 나와 있는 것을 봤습니다. 아쉽게도 지난 4일 동안 스마랑에서 그랩을 이용했음에도 불구하고 10,000루피아 할인 상품권을 더 이상 사용할 수 없게 되었습니다. 하지만 호텔 객실 관리 직원과 컨시어지 직원분들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었습니다.

좋은 숙박, 좋은 아침 식사, 친절한 직원 및 Solo의 wisata 장소와 가깝습니다. 체크아웃 후 호텔 보관실에 짐을 안전하게 보관했습니다. Solo에 있다면 다시 여기에 올 것입니다. 우리는 FIM의 Pendopo Yoso에서 그들의 서명 Nasi Goreng Sultan과 함께 좋은 저녁을 먹었습니다. 👍👍👍⭐️

한국 사람들은 아마도 이호텔에 묵게되면 잠을 제대로 못잘수도 있다. 수시로 들려오는 예배 음악소리에 수시로 깨곤했음 문화적 차이기 때문에 어쩔수 없음. 또하나는 오토바이가 이동수단인 인도네시아 에서는 오토바이소리 또한 밤새도록 들린다. 나는 작은소리에도 애민해서 잠을 제대로 못잤다. 빨리 집에 가고 싶은생각뿐.

The location is best near culinary around the hotel. The staff very helpful. The ambience is ok. Really love to stay here. Every moment back to Solo always stay in this hotel.
