Upon arrival I got a very warm welcome from staff and they upgraded the room that was nice it's very clean and looks modern the beds comfy TV works great and WiFi is good very warm room and slept well had the breakfast continental was a good selection staff was very polite then had the full English didn't have the works but was full would definitely stay here again it's in the middle of town and 5 mins walk away from train station so u have everything you need close by

괜찮지만 약간 오래됨. 방은 시끄러운 에어컨이 가득한 옥상을 향하고 있었지만 그것은 방의 문제입니다. 에어컨이 계속 꺼졌습니다. 좋은 WiFi. 친절한 서비스. 괜찮은 바이지만 Camden Pale 1파인트에 거의 7파운드로 비쌉니다. 가게 앞에 편의 시설이 있지만 역시 비쌉니다. 작은 프링글스 캔 하나에 2파운드가 넘습니다. 위치가 약간 떨어져 있지만 버스가 도심까지 가깝고 역과 가깝습니다. 전반적으로 괜찮은 숙박이었고 도시에서 밤을 보낸 후 머리를 쉴 수 있는 좋은 장소입니다. 하지만 체크아웃을 늦게 했으면 좋았을 텐데요. 다른 호텔 체인은 12시까지 하는데 훨씬 낫습니다!

We were surprised how nice the hotel is for the price we paid. I went with an old friend for a mid-week city break in Sheffield. The hotel is pretty close to theb train station and we walked there easily with our wheeled suitcases. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful The bathroom had a bath and a shower; the bedroom itself was a decent size. I don't think the electronic safe was working correctly, or maybe it was used error, not sure about that, lol. There was a fridge in the room which was great and unexpected; the wi-fi was also excellent. The staff were friendly, and we could get more coffee, tea and milk from reception. We didn't go to the gym or spa, we did go swimming and it's a lovely, big, well heated pool. There were also two steam rooms, a sauna, an ice room and a discovery shower (a hot or cold shower with four sprays and red and blue lights). There wasn't a machine to spin the swimwear in, but there were polythene bags for wet swimwear. A lovely touch in the gym reception was a coffee machine, where you could sit down and have a free cappucino or whatever your fancy is. We got the train to Meadowhall which took 5 mins and cost £2.90 return (with our senior rail cards). Some locals said the tram was even easier, but we found the train easy enough and very fast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a city break in Sheffield.

The reception staff were very welcoming, the bed was quite comfortable, and the location was good—supermarket within a few minutes' walk. The less satisfying aspects were that the room windows couldn't be opened, and the hotel's cleaning service was practically non-existent. I mentioned to the front desk several mornings that I wanted the room cleaned and even hung the ”please clean” sign on the doorknob, yet the room wasn't cleaned each day. It's unbelievable that a chain hotel has such poor cleaning standards.

Nice clean hotel, spacious room, comfortable bed, everything you need. I had an issue with the radiator on the first night as it just wouldn't turn off, this was quickly sorted once I told a member of staff. On my last night I couldn't get into my room with the keycard, it was already gone midnight so I was tired and just wanted to go to sleep, It took 2 trip's to reception from the top floor before this was resolved which left me quite annoyed. On my last morning I paid for breakfast, It was a little disappointing, very basic selection on the continental side and the sausages were very poor quality and couldn't eat. There is however a Toby carvery across the road where I had breakfast the day before at a cheaper price, I would recommend going there instead

Brilliant hotel clean everything you need staff absolutely amazing defo stop again

Das Hotel ist nicht wie ein übliches Ibis Hotel. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer mit großer Dusche sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Obwohl das Hotel in den acht Tagen ausgebucht war waren keinerlei Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern zu hören. Es ist zudem an einer ruhigen Straße gelegen. Die Lage zum Bahnhof, zur Innenstadt und zur Tramstation ist hervorragend. Das typisch englische Frühstück ist prima, das Buffet wird stets schnell aufgefüllt. Das Personal ist mäßig freundlich und sehr bemüht. Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich empfehlen, auch wegen der absolut guten Preissituation.

The receptionists were lovely, very friendly & helpful. The room was a good size & the bed was really comfortable. There was only one bath & hand towel but an extra set was brought up straight away. The only negatives for me was the window was a solid pane so didn't open but the air con wasn't cool enough, and the pillows were uncomfortable.

The location is good, the room was pleasant and spacious. But the staff were a little slow, it took a long time to check in even though there were three staff on reception and one person before me, two were on the phone together. I understand busy times but they weren’t particularly in a hurry to help, explain or apologise. Also had a drink at the bar and again, the staff were a little slow to help. They were fine and adequate but not particularly friendly. I have worked in customer facing roles and I’m not expecting the world but some hotels go out of their way to make you feel welcome and the staff here could definitely improve in this area. There was nothing wrong at this hotel and it was adequate for my needs but I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here again.

호텔 시설이 정말 형편없었어요. 아주 오래전에 리모델링한 티가 너무 나더라고요. 2박을 예약했는데 첫날 밤에 벽걸이 헤어드라이어가 엄청난 소리와 함께 폭발하면서 타는 냄새가 진동했어요. 호텔이 만실이라 방을 옮길 수도 없어서 그 타는 냄새를 맡으면서 자야 했죠. 둘째 날에는 온수가 안 나와서 미지근한 물밖에 안 나왔어요. 야간 근무 직원들이 고쳐보려고 했지만 결국 실패했죠. 정말 최악의 경험이었어요. 방도 엄청 낡았는데, 1970년대 방이라고 생각하시면 될 것 같아요. 다만, 직원들은 친절했고 특히 야간 근무 직원들은 적극적으로 도와줘서 고마웠어요. 위치는 좋았어요.
