We had a great stay in Cardiff the hotel is clean organised with easy checkin and right next to the centre. Highly recommend staying here if you want affordable accommodation close to the centre

The hotel is a wonderful old Victorian building, very close to all major tourist attractions, food shops, pubs and food market. During our 2N stay at the hotel we only faced two issues. 1)the lift is very compact (small) and slow and gave up on the second day of our stay. 2) The sink in the room got clogged but the staff immediately resolved the issue. The hotel staff were kind and courteous. I’d highly recommend staying at The Angel hotel.😊

We went to the Royal Hotel not really knowing what to expect.  It is set with a lovely building. The architecture is beautiful.  The hotel is set out in an odd way but I think that adds the character. You enter on the ground floor, go up two floors to reception. There is a small bar there that offers free teas and coffees.  The slug and lettuce down stairs provides you with 20% off of food if you show your keycard.  The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable about the local area.  Location is good and because we were on the 4th floor we couldn’t hear the noise for the streets below.  The room was ok. Aircon in the room with tea and coffee.  Now two great points that I’ve been saving….!!  1. The shower! Let me tell you something it’s like I was sat in a typhoon, Cardiff clearly doesn’t have an issue with its water pressure!  2. The bed, it was luxurious, I was able to sink and sleep so soundly! We need this bed for our house!

Comfortable and Modern Stay I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The design was simple yet modern, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The room was well-maintained, featuring a spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped, adding to the overall comfort. A great choice for a straightforward and enjoyable stay!

장점은 위치가 좋고 교통이 편리하고 안전하다는 점이지만 체크인 경험은 보통 수준입니다. 우선 동시에 건설된 다른 도시의 힐튼 시설보다 오래되었다는 점입니다. 호텔에 도착했을 때 친구와 함께 아래층 프런트 바에 가서 뭔가를 샀는데 위층 방으로 올라갔을 때 전원이 켜지지 않는다고 프런트에 배터리에 대해 물어봤습니다. 문제. 밤 10시쯤부터 11시쯤 배터리 교체하는데 1시간 걸렸어요. 화장실의 온수와 냉수가 따로 나오네요. 더 이상 뜨거운 물이 아니고, 끓는 물이 나오네요. 평범한 뷔페인데 정말 맛도 없고 맛도 전혀 없어요.

很滿意的一次入住。 酒店位置很好，離火車站和巴士總站步行衹要五分鐘，走到卡迪夫城堡也在十五分鐘以內。附近有好幾個超市和餐館，非常便利。雖然攜程上點評不多，但是我入住的時候看到酒店生意很好，住店的外國遊客很多。 酒店房間很寬敞，足夠攤開兩個拉桿箱，床也很大，足夠兩個人睡。雖然酒店位置靠近街道和火車軌道，但是房間裏很安靜：走廊裏鋪了地毯避免響聲，窗户和牆壁隔音也很棒，入住兩晚，沒有聽到任何火車或者街道上的噪音。房間窗户望出去視野很好，可以看到卡迪夫灣。屋子裡有空調，製冷制熱都可以。房間沒有飲用水，但是可以到酒店一層免費接檸檬水喝。 幫我辦理入住的前台很熱情友善，主動介紹了卡迪夫城堡當天舉行的活動，並講解了過去的路線。很遺憾我忘記他的名字了，衹記得是一位年輕的白人男性，不戴眼鏡。我這次在英國好幾個城市旅行，住過的幾家酒店裡，這家酒店前台絕對是最熱情的。 美中不足的是，酒店一層每次衹有兩個員工同時在，而一層又有酒店入住，又有餐館、酒吧，還有自動售貨機和行李寄存，感覺員工們很忙很忙，無論是餐館點單、結賬或者入住、拿行李，都要等三五分鐘，他們才能過來。員工們很友好很盡責，但確實很忙，酒店如果能多安排一些員工在一層就好了。

The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from Cardiff Central Station. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around. The room is spacious but simple. The decor is a bit dated too. You would expect it’s like a Premier Inn. All in all, it justified its price and the location is convenient.

직원 친절도: 10/10 (우린 영어를 잘 하지 못했는데도 우리의 요구사항을 친절하게 들어주었다. 짐 맡기는 서비스가 무료여서 좋았다. ) 시설: 10/10 (부족한 점이 딱히 없었다. 냉장고가 없었지만, 물은 근처 마트에서 사서 괜찮았다.) 공간 크기: 8/10 (두명이 캐리어를 펼치기엔 좁았다. 하지만 평소에 생활하기엔 좁지않았다.) 위치: 10/10 (공연장과 역에서 가까워서 좋았다. 근처에 마트도 있다. ) 총평: 방 크기는 좁았지만 전체적으로 완벽한 숙소였다.

괜찮은 호텔이었고, 기차역과 가까워서 숙박하기에 매우 편리했습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했고, 제 특별 요청을 배려해 조용한 객실을 예약해 줘서 정말 고마웠습니다. 아침 식사는 특별한 건 없었지만, 영국의 다른 호텔 조식과 마찬가지였습니다. 아침 식사 공간에서 멋진 전망을 감상할 수 있었고, 직원들이 항상 대기하고 있으며, 종종 최선을 다해 도와주려고 노력했습니다. 서비스는 10점 만점에 10점입니다. 객실 자체는 조금 오래되어서 손질이 필요했지만, 짧은 숙박에는 충분히 편안했습니다! 커피 머신도 있었습니다!

전문적이고 개성 넘치는 직원들과 함께 편안한 숙박을 즐겨보세요. 체크인부터 레스토랑/바 직원, 객실 직원까지 우리의 경험은 별 5개였습니다. 매우 유용한 위치에 있는 사랑스러운 호텔이었습니다. 객실에는 욕조부터 가운까지 편안한 숙박에 필요한 모든 편의 시설이 갖추어져 있으며 모두 편안한 분위기를 제공합니다. 꼭 다시 묵을 예정입니다. 우리의 숙박을 너무나 사랑스럽게 해주신 모든 분들께 감사드립니다. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
