와이파이 시설을 갖춘 영국 카디프 호텔

Nice hotel room and environment is good. But their house keeping without good liaison after we left the room, they failed to do it.

Undeniably, the location of the hotel is perfect as it is very close to the Cardiff Castle and the city center, only few minutes to there. The hotel also provides carpark with a reasonable charges. The staff is friendly, except that when we requested 2 more pillows, the staff questioned us why we did not take the spare pillows in the wardrobe where he didn't realize that those pillows were taken by his colleague who took them to set up 2 sofa beds for us. We explained this to him but it appeared to me that he was very impatient and impolite and cut the line. At last, of course the staff did not follow up. Same as other advise, the hotel really needs renovation as the decoration and fittings are old and outdated.

호텔은 사랑스럽고 깨끗했으며 방은 여행의 긴 하루를 보낸 후 우리가 필요로 하는 것이었습니다. 우리가 목욕을 했다면 더 좋았을 것입니다 방에 있지만 그것은 단지 개인적인 취향입니다. 깨끗하고 깔끔했고 방에 차와 커피 메이커가있었습니다. 우리는 마을에서 도보로 불과 20분 거리에 있어 마을로 걸어가서 안전하게 다시 걸어갈 수 있는 완벽한 거리에 있습니다. 경로는 조명이 밝고 꽤 직선적입니다. 아침 식사는 환상적이었고 만이 내려다 보이는 멋진 아침 전망을 제공합니다. 아침 식사는 뷔페였으며 우리는 모든 음식을 즐기기 위해 여러 번 위아래로 여행을했습니다. 우리가 가장 좋아하는 것은 딸기 잼이 들어간 팬케이크 기계였습니다. 맛있었습니다.

We had a very pleasant stay! Super dog friendly! Very clean and tidy! We will definitely come back again! All the staff were very welcoming especially Angel!

이번에는 여러 가족이 함께 여행했습니다. 일반적으로 모든 사람들의 피드백으로 볼 때 호텔의 위치, 직원 서비스, 호텔 가격 등 모든 측면에 상당히 만족합니다. 여전히 수용 가능합니다. 다음번에 여행하게 된다면 힐튼 호텔에 묵을 생각입니다.

We had a great stay in Cardiff the hotel is clean organised with easy checkin and right next to the centre. Highly recommend staying here if you want affordable accommodation close to the centre

Comfortable and Modern Stay I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The design was simple yet modern, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The room was well-maintained, featuring a spacious and comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped, adding to the overall comfort. A great choice for a straightforward and enjoyable stay!

The hotel was one of the highlights of our visit to Cardiff. Unparalleled views over the Bay Area from our balcony. An easy stroll down to the docks and everything that goes on there and a cheap Uber to the city centre. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfy. Breakfast was lovely. In fact the only downside was the car parking fee. Really enjoyed this hotel.

I stayed here for a business trip for one week. The room seemed to be clean but it is so dark that you can’t really tell if it is clean or not. That’s actually an issue - the lightening is bad. I couldn’t really work in the room since it had only a yellow ambient lightening and not a normal main source of light. The bathroom can be slightly cold if you don’t leave the door open so that warm air from the A/C can enter. It is shameful that they don’t have a breakfast included, especially for long stays in the hotel which is not so cheap and out of the center… at least one small sandwich would make things better, but nop 👎🏼. Another thing is that the area is not very nice. Unless you have to do something in that area, i don’t recommend you to stay. I was even told by taxi drivers to not walk around alone after it gets dark. Before I knew that, I did take a walk and it really felt a bit unsafe. The staff was ok, I didn’t have much contact with them. Only had an incident when I arrived - they couldn’t find me in their system (it was booked under other name by mistake but I actually changed it a week before arrival so I don’t know why they didn’t have updated information). There is a small gym, but almost all machines, except one, are for cardio exercises. Almost no restaurants or shops in the area.
