The check in process is very unfriendly for foreigners. The instructions are unclear. The 24/7 contact will be answered on the 5th or 6th call. It took us an hour to get the key and correct location for the room. The key and the room are two different places.
Other than that, the room is very nice for a family. Cozy and spacey. Very nice location. 10 mins walk to the station. If the check in instructions can be improved, it is a nice place.

유리지붕이 있는 목조 골조주택인 케로에서 묵었습니다. 규모가 매우 컸습니다. 유리집의 원조라 할 만했습니다. 방은 특별할 것이 없었습니다. 유리집 아래에는 침대가 2개, 안쪽에 침대가 2개가 있었습니다. 빌라에는 목조 주택과 이층 침대가 있으며 사우나도 있어 가족 단위로 이용하기 매우 적합합니다. 야외에서 눈놀이를 즐기기에도 매우 편리합니다. 게다가 호텔에는 오로라 알람시계가 있어서 호텔에서 그날 밤 오로라가 터지면 알려주는 알람 시계가 있어서 오늘 밤에 오로라를 볼 수 있어서 정말 행운이었습니다.

Awesome service, the front counter guy is really nice and patient to help us in any quires. The room is clean with nice sea view. Feeling quite well to see the sky stars when lying down on the bed in the night and the morning sky is super beautiful. Plus, the hotel price includes free tickets for experience 365, we enjoyed a lot there. .

The service here is quite good, the staff in the recee will give you some useful advice if you ask, room is really awesome, geting a nice view from the balcony. The breakfast is also good.

就在雪場的正下方，小鎮非常小，所以到哪裡都很方便，大家都很友好，房間比想象的大，而且自帶桑拿房和客廳，非常不錯！很可惜衹住了一個晚上

Good location and facilities for ski travel. Ski gear locker and the clothes dryer are available. no slipper and toothbrushes, you should bring it or buy from shop in the reception.

온라인 평가를 볼 때 여전히 걱정됩니다. 그러나 3 일 동안 머물면서 기분이 좋았습니다. 우리는 사우나가있는 스위트 룸에 머물 렀습니다. 면적이 상당히 넓고 위생 상태가 양호합니다. 사우나와 벽난로도 매우 좋습니다. 프론트 데스크에는 많은 직원이 없지만 서비스 태도는 매우 좋습니다. 가장 중요한 것은 위치가 매우 편리하고 마을로 가거나 버스를 타는 것이 매우 편리하다는 것입니다.

AAToiI recently had the privilege of staying at Apukka Resort in Rovaniemi, Finland, and it was undoubtedly the highlight of my Scandinavian journey. From the moment I arrived in this snowy wonderland, with daily temperatures around -7°C, to my cozy cabin room, everything about Apukka was simply amazing.
Having to see the mesmerizing Northern Lights from my bed was a dream come true. The comfortable bed, warm water, and the delicious food served at the restaurant made each moment special.
The view of the frozen lake was nothing short of magical; it felt like stepping into an AI painting turned real. Even in the cold, I had one of the best swing rides of my life with the view of the lake.
As someone from warm and sunny Singapore, this escape to the cold was a unique and unforgettable experience. The reception team at Apukka was top-notch, and they even had a room ready for me when I arrived slightly earlier than check-in time, which was a great relief after my long journey from Copenhagen.
But it wasn't just the accommodations and the views that made my stay exceptional. I also had the pleasure of experiencing a thrilling husky ride and learning about how these incredible dogs are trained from puppies to their role as working animals. The passion and knowledge of the guides who led this adventure were truly remarkable.
The 'Meet the Reindeer' session was a delightful educational experience. I gained a newfound appreciation for these magnificent creatures and learned so much about their role in the local culture and environment. The guides who accompanied us during the husky and reindeer experiences were nothing short of amazing. Their expertise and enthusiasm added a whole new dimension to the trip.
Apukka Resort delivered a magical and unforgettable experience. The comfortable bed, the regular appearance of the Northern Lights, the enriching encounters with huskies and reindeer, and the exceptional guides all contributed to making this trip one of the best times of my life. 리리뷰어픽업 서비스 필수인 곳..!! 저희는 신청안했어서 스키버스 시간 맞춰서 타고 갔어요! ㅎㅎ 썰매장 가는 날 돌아오면서 타면 딱 맞아가지구 운이 좋았습니다~ 전반적으로 너무 만족하고 빌리지 자체가 예뻐서 사진 계속 찍게 됩니다. 한국인분들도 많으시고 ㅎㅎㅎ 석식보다는 조식이 맛있구요, 오로라는 아쉽게도 구름이 많아서 못봤오요ㅠㅠ

JJabrianson산타클로스 마을에 위치한 빨간 목조 주택에서는 체크인 시 호텔에서 짐을 객실까지 배달해드리지만, 체크아웃 시에는 짐을 로비까지 끌고 가셔야 체크아웃이 더 어렵습니다. 눈밭에 짐을 끌고 가세요. 하지만 핀란드 산타클로스 마을에서 1박을 묵는 것은 전반적으로 분위기가 매우 좋았습니다. 문 밖으로 나오자마자 작은 오로라를 볼 수 있어서 정말 행운이었습니다. 방 안에는 독립된 사우나도 있고, 오로라를 보고 사우나에 몸을 담그고 나면 방도 꽤 넓어요. 또한 아침 식사는 물론 매우 풍부합니다. ㅋㅋㅋ

I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM.
So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it?
Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card.
So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!

리리뷰어전반적으로 좋은 서비스를 제공하는 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 조식은 일반적인 유럽식 조식 종류에 비해 꽤 괜찮았습니다. 예약에 포함된 메인 코스도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 가리비 리조또와 쇠고기 안심을 주문했습니다. 하지만 침대는 매우 부드러웠고, 단단한 매트리스를 선호하는 사람에게는 적합하지 않았습니다. 흐린 날씨로 인해 오로라를 볼 수 없어서 사실상 일출/별 구경/오로라 관찰 대신 구름 구경을 하게 되어 아쉬웠습니다. 밤에는 여전히 꽤 밝았기 때문에 그 지역에서 실제로 오로라를 볼 수 있었는지는 잘 모르겠습니다….

KkelvinchewsvIt was an experience out of the world during our stay here. We arrived early wanting to drop our bags but they allowed us to check in early anyway as our room was ready.
The cabin itself was clean and spacious enough for 2 people. The bathroom floor was heated which was nice. We got to even see the northern lights from our bed even though it only lasted for less than a minute. One thing to note is cabins are located quite near to one another and with the glass panels, you don't get total privacy. Make sure to request for a cabin off the stretch of main road to have more privacy.
We had breakfast and dinner here. Options were quite limited but understandable given the location. All dishes were labelled clearly, and we had no issues as vegetarians. We even saw some neighbourhood squirrels enjoying their breakfast.
The place is very modern and managed commercially as a business, with everything extra requiring extra charges (you may even pay for staff to pick up your bags from your cabin to the main reception, which is a 2-5 min walk affair).
Despite this, we think it's still worth trying out for a night to have something that's different.

CChiao10객실은 넓고 깨끗했으며, 욕조가 있는 점은 좋았습니다. 직원들은 모두 매우 친절했습니다. 하지만 방음이 잘 되지 않아 복도가 매우 시끄러웠습니다. 또한 욕실에는 샴푸와 바디워시가 하나로 된 제품이 비치되어 있었지만, 린스는 없어서 긴 머리가 매우 건조해 관리하기 어려웠습니다. 제가 배정받은 방은 엘리베이터에서 5분 정도 걸어가야 하는 가장 안쪽에 위치해 있었고, 전망도 없었습니다. 무언가를 잊어버려서 다시 걸어가야 했는데, 정말 짜증이 났습니다. 비상계단과 인접한 서비스 공간도 매우 시끄러웠습니다.

CChris LumThis was a great location slightly out of the city to catch the Northern Lights without going on a tour (we saw it two nights out of two)! The glass cabins were well kept and clean, we were two adults and two teens and there was enough space for everyone. Note that this resort serves only five cabins and no one else, so the exclusivity is unsurpassed! It is also beside a frozen lake and you can walk to the middle to catch the auroras. A lot of nature activities to occupy the family in the daytime. Some recommendations would be the sauna+frozen lake dip, ice fishing and hiking to the rock church. The founder of the resort, Theo, is ultra friendly and nice and all the staff there (shoutout to Millie and Guillaume!) really go above and beyond to help make our stay there so memorable. All the photos uploaded I took with just my iphone16. All in I was extremely happy we chose this place for the Rovaniemi leg of our trip.
