무료 와이파이 시설을 갖춘 스페인 아라곤 호텔

'The staff felt unfriendly from the start. Their attitude was cold and rigid. There was no sense of warmth or welcome. Interactions felt uncomfortable. I couldn’t wait to leave. Booking anything was overly strict. The pool and restaurant required rigid time slots. It didn’t feel like a vacation. It felt controlled instead of relaxing. The rules took away the enjoyment. At the restaurant, I wanted to look around and admire the design, but I was told to stay seated. It felt patronizing and unnecessary, like being treated as a child. I’ve never felt this uncomfortable before. Only at checkout, I was told the pool cost extra. This was never clearly mentioned before, but regardless of this ”misunderstanding”, for a five-star hotel to charge extra for using the pool is very disappointing. It felt cheap and not what you expect at this premium level. The hotel is beautiful and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the staff ruins the experience, and their attitude overshadows everything else. I recommend to visit it if you're passing by the area, but I wouldn’t recommend sleeping here at all.'

'방은 좀 낡고 작았지만, 주변에 식당과 술집이 많아 위치가 좋았습니다. 특히 새끼 돼지 통구이와 양다리 구이를 파는 아주 맛있는 식당이 있었어요. 도시는 크지 않아서 노트르담 드 피에르 성당까지 걸어서 10~15분 정도 걸립니다. 주차는 좀 불편했어요. 근처에 지하 주차장이 두 군데 있었지만, 자주 만차였습니다.'

'스페인 사라고사에 출장 갈 때마다 항상 예약하는 호텔입니다. 구시가지와 아주 가까워서 걸어서 바로 갈 수 있어요. 정말 편리합니다. 객실도 넓고 아주 깨끗해요. 다음에 또 갈 때 꼭 다시 예약할 거예요.'

'Umgebung sehr schön, Service nett aber nicht perfekt. Kleinigkeiten, wie Taschentücher, Wasserkocher, Löffel zur Suppe, Porridge beim Frühstück, … fehlten.'

'Standaard hotel met vlotte service. Heel vriendelijk onthaal bij aankomst. Parking ter plaatse is met een lift. Voor heel grote wagens mss wel een uitdaging. Tesla Y paste net mooi in de lift qua breedte.'

'도심에 있는 아름다운 호텔! 매우 편안한 객실, 거리에서 완벽한 방음. 아침에 청소부만 소리를 지르며 옆방을 청소하고 우리를 깨웠다. 호텔에서 지불하면 주차가 더 저렴합니다(24유로 대신 하루에 20유로).'
