유로스타 레이나 펠리시아(Eurostars Reina Felicia)

This was our 3rd visit to Eurostar Reina Felicia and will be staying again Very large rooms great views of the mountains with a good restaurant Excellent value 5 stars . Only 20 min walk to town centre where there are good bars and restaurants.

The hotel's facilities were great. The reception staff were exceptional, very friendly and incredibly helpful, including advice about an adventure company in Jaca that took my son canyoning - it was a great recommendation. I would unfortunately have to say that the only exception to the fantastic service would be the staff in the dining room who came across as unapproachable and not very helpful.

Mothers style hotel. I was surprised to have a free upgrade of my room, then I learned why!!!!! No AC, despite the 27° C outside. My room was facing the afternoon sun, with big glass windows, the room was like a greenhouse!!! With just a little window and no cross wind to cool off the room. What about the pool? Very disappointing. The AC did not work, the WiFi did not work, and there were flies in the room that never stopped all night. Consequently it was a hot, uncomfortable, and sleepless night. Also, it is a 1.6 km walk each way to go anywhere in town for dinner or whatever, which was fine for me but some people may want to be closer.

A little way out of town but walkable. Good though limited parking under the hotel but plenty in the surrounding streets. We'd asked for and got a third floor room with a super view of Mt Oreol, the restaurant also has great views. The third Eurostars hotel of out trip and all were very good. Booking direct is the best idea as when you give them a review you get a discount voucher for your next stay, plus it seems you also get free parking.

Stopped off on way through France to Spain. Nice room, dinner and breakfast were good. Overall good value

Despite the outside appearance this Eurostars is really quite lovely. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Unusally for a Spanish hotel there was good air conditioning and nice beds. The breakfast spread was extensive and lovely. Parking is charged (unless you book on the Eurostars website) but there is plenty of free street parking and it's in a quiet residential area.

Eurostars Reina Felicia in Jaca provides what you expect from a business-oriented hotel. Clean and efficient accommodations and amenities, if a bit far but still walking distance from dining and visiting areas.

Muy bien de limpieza, atención excelente, comodidad excelente.... No hay un pero..... La ubicación es inmejorable, esta en extrarradio de Jaca, pero andando en 20 minutos te encuentras con la catedral, consecuencia... No require uno tener que mover el vehículo....
