호텔이 시 외곽에 있지만, 문 바로 앞에 지하철역이 있고 올림픽 공원 맞은편에 있어서 BMW 박물관까지 지하철로 한 정거장입니다. 아침 식사는 종류도 풍부하고 아주 좋았습니다. 객실 침구류는 깨끗하고 질이 좋았습니다. 화장실과 샤워실이 분리되어 있었고, 방에서 올림픽 공원이 바로 보여 TV 타워도 볼 수 있었습니다. 높은 층에 머무시면 전망이 더 좋을 거예요. 호텔 서비스도 괜찮았고 지하 주차장도 넓었습니다. 지하철로 구시가지까지 가기도 편리했어요. 다만, 슈퍼마켓이 조금 멀어서 두 곳 모두 약 700미터 정도 떨어져 있다는 점이 아쉬웠습니다.

이 호텔의 아침 식사는 꽤 풍부합니다. 빵만있는 다른 독일 호텔과 달리 야채와 소시지가있어 중국인들의 입맛에 더 적합합니다. 주변에 대형 슈퍼마켓과 레스토랑도 있습니다. 슈퍼마켓 근처에 간식이 있습니다. 옆에 작은 호수가 있고 밤에는 환경이 매우 아름답고 쾌적합니다. 근처에 지하철역이 있어 주요 기차역이나 기타 장소로 이동하기가 더 편리합니다. 추천할만한 호텔입니다. 근처에는 어린이를 위한 작은 놀이터도 있어 아이들과 함께 놀 수 있습니다.

호텔은 예상보다 깨끗하고 편리한 위치에 있으며 지하철역까지 도보로 몇 분 거리에 있습니다.  지하철 노선 U5 터미널 중 하나이며 5분마다 시내 중심가로 가는 버스가 있어 매우 편리합니다. 시내 중심가까지 4~5km 정도 걸립니다. 아래층에는 슈퍼마켓과 약국이 있어 쇼핑하기에 매우 편리합니다. 뒤쪽에 두 개의 주차장이 있습니다. 하나는 요금이 비싼 호텔 주차장이고 다른 하나는 훨씬 저렴한 공영 주차장입니다. 호텔에는 유료 세탁기와 건조기가 있으며 20유로를 충전해야 합니다. 사용하지 않으면 잔액을 환불받을 수 있습니다.  호텔 객실의 주방은 예상보다 완벽합니다.  식기 세척액 티슈와  식기 세척 스펀지가 있지만  객실에 생수병이 없으므로 슈퍼마켓에 가서 사거나  주전자로 물을 끓일 수 있습니다. 2주 동안 머물렀는데, 5일에 한 번씩 청소를 시켜주시고, 수건도 갈아주시고, 쓰레기도 버리고, 티슈도 채워주셨어요. 매일 방 청소를 시켜줄 필요는 없으니, 며칠에 한 번씩만 와도 크게 불편하지 않았어요. 호텔 아래층에 있는 이탈리안 레스토랑에서 식사한 적이 있는데, 음식은 꽤 맛있었고, 특히 티라미수는 괜찮았지만 서비스는 그저 그랬어요. 호텔 로비와 리셉션은 매우 친절했어요. 전반적으로 호텔에 매우 만족했고, 로비에 들어서는 순간부터 분위기가 너무 좋았어요. 다음에 뮌헨에 온다면 이 호텔에 다시 묵을 거예요.

No cold water on floor as advertised in room .
Didn’t / couldn’t find my booking when I checked in … had to hang around reception for ages for her to sort it out … apparently Trip.com fault for not informing hotel of my booking confirmation :-(

방은 좀 작지만 가격도 저렴하고, 조식도 풍성하고 서비스도 아주 좋았습니다. 첫날 배정받은 방이 거리 쪽이라 잠을 잘 못 잤는데, 프런트에 말씀드렸더니 흔쾌히 새 방으로 바꿔 주셨습니다.

뮌헨 전시장 주변은 조용합니다. 멀지 않은 곳에 쇼핑몰이 있습니다. 아래층에 있는 바이에른 레스토랑은 매우 정통적입니다. 저녁에는 호텔에 바가 있어서 술을 마시며 대화를 나눌 수도 있습니다. 환경이 매우 좋습니다👍.

서비스: 저는 2주 동안 독일로 출장을 가서 4개 도시를 방문했습니다. 저는 귀사 웹사이트를 통해 모든 호텔을 예약했지만, 다른 호텔에서는 청소 후에 직원이 전기 카드를 가져가지 않았습니다. 하지만 이 호텔은 청소 후 전기카드를 가져갔습니다. 돌아와서 이 사실을 알게 된 후 플랫폼 측과 협상을 했지만, 매장 측에서는 아무런 조치도 취하지 않았습니다. 90유로 넘게 주고 초콜릿을 샀는데, 그냥 녹아버렸어요. 초콜릿이 녹지 않도록 공기 배출구를 초콜릿 쪽으로 불어 넣고 싶었습니다. 하지만 객실카드와 전기카드를 떼어내면 햇빛에 노출되게 됩니다.

MMalu_Ba루프트한자가 밤늦게 우리 항공편을 취소하고 뮌헨에서 호텔을 찾을 시간이 거의 없었을 때, 우리는 이 호텔을 찾았습니다. 밤에는 정말 좋았습니다. 가장 좋은 동네는 아니지만 다음 날은 뮌헨 중심부로 가는 데 매우 편리했습니다.

리리뷰어We received excellent service at this hotel during our check in provided by Aaryan. Aaryan helped guide us into the parking garage, was super friendly and got us a room in the main tower where there was an elevator to use (despite our booking in the less expensive annex room). He even offered to provide us suggestions for the sunny weather during our stay in Munich and made sure to say hello and check in on us each time we saw it. It was natural and friendly customer service.
The hotel is a little older and has some interesting decor. The room had a futon couch, a good bed, desk area, coffee/tea station, closet, mini fridge (with some pop and water you could pay for), an iPod dock, a good sized TV, and plenty of counter space to put our things. They provided gummy bears and a couple of cookies in our room too which was nice. The bed was comfy for me and the hotel can provide more bedding or pillows on request. We felt the cleanliness could have been better as our tea cups were a bit dirty.
The bathroom was interesting with two stools but really a place to put them. The shower was not our favourite with no door or shower curtain and the glass was not enough to keep the water in. There is an all in one shampoo/body wash that was ok. The towels were a little thin and could use replacement.
The cost of the hotel was good and we felt it was a decent location. It is a bit far from the main attractions of Munich but it has good public transport access including the nearby central station which is less than 10 minutes away from the hotel. There are a few restaurants and convenience stores by the hotel that are open quite late and there are some Bavarian/Oktoberfest souvenir stores nearby. I felt safe walking around alone at night to get a late night doner.
The breakfast at the hotel is pretty good with a good variety of food including deli meats, cheeses, bread, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. There was lots of seating available including some artsy chairs.
There is limited parking at this hotel and it is very tight so we are glad we rented a compact. If you choose to park here you have to go in to see reception so they can open the door and guide you to your spot. It may also be recommended to contact the hotel in advance to reserve a spot. The front desk initially said it was 20 euros for parking but charged us 22. There are other parkades nearby but due to the construction in the area we felt there was convenient having the car parked at the hotel.

빠르게 체크인을 마쳤고, 프런트 데스크 근처에는 인퓨전 워터와 과일이 준비되어 있어 숙박하는 동안 즐기실 수 있습니다. 1층에서 오른쪽으로 들어오시면 지정 주차 공간이 있는 중앙역 주차장까지 안내해 주셨습니다. 주차권을 호텔로 교환하기만 하면 되었는데, 하루 17유로에 무제한 입출차가 가능했고, 필요하면 다음 날 숙박도 가능했습니다.
객실은 현대적인 인테리어, 밝은 조명, 편안한 의자 몇 개, 책상, 대형 TV, 커피/차 스테이션, 미니 냉장고, 블루투스 스피커 등 깔끔하게 꾸며져 있습니다. 침대도 매우 편안해서 편안하게 하룻밤을 보냈습니다. 저희 객실에는 알브레히트 뒤러의 책이 있었고, 호텔에는 알브레히트 뒤러에게서 영감을 받은 예술 작품들이 전시되어 있었습니다. 뉘른베르크를 하루 종일 산책한 후, 객실에 무료 생수가 제공되어 시원하게 식혀 마셨습니다.
욕실은 넓고, 샤워 시설도 잘 되어 있으며, 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 바디워시, 로션 등 자스민/베르가못 향의 좋은 목욕 용품들이 준비되어 있습니다. 넉넉한 조리대 공간과 수건 건조대, 그리고 두꺼운 문이 있어 쾌적한 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 욕실은 꽤 깨끗했지만, 세면대 아래에 먼지가 좀 있었고, 컵 하나가 좀 더러워 보였습니다. 샤워기는 레인 샤워 헤드와 핸드헬드 샤워기로 수압이 좋았습니다. 뜨거운 물은 쉽게 구할 수 있었고 풍성하게 나왔습니다.
이 호텔의 위치는 뉘른베르크 시내를 도보로 둘러보기에 이상적입니다. 뉘른베르크의 주요 명소 대부분까지 도보로 15분 거리에 있으며, 중앙역 바로 건너편에는 뉘른베르크 수공예 시장(Handwerkerhof Nuremberg)과 프라우엔토어(Frauentor)가 있습니다. 중앙역과 우반(Ubahn) 노선 외에도 호텔 바로 앞에는 대형 버스 터미널과 여러 트램 정류장이 있습니다. 근처 구시가지에는 맛있는 레스토랑들이 많고, 중앙역에는 패스트푸드점도 몇 군데 있습니다. 중앙역으로 연결되는 지하도가 있어 호텔까지 쉽게 이동하실 수 있습니다.

리리뷰어I felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!

리리뷰어방에 들어가자마자 욕실 세면대 카운터에 씹던 껌 조각이 붙어 있는 것을 발견했습니다. 그 후 헤어드라이어 손잡이에도 비슷한 껌 자국이 있었습니다. 세면대 물이 매우 느리게 빠지고 있었는데, 신고하자마자 즉시 해결했습니다.
