무료 와이파이 시설을 갖춘 벨기에 플레미시 브라반트 호텔

시내 중심가에서 조금 떨어져 있었지만 자가용으로 쉽게 갈 수 있었습니다. 호텔은 여러 장점이 있었고, 특히 저렴한 가격이 좋았습니다. 하지만 저가 호텔이 객실 요금의 거의 절반을 주차 요금으로 받는 것은 용납할 수 없습니다! 도시 외곽, 그것도 들판 한가운데에 위치한 호텔이 그런 주차 요금을 받는 것은 옳지 않습니다!

Had a great stay in this hotel. Room is big and amenities are good. The down side is charging extra 9 euro for room service for delivering food to the room which i feel it is so unreasonable.

다음 날 브뤼셀 공항에서 이른 비행기를 타야 해서 이 호텔을 예약했는데, 정말 만족스러웠습니다! 호텔에 주차장이 있고 공항에서 아주 가까운 곳에 위치해 있습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절하고 효율적입니다. 이 호텔은 브뤼셀의 다른 공항 호텔들보다 훨씬 저렴하면서도 서비스는 비슷하거나 오히려 더 좋았습니다.

저희처럼 이른 비행편이 있는 사람들에게는 좋은 호텔이었고, 시내에서 우버를 타기도 편했습니다. 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 모든 게 자동화되어 있다는 겁니다. 체크인, 간식 카운터, 주차, 체크아웃 등등... 젊고 기술에 능숙하다면 괜찮겠지만, 조부모님이나 나이 드신 이모/삼촌분들은 도움 없이는 어떻게 하셨을지 잘 모르겠네요. 게다가 주변에 도와줄 사람도 아무도 없었습니다.

공항은 버스를 타고 쉽게 갈 수 있으며, 근처 슈퍼마켓에도 갈 수 있습니다. 무엇보다 전자레인지가 완비된 객실에서 직접 요리를 할 수 있다는 점이 좋습니다. 지하에는 유료 세탁기와 건조기가 있으며, 헬스장도 매우 편리합니다. 호텔은 신축 건물이고 모든 시설이 최신식이라 다음 날 공항으로 향하는 여행객들에게 완벽한 선택입니다!

이 새로운 호텔은 친절하고 전문적인 직원들로 구성되어 있습니다. 최상층에 있는 레스토랑은 훌륭하며 멋진 전망을 제공합니다. 무료 공항 셔틀은 보너스입니다. 품질에 비해 가격이 매우 합리적입니다.

Very friendly check in receptionist. The room was large and cosy. Within 15 minutes of BRU Brussels Airport. Will keep it in mind for next time.

Very disappointing stay We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Brussels Airport with my wife and our two children, and unfortunately the experience was far below what you would expect from a Hilton property. The room itself was spacious, modern and nicely designed, which is the only positive point of this stay. However, I had clearly booked the room for four people, and this was also confirmed in my booking. Yet when we arrived, there was only one double bed and a sofa bed — without any bedding provided for the sofa bed. With two children, this immediately became a problem. To make matters worse, the coffee machine in the room had only one paper cup and no proper mugs, which feels very cheap for a Hilton hotel. The TV in the living area was not working at all, which added to the frustration after a long day of travel. When I called the front desk to explain these issues, the staff member was rude and dismissive. He even claimed I had only booked for two people, despite me having the confirmation clearly showing four guests. There was no apology, no willingness to help — just an unpleasant attitude. Overall, this stay felt unprofessional and poorly managed. For a Hilton Garden Inn near an international airport, this level of service is simply unacceptable. I would not choose this hotel again and cannot recommend it to families.

The hotel was fantastic, the people were great! The only problem I had was they had a washer and dryer to use but it took 4 hours to do two loads of laundry that cost me $30.00. Because we were traveling backpack that was one of the most important things on our trip. So it was a great disappointment. Other than that the hotel was fantastic and again the customer service was really good. I would definitely stay there again just make other plans to do laundry.

호텔은 공항과 비교적 가까우며, Diegem 기차역에서 도보로 약 8~10분 거리에 있고, Diegem 기차역에서 시내까지 약 20분 거리에 있습니다. 비교적 새로운 호텔에 머물고 싶다면 이 호텔을 고려해 보세요. 새로움에 대한 요구 사항이 없다면 도시의 다른 호텔을 고려해 볼 수도 있습니다. 방은 씨트립 사진처럼 특별할 것은 없지만 바가 훌륭하고 술을 좋아하는 친구들이 좋아할 것 같아요.
