푸퉈산에 가는 것은 두 번째입니다. 작년에 섬의 B&B 환경에 충격을 받았습니다. 올해는 도착했을 때 우연히 이 호텔을 온라인에서 발견했습니다. 정원 스타일의 작은 독립 건물이고 방도 크고 깨끗하고, 놀랍게도 채식 음식도 매우 맛있습니다. 호텔에서 Centipede Zhi Pier까지 택시로 10분 정도 걸립니다. 모든 것에 매우 만족합니다. 내년에도 이곳에 묵을 예정입니다.

뷰가 너무 예쁘고 방 시설이 너무 좋습니다👍🏻무엇보다 사장님께서 영어를 잘 하셔서 의사소통에 전혀 문제가 없었어요. 택시도 불러주시고 조식도 맛있었습니다🙂

One of our best stays in China! This place was absolutely amazing. The ladies running it are hilarious and always made us laugh. First of all - the rooms are really good for the price. We got upgraded to a much better room after our first night, free of charge. It’s also conveniently located next to grocery shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach, while still being a little out of the way from the hustle and bustle. The food here is really good too - the (included) breakfast as well as what you can buy for lunch/dinner is really fresh. Because of the language barrier they tried to accommodate by providing more “western style” breakfasts for us, but when we realized and asked about it they made us a second breakfast that was like the one everyone else got. They also helped us out with a driver to take us to the abandoned village, and booked our tickets back to Shanghai. Also, the aircon here is FAST and reliable which we’ve realized isn’t a given after a few weeks in China. So that’s another (small yet important) plus for sure! Usually I like to explore different places and stay at different accommodations if/when I revisit places, but I’d probably make an exception and stay here again if I ever come back to visit the island!

공항에서 픽업해 주신 직원분의 서비스가 정말 최고였습니다. 10/10!!! 비행 중에 짐이 손상되어서, 직원분께 수리를 도와달라고 부탁드렸습니다. 날씨 때문에 푸퉈산으로 가는 페리에 탑승할 시간이 부족했는데, 그날은 운항이 취소된다고 하더군요. (공항에서 픽업해 오셨을 때 밴 안에서 잠시 이야기를 나누었습니다.) 직원분은 짐을 프런트에 맡기면 된다고 하시고는 서둘러 항구까지 안내해 주셨습니다. 다행히 무사히 도착했습니다. 정말 최고의 고객 서비스였습니다!!! 팁도 받으려 하지 않으셨고, 결국 필리핀에서 사 온 말린 망고 팩을 건네주셨습니다. 그런데 프런트 직원분은 상황이 달랐습니다. 너무 느리고, 외국 여권 소지자의 체크인 절차를 어떻게 해야 할지 몰랐던 것 같습니다. 저희 여권을 가지고 있는데, 생일을 물어봐야만 했습니다!! 비자 날짜(만료일과 발급일)를 이해하는 것도 어려웠고, 언제 도착했는지 계속 물었습니다. 비자 페이지 맞은편에 도장이 찍혀 있을 뿐인데, 저희는 그날 바로 도착했습니다. 여기가 저희의 첫 호텔이거든요. 어쨌든 공항 무료 픽업 서비스가 최고였고, 항구까지 무료 배웅해 주고, 마지막으로 버스 정류장까지 무료 배웅해 주었습니다. 정말 좋은 서비스였습니다.

호텔 위치는 Putuo Mountain에 더 편리합니다. 호텔은 전반적으로 꽤 좋고 깨끗하며 객실은 비교적 넓습니다. 공공 장소도 선(禪)과 비슷합니다. 특히 호텔 헬스장에는 당구장과 탁구장이 있고 시설도 꽤 괜찮고 무료인데 지하 1층에서는 찾기 힘들더라구요. 하지만 호텔식당에서 주문한 볶음밥과 국수는 그냥 평범한 맛이고, 볶음밥 한조각과 국수 한조각이 78이면 가격도 결코 저렴하지 않습니다.

Service was good, from the helpful shuttle bus drivers to the prompt service of the technician-we had difficulty turning on the TV initially. However, we were confused about the shuttle bus stops stated by the hotel as there are designated hotel shuttle bus stops which are different from the different temples stops where only the public buses can go. The breakfast spread was not big but adequate. The hotel room was comfortable although not big. I like the Zen design. The windows were open when we entered the hotel room, hence there were two flies in the room. We turned on the electric mosquito repellent. Luckily, they did not disturb us. The attendants should not open the windows when doing room cleaning lest insects go into the room. The island has many trees so there are insects-mosquitoes, flies etc around. The room walls are thin though. I could hear the neighbouring rooms talking along the corridor and the room attendant coming by to their rescue saying he is the room attendant. The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the sea, good for an evening walk. Overall, the quality is good and the hotel room was comfortable. Definitely a hotel I could return to.

This is a homestay (民宿), so do not expect the same level of service or amenities you would normally find in a hotel. The property is located within a residential estate, giving visitors a glimpse into the self-sustained local lifestyle in Putuo Shan. Based on the condition of the buildings, I believe this is an older estate, and many units have been renovated into hotel-style rooms for travelers. The homestay is about a 5-minute walk from the bus station. Each bus ride costs either RMB 5 or RMB 10 depending on the distance, payable by QR code. Private cars are not allowed inside the Putuo Scenic Area. If you have small luggage, you can bring it on the bus; for larger suitcases, you can arrange courier transport for rmb10 per piece per way—your guide or the owner can provide more details. The beds and bathroom are clean and well-maintained. We were satisfied with our 2-night stay. Tips: The owner provides disposable one-time-use towels. They are thin and small, so bring your own towel if you prefer something more comfortable. There are breakfast options right at the entrance. For lunch and dinner, it’s about a 5–8 minute walk from the building. We personally preferred the small local restaurant over the larger seafood restaurant. It is 1.7km to Puji Temple and 2.2km walk to Harbour. We chose to take bus as too much walking for us for the day already.
